Horrible customer service!! Nothing i liked was in stock . The phone i wanted they dont make no more ... if they dont make the phone anymore why keep it in the display? Everytime i would ask the guy a question if just felt like it was making him go out of his way to answer !Im just very disappointed in the customer service in this store always have hated it . If the customer service was beyter they would have sold a 1,300 phone tonight ! And another tip, maybe you guys should ask your customers some questions and see if we need help deciding on a phone instead of sitting at your computer the whole time !

Unlike their competition, U.S. Cellular has real customer service! Not some portal where I feel like Im waiting for a reply like some kinky dating app. They follow the ancient practice of having actual people who can help. Yeah, right? Keep it human! Please!

She found the pictures of my Mom that I thought were gone forever!!! I had upgraded my phone, and the pictures from my old phone/cloud back up did not go over to the new phone. To top it off, my old phone died. After playing with the phone for a couple minutes, she was able to get every single one of the pictures back. My Mom, who passed away 18 months ago, pictures of my son growing up, my pets, concerts, everything. What a great way to start 2019...with ALL of my pictures back that I thought Id never see again!!!
This place is a complete joke! Cant even put a friggen screen protect on correctly! When I got one put on the guy promised me all the air bubbles would come out. And they did not so I brought it in the next day to get replaced (with receipt) they turned me away :) how thoughtful. Im very disappointed, not only are some of the workers rude and short with customers, they have a big lack in responsibility.

I bought two cellular phones,(LG X Power), that were supposed to be made with unbreakable glass or gorilla glass. I was given a phone case for the first phone which fit great. I returned to the store to get a case for the second phone and the customer representative gave me the wrong case, (it didnt have the rubber break resistance on the front layer of the phone). Within the first few days of using my phone it was raining and I dropped my phone on the ground at Hannaford in Belfast and the entire screen shaddered. I returned to the U.S. Cellular store and tried to get a replacement phone and the customer representative explained to me that it did have the wrong case on it (which was an error on the customer representatives part) and although it was not supposed to be able to shadder the way it did, they needed me to make an insurance claim to get a new phone which was more expensive than I had originally paid for when I bought the two phones! I was absolutely blown away by the fact that the company was unwilling to take any of the fault in the phone breaking and that they actually expected me to buy a new phone which was more expensive than the original one that I had only bought the few days prior. I ended my business with them and went directly back to Straight Talk.
Poor experience here all the time .and the employees are not well trained especially towards customer service .never will go here again .I am having trouble uploading everything on my cell since I payed my bill here.
