I had an awful experience. I bought a used car and had it shipped to me (I live out of state). The owner told me he maintains the cars on the lot the same way he maintains his personal vehicle. The car I purchased initially needed over $800 in repairs and the check engine light was on. I paid for these repairs personally. In all fairness, the car was sold to me as is.I purchased a warranty with the vehicle for $2000. When additional problems with the vehicle surfaced (brakes, battery, etc), I learned that the dealer had not activated the warranty. After I complained, the warranty company informed me that they needed to send a 3rd party inspector to inspect the vehicle in order to determine if the repairs were necessary. By this point, the car had been siting with my mechanic for a week. I finally just paid for the additional repairs myself. I had to spend another $1800.I canceled the warranty because the 3rd party inspection and the time delay for the inspection were not worth the hassle for future repairs.Despite the warranty contract stating that I am entitled to all my money, the dealer only refunded $1790. On the receipt, they hand wrote 210 charge for dealer help. This is probably illegal but it is not worth the hassle for me to pursue as I do not live in Ohio.Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. If you want to chance it, do your research and take careful notes of anything they tell you about the vehicle. The Attorney Generals Office regulates used car dealers . They may be able to help you out if you run into issues with this dealer. You can make a consumer complaint online.

Buying process went ok except the salesman was not very friendly and very arrogant. They said they would fill the tank up if I gave a 5 star google review. Which is what I initially gave. After purchase was complete on the way home with the vehicle only 15 miles down the road the car started having problems, with hazard lights going off and driving becoming difficult. This vehicle was 2 years old with less than 26K miles when we purchased. I called and they told me that sometimes when you purchase a used vehicle they need repairs and I should understand the process of buying a used vehicle. They did eventually cover repair however a week after repair same lights came back on and car occasionally has a vibration, so clearly it wasnt actually fixed.. We later found out that when they received the vehicle on their lot the hazard lights were on for a while. By the time we purchased it the lights were off and they with a clear conscience told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car when I point blank asked. Also took over 6 weeks to receive the title in the mail and that was only after I contacted them 3 times for it so I could get it registered before the temporary tags expired. This has been without a doubt the worst car buying experience of my life!

I bought a 2013 Yukon XL Denali from this dealership in January 2020, after searching for one for almost 6 months. I got this vehicle for a great price and it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences Ive ever had. I live in Western PA, north of Pittsburgh and it was quite a drive. unfortunately I was involved in an accident with this vehicle and the insurance company totaled it in October 2020. I had to call this dealership and have them expedite some paperwork so that I could buy another vehicle to replace the Yukon. Mila, who I bought the car from, worked with my wife over the phone to get this taken care of. I couldnt be happier with them for doing their part and helping finish the paperwork for my gap and warranty insurance.I would have gone back to this place in a heartbeat to buy the replacement vehicle for the Yukon, but I was in a time crunch since I was without a car. They had a lot of cars to choose from as I checked their website daily, unfortunately they did not have exactly what I was looking for. My wife and kids will all be looking to this place first in our car buying future. ( As will I )

BUYER BEWARE- We are located several states away and found a car online that we were very serious about purchasing. We didnt want to make the very long drive to come get the car and they offered to have it delivered for an extra fee which we thought was reasonable. However, after speaking with Mila, she also tried to charge us a $300 non-refundable fee for holding the car. We obviously were not going to go forward with such an expensive purchase totally sight unseen, so we hired a mechanic in the area (who we had a great conversation with) to do a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle. When we called Mila back to let her know about the inspection and she REFUSED to let us do it. She said that they did not work with our mechanic because he is biased against dealers. SO SKETCHY. That simply does not make any sense as he is getting paid the same from us either way. They are obviously not confident in the vehicle that they are trying to sell us and know what the mechanic will find. We will certainly NOT be purchasing a vehicle from them and recommend you do the same. At the end of the day, it is their loss because if they would have let us do the inspection we might have bought the car. I also found it interesting that they have so many positive Google reviews. It turns out that they bribe people into giving reviews in exchange for a $20 gas card. No wonder.

Paid full price of the car that was over book by over 500$they were going to fill the car with gas as we finished the paperwork got in the car and it still had 1/4 of a tank the same amount when I test drove it.I went back in and said you didnt put gas in it they said yes 25 bucks. I said no way it still has 1/4 tank they said it has a big tank. I said thats crazy and walked out. No business from me again!

Them tell you otherwise. I purchased a car from this dealership three weeks ago. they car posted as having custom exhaust, every run and looks great, and its Northeast Auto Gallery Certified, not only was the exhaust, not custom, it was missing a whole muffler thats why it was loud and they lied to my face saying its custom exhaust when its not. The start starting having electrical and other problems just a couple of days. They call me to bring the car back two weeks later because financing did not go through, when I went back they did not want to give me my full down payment saying that they need to take $400 off refund for detailing when the contract clearly states otherwise. After I pointed that out on the contract, they tried to change their story, oh no its your monthly payment plus some other cost which bring it to $400 how do I have a monthly payment when I did not get approved for financing. Anyways, I dont anybody else to fall for their scams. I know a couple of people that told me they bought cars from them and they broke down days later.
