I called my local store (Bedford MA) the other day about a past order to see if they had re-stocked an item I couldn’t get. I spoke on the phone with an associate named Cassi and she was so polite, patient and helpful with my questions. I really appreciated her looking up everything for me as I know it is so busy during the holidays, and especially with all the online ordering and phone ordering with the global pandemic. Cassi was superb- I love some good customer service!

It doesnt matter how pretty the merchandise is if you wait and wait and wait because no one is manning the register. Even when someone FINALLY showed up, SHE couldnt help. Apparently on a Friday late afternoon there is only one employee actually helping customers. I walked out after Id been there 15 minutes trying to buy a card. Given that there were only two customers in the store when I arrived at the deserted register.......

Good organization. Kind staff. Little on the pricey side.
