Chris was able to provide such a unique touch to my wedding reception. He was pleasant to work, easy to communicate with and open to my late night request. Also he came in less expensive than other quotes I received around the same time.

Very professional all the time. Our orders are ready usually the next day, no wait time at the facility for our pickup on this visit. They just didnt have new character pops we wanted but everything else we order is usually in stock. I like working with Chris. His son is also such a nice kid, always polite and even at 12/13 years old, this young man is also professional and thorough when working with his dad! Love to see this in our youth.

Just saw Chriss ice cream truck in our neighborhood, it was awesome to watch the kids run to the truck, and the music left such a sense of joy. Everyone who saw it was all smiles. To top it off, the driver asked if wed like ice cream, and when he found out we didnt have money on us, he offered it to us anyway. Such a kind gesture from a man who clearly loves his job and lives to bring joy. In a world that could desperately use more love and simple pleasures, Chriss ice cream delivered.

I asked them to come to my neverhoos and instead of being nice about and saying no he was rude and said no we will not do deliveries to you he was just rude about it but I hope one day I can still try his ice cream

Had Chris’s Ice Cream Treats come to my house for my son’s birthday party. They were reliable and showed up exactly on time. Was very happy with their services and highly recommend using them.Our party was on Labor Day when there was a horrible rain storm for the first half of the day and they still showed up on time.

Chriss Ice Cream Treats was a fun addition to my daughters birthday party. He was on time, courteous, and brought with him all the yummy ice cream favorites. I definitely recommend.

We used Chriss Ice Cream treats for our sons bday celebration. It was perfect! Chris was very responsive in communication and very professional. Everyone enjoyed themselves from young to old. Safety protocols were in place, no contact, face coverings, etc. Chris and the young lady with him were very friendly and inviting! I would definitely use them again!

Chris brought his ice cream truck to a childs birthday party with under 24 hours notice after other entertainment for the party unexpectedly fell through. He was early to the party, quick to respond to messages about the event, and was careful with childrens allergies. The entire experience was very professional and really helped make the birthday a success.

Saw a “Chris’s Ice Cream Treats” truck selling ice cream to kids yesterday in Streetsboro Ohio. No social distance, no gloves, no mask, window wide open. The man even put the money near his mouth (not kidding, filmed it) before handing the kid his change and ice cream.I called to ask the policy on this, and was assured that PPE was being used, gloves, mask, and even a ‘grabber’ all whilst keeping the window as closed as possible. None of this was true, I have video to prove this.Irresponsible and ridiculous.Edit: spoke to Chris on the phone, and he seemed reasonable. He assured me this operators actions were against policy. Time will tell I suppose.

Do not do business with this place. They are very unprofessional and combative! I had to confirm our price and time the day before the event! the owner never sent any official confirmation or email to confirm our date, time, or service. His driver showed up and dispensed ice cream without notifying me. I also did not like the fact that on his website it has certain price ranges. I explained to Chris what I wanted when we originally spoke. The day of the event, he said the website was old . No receipt was provided, no noting! He had me at a price that I did not agree to and the ending result : he asked did i want the driver to leave! No ! you just gave 10 kids ice cream...the others were in line! I will never recommend for any event..so very unprofessional!

Very terrible ice cream truck.. does not watch for children!! Driver was going so fast thru our neighborhood that he had children running after him. Also, several children outside their homes were awaiting his arrival and he just drove passed with music playing..

Ice cream truck in my neighborhood needs to change their music because it’s annoying to hear the same music on repeat.
