Hunter was very good to me. Despite my total run-around with the corporate headquarters on 2 defective phones, Hunter was very patient with me, quick, efficient, and helped me with everything that he could. Keenan was also very good. They are doing amazingly well for the volume of customers that they have despite being the only two employees at the store, and each having to man the whole store on their own on different days. Thank you both so much.

Hunter helped answer all questions I had and get everything set up they way it should have been on the first day I went in. However within the first 20 hours my phone went from active to number unavailable I tried to network reset on my own but ended up having to go back and see Hunter at the store. The poor guy spent almost 3 hours on the phone with customer service with me while we tried to figure out what was going on with my phone. In the process found out that only part of my initial monthly payment was processed, even though my bank account showed something completely different, and that my plan was switched from the one I chose to a cheaper plan with no extras, and when Hunter looked into it on his end he found nothing different, or notes on my account. By the time it was all said and done I had spent almost 4 hours with Hunter trying to figure all this out. He was patient, kind, and since at one point we were on hold for almost 30 minutes (and my approval) took the time to answer other customers questions as well. Over all he did a wonderful job. Unfortunately we are still not to sure about what is going on with the processing of payment or the change of phone plans. Hopefully we will we find out.

Keenan is great to work with and he really knows the products. I was shocked however at the cost of the add-ons that seem necessary. Not even a case or charger to go with the phone and a required trade in though I would rather have kept my current phone for emergencies. Sounds as if the new corporate owners want to wring everything possible out of the customer..

Yes, Im that girl that over researches and needs every piece of information before I make a decision. Of any place Ive lived (mainly big cities) the Belfast Verizon team is the most knowledgeable, particularly Keenan. There wasnt a question I threw at this guy that he didnt have information on - all while being polite and patient.Good news: there are still people out there who are excellent at their job and happy to provide you with great customer service. If youve ever been in the average verizon store, you know how rare that can be.Great job guys.

Walked in to get some help to get our phones set up. The store was completely empty, except for one woman staffing the outlet. We did not know that each store was an independent retailer and not a part of Verizons customer service realm. She was so curt and rude with us because we didnt buy the phone from her/store and the only thing she really said to us was a $30 fee if she were to help us. No wonder that store had ZERO customers or staff, she was awful! After that brief introduction with her, we decided to drive up to the Stillwater store in Bangor to pay them to set up our phones. They were super nice when we called them to inquire and were more than happy to help us out for $20.

The folks there are both courteous and very knowledgeable, I have always felt comfortable asking even the most basic question knowing they will be respectful and understanding. After spending 4 horrible hours at an Apple store with people who couldnt resolve my problem, and couldnt care less, I went to my Belfast Verizon store where they fixed it immediately. Theyre knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I decided to give up on my aging Apple phone and Nate helped me find a new phone which he quickly set up. While I was in there. I observed other staff people with other customers. Same great service. Technology can be as horrible as it is wonderful. Were lucky to have good people to guide us through it.

He was the only associate in the office and was handling multiple customers at once. He did it so effortlessly and never ignored anyone. Very impressive multitasker. It did take a bit longer with all the people but it honestly didnt bother me to wait. It didnt bother me because he was polite and was addressing everyones needs at once with precision. He was efficient and gave great service. It was actually one of the best experiences I have ever had at a cell phone store. I hope management realizes how valuable he is.

He refused to put me in touch with the manager and asked me to leave the store. I I had the sense that he was about to call the police....REALLY??? This would be zero stars if that were possible!
