Such a great Staff!!! I came in with my razer 2 phone (which is a rare phone). The charging port gave out overnight and I needed to replace it. Since I have been paying insurance on it for a little over a year, Bailey stayed on the phone for over 3 hours to help me get a replacement. Which ended up with me getting the latest model of the Galaxy S20 Plus for next to nothing! Great staff that really knows their stuff!
