Market Basket is hands down my favorite grocery store. It actually doesnt really matter which one, either. Ive never been disappointed.*Regarding this particular MB, (and this seems to be a trend across ALL grocery stores) the person bagging the groceries WAY over filled the bags.* Most of the bags weighed easily 8-12 lbs apiece. To me, thats excessive especially with a single plastic bag.Other than the bagging issue, everything was fantastic as usual!

All I love market basket, its an amazing grocery store with great prices. I go here all the time and love it! Everything is so easy to find and the staff are always nice if you need help.

Not one single electric handicap shopping cart charged! Asked tall attendant bringing in carts for one and he pointed me to the other end of the store, but did not retrieve one. I couldnt walk that far, I hurt my knee 🤦‍♀️. Finally I got a wheelchair shopping cart from a shorter associate, then we had to figure out how to move basket so I could sit. Please train associates on how to be helpful to the handicapped.

Best MBs ever. Obviously grocery shopping here is my go to, but have you tried the Steak Bombs at the Market Cafe? Best in the state Id say.

Every market basket I go to is absolutely packed with people and it makes it hard to shop.Side note- great prices!

Very clean store. The aisles are always neat, well stocked and uncluttered. Restocking products are hardly ever blocking aisles. Employees are friendly. The fish department is always nice and fresh. Great sale prices too. Look forward to shopping there.

Market Basket is like every other shopping center. Each one has good and bad but they all employ our residents.Noone welcomes you, assists you unless you ask. So ..ask!! If you dont ask the younger gen wont learn how to help people. They need alot of helpAs businesses like this get bigger, their employees get father away..unless its a family atmosphere and the employees have to feel that..Like your a part of something big and stable, your cared about...supported..loved..paid well. Comfortable.. They dont train kids for any of this anymore..to care.Show the value.. The passions.. Yes this is a hospitality because your dealing with the public. Positive Experience!!! Great to have such a nice grocery store in the area. It is conveniently located right off route 114 and has everything you could need. The selection of beer and wine is great. The produce looks fresh and well stocked always. The meat and fish areas have a huge selection of choices and are always freshly prepared. The staff seems well trained and polite.

Found the BEST time to go 😃 No lines, no waiting. Smooth sailing... Cant tell you though 🤣

I love Market Basket but watch where your bananas go when they are bagged. They do not teach them that when put in with cold or frozen items they turn black FAST.

Love the prices and the people! Always feel like I get more for my money and better quality items, some even sourced locally!

This store has great prices but they never seem to have good produce or enough produce or common produce on the day you want it and their meats are dated one day out so if you dont use it the day you buy it it turns gray the next day. Most people are friendly and some dont go the extra mile which is what you should do with customer service. We go there because a lot of the non meat and non-produce department are cheaper than other stores but we shop for our meat and produce at Hannaford because theyre always fresh and have much more flavor

This place rocks. You would love shopping here. When I want a bite to eat, everything is fresh and everyone is helpful and cheery. Their subs are made right and to die for. Out of all the Market Basket stores I visit and go to, this one is the best.

Great clean spot. Grass fed and some organic meat varieties. Very fresh looking produce and fruits. You really do get more for your buck and beats the socks off Hannafords.

I was not pleased with the selection of anything in this store. I wanted to purchase a box of blueberry cliff bars and they they only sell them individually, didnt have blueberry in the other isle you could purchase by the box. I wanted best creme frosting for a custom cake, they didnt have it. The list goes on.

Great store... Much larger than any other location in NH and carries lots of additional products the other MB do not carry.

No matter what location I stop in at I always find what Im looking for. The shelves are always stocked and organized. The selection is never disappointing.Many years ago I had the pleasure of working for Mr Damoulas (Mike ) he was a focused and driven man who taught a greet work ethic and always made sure the customer always came first 👍

Market Basket Bedford has a great team of employees. They care about their shoppers and go above and beyond for every customer to have a positive satisfactory individual shopping experiance.

The store is set up similar to both of Epping and Seabrook, except that the eggs are on the opposite end of the isle as compared to Epping. The cafe, pizza,sandwich, sushi, hot food and eating area are the same as Seabrook. Parking can be very busy and tight. Staff was very friendly. Butcher/prepared meats booth was what stood out, compared to other Market Baskets. I dont remember Seabrook having one. I will have to check.Update: Saturday afternoon, February 2021; Facemasks required. Bathroom was only cleaned in the morning 🌄, according to the checklist on the door 🚪. It was in decent shape. Wifi available . Strongest signal near Cafe. Service was the same as last time. RedBOX available and is located next to Customer Service.I like the windows installed above the produce section. You dont feel so boxed in. On a sunny 😎 day sweeping 🧹 the ☁️ s away, oops 😬, day it might be the most well lit produce section in the area.

Very clean, very well laid out and people are actually going up and down the aisles in the same direction! There was even a nice, young man cleaning off and handing a carriage to you at the entrance! Well done!

The Bedford Market Basket is the best location, IMHO. The store workers are great and it has my favorite layout.

I went to the deli, I asked for a pound of pastrami. The kid behind the counter starts cutting and looks over to me and says I only have about a half pound, Do you want more?? I just said No Thank you. I have never been asked that at a Market basket. They have always been very helpful.

Good grocery store with everything you expect, and a surprise... they offer a little cafe next to the entrance. That cafe has soft serve ice cream that is really good. Both the chocolate and vanilla ice cream have great flavor and are surprisingly creamy. Not icey like many joints. The price for a small ice cream cone is only $2, and you get a large amount for that price.There are indoor and outdoor tables you can eat at here.

Apart from drawing the winning ticket at the deli counter, the employees are a delight, incredibly helpful and seem to always be in a genuinely cheerful mood. I was surprised at finding all the ingredients I needed for a foreign recipe all at my local Market Basket. Not half bad man....indeed my lucky day. 😉

This store makes me so angry that Im ready to pay the higher prices at Hannaford just so I dont have to deal with this horrible store!!!Ok, first lets talk about the good- the prices are lower, but not by much anymore. For the quality that you get at MB, the prices are still too high.So lets start on the laundry list of things that are BAD about this store.,.They should be embarrassed about the produce they offer. Ive had to leave without items Ive needed because I couldnt find a single fresh piece of the type of fruit or vegetable Ive needed. For example, I needed a lime a week or so ago and was met with the bin of old/moldy fruit pictured below. Their peppers are always soft. The mushrooms are usually brown and ready to be thrown away. And then you may not even find the most basic items you need- Ive gone in for scallions, dill and countless other items only to find empty bins. This makes no sense because there are always at least three employees in any given area of the store, stocking and just generally being in the way in the already- cramped store.Then theres the meat. WHAT KIND OF GROCERY STORE PROUDLY SELLS GREEN MEAT??? I wanted to buy chicken last weekend but all they had was managers special which means that its all about to expire!!! Then they freeze the chicken before selling it- well, you cant refreeze already frozen chicken, so I cant buy my chicken ahead of time???Then theres the prepare food. Soggy, soggy, soggy! If I want fried chicken, I want it to be crispy, not floppy and wet.Then lets talk about the RUDE employees who will walk in front of you when youre going down an aisle or just stand in your way. Thats not all of the employees though- there are some really sweet people that work there, and those are typically the baggers and the kids who get the carts- for the most part, they will come and get your cart after you put your groceries in your car. That is appreciated.MB, PLEASE deal with the quality issues and PLEASE keep your employees off the floor unless it is necessary during busy shopping times because your aisles are crazy narrow.Also, can you please keep with the standard locations for your products? If Im looking for biscotti, Im looking in the cookie aisle and not over a floating freezer full of frozen meals??? Seriously. Who even thinks like this?Get it together, MB, because your prices are not so competitive anymore and theres a very nice Hannaford down the road that serves FRESH food at comparable prices.

I love Market Basket. Unfortunately there is not one in Lewiston or Auburn, Maine, so while visiting family in NH I took the time to stop and shop a bit.

One of my favorite places to buy groceries. All workers are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent selection of products.

Always employees treating you politely, friendly and 98% of the employees I have dealt with are helpful:0) Excellent produce. Back in the day I would not shop thier because of meat and produce. Ever since the new Londonderry was built. I havent had issues with any of thier produce or meat and it is definitely my #1 choice of supermarkets although if you need any higher prices specialty items you will rarely find them. ONLY place I have found that carries truly grass fed beef from australia and least priced humane/no hormones etc chicken!!

Market Basket is my favorite local supermarket. The prices are always good and the quality with the variety of items makes it a great place to shop for groceries.

I do not shop at Market Basket too often but this place is great! Awesome selection of products through out the store. All the staff were kind and helpful. I was able to get in and out with plenty of registers open.

I always love the market basket in Bedford New Hampshire until tonight when I walked in and saw several employees with mask below their chin talking to customers with no mask over their mouth and nose. The guy in the white lab coat in the meat department cutting up meat you could see him through the window no mask on sneezing on the meat no mask on, some patrons walking around with the mask under their chin and employees not telling them to pull their mask up oh and did I also mention that today the governor made a mandate mask and in public areas of the state of New Hampshire. Wont go back there during this Pandemic I dont feel safe very sad.

Market Basket is doing everything right. The staff are friendly, and always know exactly where every product is located. The prices cant be beat! I love the selection of cheeses. The coffee counter staff are quick and kind. I love their funny signs. Their bakery staff go above and beyond for special orders. And the donuts are amazing.

Twice within 2 months I received the wrong bologna. Meat cutter are sloppy.

Pretty great store. Better than Shaws, not as good as Trader Joes.

This store is much smaller than the Manchester store so it doesnt always have everything Im looking for. If youre shopping for any kind of ethnic food you probably wont find it here. That behind said the store is always clean and the shelves are stocked.

This time of the day its usually pretty quiet so its my normal shopping time on Friday and or Saturday. Market Basket prices are always decent but honestly their little signs that appear as if its a sale are often not sale prices and just to draw attention to an item because Ive noticed the price not being different from the usual price.

Love the fresh squeezed oj!!! Its the best! What a great idea!

Just visited the 10 minutes ago went in for one thing left with 10 things. Only place I can get real honest the good sushi that doesnt taste like it sitting out in the sun for weeks the couple that runs the sushi bar very helpful very fresh food and very knowledgeable and tastes and helping you find what you need octopus and seaweed salad I always have it for me on Tuesdays husband and wife team

Great prices.... always adding new items especially gluten free products and fresh organic veggies and also local produce. MB carries Cabot cheese that is lactose free and yogurt that is also lactose free.😀

I love this place. Employees are super nice and very professional. The prices are good and the atmosphere is very warm and comfortable. Everything is well organized and clean. The bakery is amazing. The cake decorators are top of the line. the cafe has great food and good options for beverages.

Great store but pay attention to the baggers. They are getting worst and worst. Id say every 3rd trip something gets damaged like this.

Bright and clean, newer large store with full shelves and ample staff, the way shopping should be.

Lanes were open right next eachother which makes it impossible to social distance and keep staff/customers feeling safe. Whose idea was it to open lanes right next to eachother when all other lanes are empty?

Came by for a steak mushroom and cheese sub. Staff was friendly. Sub was prepared quickly. Was inexpensive and quite tasty. I frequently forget that this place has quick food to order. I added a bag of chips, an ice tea from the cooler and checked out quickly at the coffee register.

Lifetime customer. Artie T, you are an inspiration. Truly a place you can still get more for your dollar and be on a first name basis with the cashier. Honestly a good small town feel wherever the store is.

Over crowded, expired food, unpleasant place to shop. To many people cramming into one pace to try and save a buck, big mistake going there .

The place was clean and well stocked. I spoke to the person at the service desk and she was very friendly and nice. There was one person, Austin, behind the meat counter that was especially helpful and friendly. Service at the front check out was quick and groceries packed correctly. The roast Austin brought out for me cooked up tender and flavorful. Overall a pleasant grocery shop.

Excellent customer service across the board if you have a problem call him up and theyll explain it to you theyll show it to you if your receipt gets stuck in the printer you know they can print out a copy of it and everything like that and it just its an older system but it works better than some of the new stuff is out today so keep it that way Market Basket thank you for being that way and have an extremely excellent customer service for in all the St and all the stores its although always the same
