The owner literally saved my life, I had zero time to get rid of my car before I left the States and he went out of his way to make the transition happen. He honestly could of screwed me for the price due to my desperate situation but his price was still remarkably fair. I cannot thank this man enough and 5 stars is not enough for the great service he gave me as well as his hospitality.

This company was really uncommunicative and frustrating. On their website they claim they will get you a quote within 24 hours of sending them your information. First off, it took them more than 24 hours for them to respond to me, and when they did, they didnt give me a quote they just asked me to send pictures. I called to confirm they needed pictures; they did, and they also needed my exact mileage not the estimate I sent them.So I took pictures and sent them directly to the buyers cell phone with my exact mileage, and he never responded to let me know that he got them or that he would get a quote to me. So I called the next day and found out he had gotten my photos and would email me a quote shortly, then the receptionist told me to hold on, the buyer was saying something to her - they wouldnt accept my car because it had too much mileage. Why couldnt he just tell me that when I sent him the mileage in the first place, instead of making me wait and go through all this trouble? They should have requirements on their website on what they deem unacceptable, such as mileage, etc so people dont have to waste their time. They will take cars that arent running and dont have titles, but they wont take my car because of the mileage? I dont have time to deal with businesses that could care less about me and dont value my time and effort. I will be sure to spread the word that this business is not worth anybodys time or effort.
