I havent purchase furniture from this place just yet but each time I went in there to look at furniture or whatever the customer service is wonderful and great the owners make you feel welcome theyre always courteous and kind and always make you feel welcome. I tried to do that app for the online application for some reason I keep having a problem with it I think its just my crazy phone so I think Ill just have to go inside the store to do it face to face . They have a very beautiful set here that I have my eye on.

Do not waste your time buying from here!! It was great when I was in the store they had great service and ok prices. I purchased a table set, a bedframe, and a couch set.I also paid for shipping and for them to get put together (which are two different fees)…. Once the delivered it with I a week my table and chairs where coming apart and once I called them they said they was gonna send someone out (which they never did). My couch is pilling sooooo badly the lather is so cheap but it didn’t look like this in the store I paid 1300 for a couch to not even last me 4 months it saddens me because when I asked the sales men about a warranty I was told that I didn’t need one he said if I had I problem it would be solved………but he lied I spend 2500 in this place and the only thing that lasted over 6 months was the freaking bed frame

Awful costumer service. I had to call them twice to find out when they were going to deliver my items and they delivered it a day late. They upgraded my mattress that they told me was already upgraded. When it was delivered, it was dirty from being dragged on the ground. I told the manager, Mike about the inconvenience & he agreed to give me a $40 refund in cash ONLY & I had to drive all the way back to the store to get it. I live about 25 minutes from the store, so the next day I drive to get the refund and at 5pm, the store was closed(it is posted that the store does not close until 6pm). I called the next morning (today) and the manager yelled at me, argued with me, cut me off on the phone and told me he could give me a $60 refund, over the phone now. No no no, I want the entire delivery fee I was charged back. After 10’minutes of me stating my case, he agreed to $80 refund. I am choosing to go to the store to receive it because I do not trust anyone in that store. It’s sad that the manager/owner conducts business this way. I will make sure everyone I know does not do business there.

So we came here to get some butcher block. They had exactly what we needed. We paid and then went to head out but lo and behold we had a flat tire. Jo and Dylan tried a couple of different ways to pump it up but it wasn’t happening. So Jo took us to a Firestone, waited while it was fixed, and drove us back. They were so helpful and kind! Above and beyond customer service! Thank you so much for all your help!

We had the best experience with Omar. We were able to furnish our living room & bedroom + extra decor throughout our home at an extremely low price. Omar sat down with us and listened to what we were searching for, for me that’s important. He showed us tons of catalogs that gave us even more options. They even delivered to us & we live on the other side of town. Overall Thank you to Omar & his team ! They have quality furniture and knowledge about their product 👏🏽🤩I also like to support independent business owners & Omar is very much invested into his community.

Customer service was good, I bought over $1000 worth of furniture from this place, everything was good except for my headboard and mattress box spring. The headboard doesnt even correctly match the width of my bed frame, and it didnt even come with the screws and bolts to set up on my bed frame. My dad literally had to buy the screws and bolts his own self and set it up his own self. Barely any help from the store. And the box spring is absolutely horrible. I paid $349.99 for the mattress and box spring, also known as a mattress set. The box spring was an extra 100 hundred dollars, and I paid the extra 100 dollars which brought it to $349.99. The box spring isnt even a box spring. Its literally pieces of cardboard stapled together and thin pieces of wood with a covered cloth over it. No actual springs inside. No type of support. The mattress itself is so heavy, one person can not simply lift it up or move it. Me and my dad had to do it ourselves. Tell me how is that going to go on top of a box spring that is so light, a 5 year old can literally throw it across the yard, and a full grown adult sleeping on top of it, or two people, is sturdy and gone support all of that weight? I literally paid over 100 hundred dollars for a literal box frame with cloth. Thats it. And the box spring split broke right in the middle. I have videos and pictures as proof. I didnt even have none of this furniture for a good month. And today I went into the store all the manager could say was simply I sell thousands and thousands of these and youre the first person to ever have this problem when there was a man and a woman behind us at the front counter and he was telling us about how he was having the exact same problems with his furniture and his stuff was breaking too. And I come and look at the reviews, evidently I was not the only person having the same issues lol 💀 I only got a $54 refund for my box spring. Also the manager tried playing us saying well that is a box spring or ours is just made differently and such and such. Like no, if you literally look up the definition of a box spring on Google, it says a base for a mattress that is made up of sturdy wooden frames and metal SPRINGS. Buyer beware, if yall looking to buying a mattress set, this is what you are going to get into. Read the other reviews too.

Their furniture is nice and over priced wayfair have the same furniture for cheaper and i paid for delivery and set up they where 3 hours latee with delivery time frame and didnt even put my furniture together like i paid for because they was tired not professional i work 2 jobs and missed out on money.

I went in picked out a sofa. They were wonderful. I will be back to buy my dining room and bedroom set.

Tested a pillow top in the store it was soft and comfortable definitely not the pillow top they gave me to take home. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable waste of money will never recommend or go back!

I bought few things from this place n when it was delivered was damage n the guy promise to get it fix or send me a new. Every week to check if my chair came in. And the guy keep telling me next week next week now is going on 3 months now I don’t hear nothing from them I try to call back n they keep saying the owner is not here. They are such of scam please look some where else don’t shop in this place. They are nice it first but wants you pay them is over. Noting in the store is Guarantee. Save your time n money n Headache dealing with these people. Please very look some where else don’t shop here don’t shop here go to value city or Living living where they guarantee you everything n professional not like this ghetto place. One of the guys was Harassing my big sister keep asking her for a number but she is married in it look like he didn’t care. Like I said save your self a big headache go look some where else.
