Fantastic customer service. I prefer to shop local as I can & places like this reinforce that. Not only is the overall product quality better than the big box stores, but the staff really know their stuff & are happy to take their time with you.

This Ace Hardware store is exactly why people shop at their local hardware store. Owner, employees universally helpful and friendly. They actually listen, and make helpful suggestions. Need help finding that special metric “thing a ma bob”? There will be someone to help. Need a good flashlight? Get ready to be educated, in a fun and helpful way. The store just has a good neighborly feel to it.I went in with a specific application requirement. The wonderfully bearded gentleman listened, and suggested a wonderful solution. And that, neighbors, is why people shop at Stadler Ace Hardware.

Dave is one the friendliest, and most knowledgeable owners that I know. He along with the rest of the staff, seem to possess a wealth of knowledge about the products being sold in their store. I also love the fact that, if the item that I am looking for is not physically in the store, they will do their best to try and have it delivered to their, where it can then be picked without an added delivery charge. I prefer this type of environment over that of a big box store.

These people are gifts to our community.Not only do they have most of the related things you’re looking for, but they offer it with expertise and advice. They are patient and extremely helpful. Today I stopped at Ace, half way prepared, Needing to ship a package. needing to ship a package. My friends at ace helped me locate the correct shipping label, print it, and even helped find a box for my item. Normally I wouldn’t burden a business with these tasks but I had been confused by the shipping label. The great people at Ace, hooked me up and solved each problem one by by! And so I think we’re very lucky to have this gem in town and the people who work there.

Convenient location off 202. All the small things you need and some of the bigger items. Helpful staff. Store is a little small so in order to fit so many things its a little congested but not to difficult to navigate

I have been going here for more years than I can remember! Dave, Mark and Mike are the best. They have helped me with so many projects. Actually Im having my second grill delivered today from them. Lets hope Dave and Mike stay right where they are. Job well done.

It was okay as Ace Hardware stores go. If youre familiar with the Rockys version of these hardware stores, you will be surprised how different the experience is.1st impression dark and uninviting.No greeting on entering. Okay Im used to it, but retailers, would it kill you to say hello?Its really dark in there. I get it, lighting is expensive. But, seeing has its value too.Weird unfriendly checkout too was a little unexpected.I think if you dont cherish your customers and have a passion for what you do, this is the result.I would probably avoid this place if the need arises in the future.First impressions are important.

Very friendly staff. Always welcoming and always very helpful and knowledgeable with/about everything. A couple of employees even spent like an hour helping me with printing out some papers I really needed printed out even though they dont normally do that kind of thing. They definitely saved my butt that day and I am forever grateful for it. Thank you guys!!

Very helpful to have a hardware store in town that way we dont have to drive for 30 minutes to pick up a couple of bolts or screws. They usually have what Im looking for and the staff is very helpful. They cut keys and mix paint here too.

What poor customer service. Asked to return a craftsman hose which carrys a lifetime warranty they refused. It was leaking out of the fitting. Very disappointed with belchertown ace. I will no longer do business with them.
