This business is the very definition of unprofessional.Called support this morning because we had password trouble gaining no access to our server. Our contact berated me on the phone for my password choice, even though it met all security requirements.Learned that, because my computer is a mac, were going to have to change the password by logging into a Windows machine every six months. When I expressed it wasnt the best solution, I was told, Well, what do YOU want to do about it?! What is YOUR solution?!By the amount we pay them, I would assume I wouldnt have to come up with the solutions for issues they should be handling.This place needs work on customer care on the phone and understanding Macs. They shouldnt offer support for them if they have no clue.I cant believe they treat their customers like this.
