We picked up lunch from this restaurant a few times in 2021. The portions are huge! The prices are low. The sandwiches are good. The dining area is quaint and peaceful. It is a good place to slow down. This is a nice downtown Bedford eatery.
This is the best place! Feels like you are in your house, chatting as your meal is made. A true family-business, we have come to know and love Jenn, Carmen, the kids and extended family. The menu has such a wide range of items and the portions are large. Great options for vegetarians as well. Add ice cream and specialty coffees -- what more could you ask for? Outside seating overlooks Bedfords beautiful, historic square.

Outstanding business located in downtown Bedford right next to the Bedford falls a historic monument with great history and beautiful scenic views this particular shop is owned by two veterans both of which I know personally they are outstanding citizens and would never be considered anything less currently some local elected officials have publicly announced false light allegations that would be considered liable liable slanderous public comments hundreds of people none of which are true its unfortunate when you give somebody a bully pulpit they take advantage of their positional authority people need to understand you just cant say whatever you want if its not true those are called false light torts in the meantime if youre a traveler and you are looking for a delicious meal at a fair price you definitely need to check out this location keep up the good work Jennifer and Carmen you are good people dont let anybody else say otherwise. Some of your employees could use a little customer service training.
This was a nice place to grab a quick lunch after a walk in the Bedford Reservation. We each had a breakfast sandwich and we both enjoyed what we had. It was quick and cheap. My only complaint is that is was very warm inside the restaurant. We ate outside instead, which was fine because it was a gorgeous day.
Food for me awful had cornbeef, husband tried and agreed worst sandwich ever. Told women behind counter she apologized and gave me a bag. FYI meat tasted old, it was too thick very smooth and off color, kaurt was too bitter never tasted any swiss and the grilled bread was paper thin flat and greases all the thousand island sauce did was slide out the back and on to the paper plate it was served on. It was Messy, cold and threw it away.And yes I really told the employee it was awful, so I guess they get an F for customer service as well maybe the breakfast or dessert are better . We really wanted to like this place theyre close to home and always had such great outdoor grilled burgers during events at the park.Honestly out of all my reviews this is the first bad one Ive given usually the owners or managers customer service or kindness over comes a negative experience but not this time oddly enough it was if we werent welcome. Maybe because it was karaoke night and the crowd all seen to know each other and we didnt fit in dont know but sorry it didnt go well.

Jennifer is wonderful and her chai teas and just as good. Cute and comfy seating area and close to other small shops.
A friendly place with a great view of the Town Square. Winter spring summer or fall this is a must stop. Parking can be tricky with the Town Square weekend festivities but its definitely worth it.
The lights were dimmed and the temp was a little low for me but it has such a homey feel. There are gorgeous plants throughout the Cafe that make for a lovely ambiance. I couldnt help but to sit next to the umbrella plant and feel its leaves. Theyre all real! I had a Better Bedford with spinach wrap. It was healthy, light, and tasted great! Next time Ill ask for more peppers!Items on menu are affordable. Minus one star for the limited menu items.This is a family owned and ran Cafe. I can tell. Im new to the area and I will be returning again.
Breakfast sandwiches were great, ordered subs to go for the Cuyahoga trails. Highly recommend supporting this local place!

Still looks as great inside and nothing much has changed since me a 2 other guys completely gutted and remodeled that building back around 2002. I was 19 years old, lots of good memories. But it was a ton of work. Used to be Vincenzas Pizza right before we re did it and it became an Arabica. That big Mahogany bar actually came from the Arabica in Coventry. That was a hell of a task to get it out and into the Bedford store.

They cool, the old women who’s the cook can take a deep breath and chill pill and be nicer to customers but food is decent for a local cafè.
We visited this place while traveling for work, and I have to say its a decent shop with a very polite staff. Unfortunately I must rate them partially on the food and most importantly the coffee. If I was rating on experience and staff it would be a 5/5. There food was mediocre and nothing great so 3/5. Unfortunately the coffee was sub par. Being a Cafe the coffee should be the highlight. I ended up only drinking half the coffee and tossing the rest opting to replace it by going to another Cafe. I tried the coffee my coworker got and it was no better. If you are looking for good place to get coffee this just isnt it.

Great stop for food and desserts. Nice sized portions and well priced. Parking lot available behind the building if you cannot get a spot in front. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.
A unique, quiet cafe that overlooks the square in downtown Bedford. I often go for coffee and bakery in the morning while I get work done on computer or even to read or write. We have also found it a great place to go during holidays while we see the Christmas lights next door. We come in w our child for hot drinks and dessert. They also have great biscuits and gravy plus plenty of sandwiches, wraps & more. If you enjoy karaoke, they have it 2 nights per week. Its a lot of fun!

The people here at this place are as nice as you will ever find.......if these reviews were about service only then they would get 10 stars.....Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is cause i went at breakfast time and it was some microwaved stuff....it was ok, for $4.00 what more you want. But overall it was good.
Got the chicken bacon ranch salad today at work..totally fresh salad..no brown pieces..was awesome..with a roll and the cinnamon butter. Was amazing lunch..Def always order the full...half would not have been big enough. We at Jay Honda love you!! And your delivery guy!
Really sweet family business in the heart of Bedford. Good coffee, open early for my morning latte run on the way to work. Very nice people, great location. Cookies are weirdly salty but I always want one whenever Im in anyway! I bring my mom and grandma here for breakfast when theyre in town, we love seeing the kids wait tables on the weekends. :)
Excellent food, delicious brewed hot or iced coffees, their ice cream is a great treat. The staff is very friendly and professional, and to top it off their prices are very reasonable. It doesnt get better than that. I highly recommend this place.
Great little cafe! In a gorgeous location with speedy service. Food is homestyle and exactly what you would expect from a cafe. They also deliver to anywhere in a 5 mile radius and serve desserts! Nice little place.

My new go-to place for a bite to eat and tasty coffee! Karaoke every Tuesday evening, the most friendly people, and so cozy! Theres a fireplace, great little menu with delicious sandwiches and meals, coffee creations, and ice cream! Feels so homey and warm.

The owners are like family. The environment is inviting. The coffee is top notch. They serve the community with heart. The shop needs some updating which is the only reason they did not receive a perfect score, but they are working on completing some updates.
Super friendly service. Food was great. I had a half of a USS New York (Meatball Sub ). It was huge (it had 4 large meatballs on it). I cant imagine trying to eat a whole one. Great experience, will be back.

Just discovered this place because a friend loves to karaoke. Food is reasonably priced and very good! They also are extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The baked goods are very good as well.

It was a nice family place. Good menu, great prices. As we were leaving a gentleman working asked us to wait a moment and he brought out 2 chocolate chip cookies for each of my 4 children.

Stopped in for coffee. Coffee hot and good but limited choices on milk creamer etc and no sweetner, just sugar. Bagel was ok. Service was pretty good, asked for a bagel with egg and cheese and was told to order from the menu. Felt like 1990s mentality, limited options and strict to the menu. Not sure if there are better options in the area but I wont be back.
I sell cars at a nearby dealership and order my lunch from Bedford Falls cafe 3 or 4 times a week. The food and service is top notch and prices extremely reasonable. Not only is it great good, but they deliver and is a huge convenience since i like to work through my lunch break!

They get three stars for the atmosphere. However the coffee really isnt that great. The mocha that I ordered tasted very burned. Ive had far better in other places. But it is my hometown and I generally feel comfortable in this area.Nobody was mean everybody seem nice so there you go. Perhaps it was just my drink so give it a shot let me know how you think it is

Service was lazy at best, food was so so at best. Coleslaw was straight out of a container, my sandwich tasted like rubber.. 2 bucks for a fountain pop, I definitely wont be back..
