First time inside the store. The sales person, Debora, was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It took some time to shop. Three chairs, almost identical, same price. I wanted the larger of the chairs, with a firm cushion. The problem is your fabric selection is dependent on the chair you pick. We selected another chair, to get the fabric choice we wanted. Then you have to be careful on the grade of fabric, because your choice can double the price of your chair. You also get to select your chair leg colors. When all done very satisfied. May upgrade to five stars, but need to wait for the chairs.
Bed promise for order delivery. Last three promises sofa delivery is up in the air. Still they don’t know 8 months old orders
My girlfriend and i had an AMAZING experience here. the assistant store manager, sara thompson, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. we found a couch the same day we walked in and we’re expecting it to come in 4 days. i would recommend this place and sara to anyone!!! Great place to look at quality furniture without a lot of sales pressure. Sara was a great sale person, informative and made some great points throughout the process. She allowed us to look and then we approached her with questions and a list of items we wanted to purchase. We had such a good experience we went back the following week and ordered some additional pieces. Everything will be delivered together which is also great.
What I LOVE about BI is they dont ever push, they greet you, and if you just want to browse, they let you browse, they dont follow you around the show room like a creepy stalker. If you know what you are looking for, they ask you some questions and come to you with real solutions, not the most expensive, even if the product is in clearance or on sale. Our sales person, Amy was genuine, kind and helpful. My husband fell in love with a piece that was comfortable, beautiful and shockingly below our budget. EVERYTHING fell into place and we ended up spending half of what we thought we would pay. Amy was so happy and pleased that we got what we wanted, not what made her the most money. We will continue to shop here and Amy will be our go to. I have been shopping at BI since the 90s. We started looking at the BI in Hanover and all the same. If you are looking for great quality, beautiful furniture, with excellent pricing and phenomenal service SHOP HERE. Oh and by the way, most of there products (if not all) are made in the USA!
Wonderful experience! Walked in, met by a consultant, told her what we were looking for - a round glass dining room table, she directed us right to the correct item in the store. We were able to customize and she was able to show us a great picture online of the end product. We were so impressed with the table we also bought four chairs for the table.Very pleased!Thank you!
Ive been working with Sara who is upbeat, helpful and professional. She is able to call in other members of the Boston Interiors team to work together through design issues. I appreciate this collaborate spirit at the store.Today, Christine helped today to find a rug that worked with the feel of the room I was designing. Id highly recommend the team at Boston Interiors.
My furniture has not been delivered yet so I cannot comment on delivery or the quality of the product yet. I can, however, comment on the store and the sales rep that helped me find what I was looking for.My sales reps name was Debbie. She was very helpful and was able to quickly show me samples of what I was looking for. Debbie was friendly and personable, as well as informative and helpful. I made a purchase the very day I went in to the store. The showroom was much larger than I expected. It was nicely displayed and clean.The furniture I chose seems to be well made. But I will be able to review the quality once the furniture is in my home and being used.
Christine was a great help with finding the furniture we needed. They were having a fabulous sale, with free shipping. Such a great deal! The only reason I’m not giving all 5 stars is that the actual ordering process was quite lengthy. Kinda like buying a car.....
We placed an order over the phone for bedroom furniture, We drove down from Maine with a cargo van to pick it up at your Bedford showroom. We dealt with Sarah several times on the phone while we were placing the order and then worked with her in person on the day we picked the furniture up. She did an outstanding job every time we dealt with her. We would highly recommend her and we would certainly shop at Boston interiors again. Very happy with our purchase as well.
Boston Interiors never disappoints. The Staff at the Manchester NH store is wonderful. You get the same care whether your spending $100 dollars or $1000.It certainly is worth a trip there is plenty to see there.
Boston Interiors gets a star because they have a very pleasant staff, and customer service was good to a point, however that is all that was pleasant about my experience with Boston Interiors. My furniture was delivered and the couch and ottoman were 2 different dye lots. Returned the ottoman and figured I would get something to compliment the sofa. The sofa was for our basement for our teens to hang out and watch TV. After 4 months the cushions on the chaise would not fluff up, basically they would not retain their integrity. BI said they would send me another cushion to the store and I would receive it in 4-6 weeks. I picked up the cushion, had to walk it awkwardly thru the store in a huge box. When I got home (after the 30 min trip each way) they gave me the wrong cushion. I then drove it back and asked for a refund. NO REFUNDS. Instead, I could get a store credit and pay MORE for a couch since prices went up!! No thank you. I settled on a couch 19 smaller without a chaise just to use up my credit. I am so discussed with BI for making me use my hard earned money on such junk and ending up with something I totally did not want. They have lost a customer. Next time BI give the refund and save face.
Havent received furniture yet but Sara was fantastic person to work with. As an indecisive person she helped me to consider all angles in making a choice as to which sofa and chair would work best for me considering style and comfort. Her help in choosing fabric also made the whole process much easier, helping me narrow down choices and finally coming to a final choice without being pressured. I will definitly be visiting Boston Interiors and Sara again.
I had a very nice time shopping at the Bedford store. Plenty of help, but no pressure. We did buy a sofa and love seat and can not wait for them to be delivered.

After buying a couch they told me they would wrap it before I picked it up. They failed to do so. The guy who is suppose to help is actually zero help. Might as well use his paycheck to get a couple highschool kids who are able to do the job part-time. They have a great selection of nice furniture and the people working in the front want to help as much as possible but they lack the labor. Thank God it wasnt just me and I brought a buddy there to help.
Its nice, its newer, staff is helpful. What else can you say about a furniture store? Their tent sale in the summer makes it much more reasonable.

My husband and I entered the Bedford NH store with the hope of reupholstering our dog damaged sofa and 2 chairs and instead walked away with a purchase of a new sofa and matching chair in hand. We had the pleasure of working with a sales rep by the name of Christine Fariss (?). My husband and I were quite overwhelmed by the huge variety of options and Christine came to our rescue. We monopolized her for 4 hours, however, she still managed to assist other customers while my husband and I carefully considered our options. Christine was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, good humored, and kind hearted. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that nearly all of the furniture is made in the U.S. We will not hesitate to recommend the store and Christine to anyone.

Purchased a sectional and was provided with a diagram showing dimensions which we used to decide if this was the right sectional for our space. When the sectional arrived it appeared to be much smaller than what we were expecting. I measured and the piece and the dimensions were significantly smaller. When I contacted the store, I was referred to the service department and was told that I was measuring wrong. I was further told that pieces are allowed to vary be up to 2 from the specifications due to the fact that the furniture is handmade. I was told how to remeasure and still found that almost every dimension of the U-shaped sectional was smaller than the specifications - with one dimension differing by 5. I sent pictures back to Sarah at service. Service handed this back to the Bedford store. Amanda called me from the Bedford store and refused to take any action. Her position is that no one would look at the piece and notice the difference so Boston Interiors does not have to abide by its own policy regarding variance from specifications. She offered to sell me additional pieces to make the sectional bigger. There was no answer when I asked if the difference in measurements is truly due to the nature of a handmade product, why wouldnt some dimensions be smaller and some be bigger? I feel that Boston Interiors thinks it is OK to give customers less than they paid for. I will not be shopping here again.

Good quality contemporary furniture. Weve bought a bed, a couple of night stands, and lamps from the Natick store over the years. I like the look of a lot of their furniture, but their stores have typically been pretty far away from NH residence. So, its good to see theyve opened up a store in Bedford. Sales people have always been friendly and not too pushy.

Originally from Massachusetts, living in an apartment complex walking distance from Boston Interiors in Westborough, I was thrilled to stumble upon BI in Bedford. This is my goto store for all furniture and home furnishings. The selection of apartment sized pieces is outstanding. There are very few items that I wouldnt buy. Their styles and vibe are timeless. Furniture quality is top of the line and customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend
