Amazing cupcakes and cakes in the bakery! They have an app for grocery shopping online if it’s not too busy. Unfortunately, when I ordered for pickup they did not have enough shoppers so they called ahead and asked me to come in later. When I arrived the manager advised that they would need even more time to fill the order. Being understanding we just cancelled and he gave us a gift card for our troubles. Very courteous and made the best out of a tough situation.

Store is clean. Has an ok variety of premade dinners. Bakery section usually has things I like. Huge ice cream section. I told one of the managers one day that no supermarkets ever have breakfast sandwiches anymore because they dont. And ever since then they have had them every time.Service is good the lady that works the 12 items or less thing at night is really nice. Some of the other people who work there are too. Definitely get more of a hometown feel where the people remember you. I have never seen this store really crowded and that is a huge plus. Ive never once waited in line. I wont go through the self checkout just cause I dont want a machine yelling at me to please follow the instructions on the PINPAD!

I went in here and got a sub to go a pre-made sandwich. It was good. That plus a Coca-Cola is heaven. And they take food cards. So you dont have to spend your cash. If youre not getting a food card youre missing the bus. They give you $225 a month now. Its so much easier to eat good when you have resources to do it. Again get on the A train. Get a food card and use it here. Keep it coming government benefits. Just saying. One of the best programs the government has. Lets eradicate starving and hunger. They should expand section 8. No Americans should be without a roof over his head, or belly full of food. Its 2021. Not 1850. Thank God youre living at the time youre living in. A world of abundance. You dont even have to be rich to eat well. You can be poor and survive pretty well in the United States. Especially the state of Massachusetts. This place is benefit City. You can even get a college education for free if you know the right websites and services. Educate yourself

Love the store but the prices are out of sight. Everyone complains about that. They go to market basket instead to save some money. They changed the gas program and its not good. Go back to the old program.

Ugh! I don’t like this store. With all the great stores around me, why I come here, I don’t know. After today, I definitely won’t be back.The store is over priced and the staff is generally unhelpful.Today I spent $400 on groceries. I provided my own enormous, sturdy bags. I proceeded to unload my cart...colds first...then bags of chips and bread...boxed items...hot items...cleaning items. I just loaded my car and everything is all jumbled together in different bags. Hots with colds with bananas on the bottom with cleaning supplies. Seriously. It’s not hard to bag groceries. I would much rather do it myself than to have it done carelessly. I purposely loaded the belt to make it EASIER for the baggers and EASIER for myself when I get home and have to unload $400 worth of groceries.Oh and I asked the employee at the register where the chicken broth was and she shrugged her shoulders and said, “I don’t know” and proceeded to ring my groceries. I had ask her to ask someone that knew so I wouldn’t have to go back up and down the isles again, holding up the register.For the love of god! Why?!?

Being retired I like to take my time shopping so going to stop and shop at 10 PM means I dont have to fight other carts. The selection can be limited since the shelves may be low or missing some things and the deli is mostly shut, but the evening staff at the Bedford store are always very nice and will try their best to accommodate requests. I usually find everything I want and I shop several times a week so I get fresh produce.

Good selection, good prices, but you need to check expiration dates. Managing inventory on shelves isnt easy, but nevertheless there is the occasional item that is past its sell-by date. I find that Whole Foods is better about managing inventory -- but the selection isnt as good, and it tends to be pricier. I prefer to shop at Stop & Shop and check expiration dates. 🙂

Id give more stars, but I dont like the direction they are going with respect to self checkout. They really are pushing self checkout now, which is fine, but if you have a large order, this becomes a hassle. Good luck bagging $100 of stuff yourself in a timely manner! Combine this with the fact that they only have 1 or 2 traditional checkout lanes open, ever, and it becomes an issue. Compare that to Market Basket, which always has 10-15 lanes open!

This is a really neat little store. They have a wide variety of products to choose from and a large selection of glass. Came back twice in one day! Definitely recommend!

Unfortunately this is the closest grocery store to me. Prices are pretty high and avocados are always hard. The jalapeños are rarely good, and the paper bags always rip and are just a pain. The cranberry orange muffins are really good though!

Its a pretty decent store all around. Got some young people that are eager to help & some other good staff. If, however, you are looking for product diversity, as in a broad selection of ethnic foods, the offerings are sparse. Demographic they serve clearly white & rather health-minded, altho I did see a section of produce with veges well known in tropical locales. Ive often found good deals on meat here, by the way.

Was in the area and stopped in to grab a few items. Store was clean and well organized. Shelves were well stocked and I was able to easily locate and purchase everything I came in for.

A pretty typical Stop & Shop. They have increased the number of self-checkout lanes there are probably a half a dozen now. Really help speed things up when you only have a few items. They have my favorite popsicle treat which none of the other chains in the area seem to carry.

I like the natures promise brand but overall I am not impressed with the selection at this store. I would rather go a bit further and pay a bit more at Wegmans knowing I can get everything I need on my list at one store.

Customer service in self service was awesome, he helped me through everything even though it wasnt to be until being called.The citizen bank is a shity place to bank with. Customer service treats you like you were nothing, good thing I switch to TD bank. I believe that stop and shop should change his banking partners because I will no longer shop there.

Large selection of goods to choose from. I usually find all my items here. Deli has a wide selection of cold cuts and cheese which can also be bought pre cut and packaged. Bakery has lost freshly baked muffins, croissants, turnovers and much more. Fresh and vibrant fruit and vegetables available also found in the organic varient. Pre packages also available. Ample free parking available.

I hate this store. Very unhelpful staff and some of their products are inferior. Like for instance I bought my mom an amaryllis bulb here. It didnt bloom! Boo! I think they need a new manager with a better attitude. The MB in Billerica is much better and cheaper.

Drearier than other Stop & Shop locations. Parking lot driving can be aggressive and occasionally even menacing. On the plus side, the prices are consistent with others in the chain, so youre likely to get what you came for.

I attempt to come here to grab a quick lunch once in a while. Lets just say this is the most incompetent staff Ive ever encountered in a S&S. Deli consistently doesnt stock its sandwiches and if youre lucky you get one a couple days old. Every time you try and scan a sale item on the self checkout (with your card) its a 50/50 chance it rings in correctly. If it doesnt its exceedingly difficult to get the attention of the customer service woman right next to the self checkout. Shes the older one with glasses who is always too preoccupied with her phone to give a crap about helping people. When you mention the multitude of issues to management they act concerned then quickly blow you off. Never have these issues at the other S&S locations near my house. Avoid this location like the plague.
