Stopped in to purchase a new phone and plan, and had amazing service and was helped immediately. Kyle helped me and was knowledgeable on every question I had. He was kind and caring to boot. Haven’t had such nice service in a while. Also, while I was there, I listened to the other employees be kind with other customers and even each other. Great atmosphere and service will definitely bring me back here for all my needs.

Kyle is AMAZING!! I’ve been dealing with defective phones and insurance replacements (Yes - multiple replacements in the last 4 months - thank goodness for insurance!) and he has helped me with every step. He even went so far as to wait on hold for over 2 hours with the customer service people as we were trying to figure out my phone malfunction!!! I never had a long wait, and he was polite, respectful and extremely helpful during multiple visits while getting my phone issues straightened out. I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle at Belgrade Verizon.

If i could give no stars I would. This place is ridiculous. I spent 3 hours at the store to get a new phone. My bill got messed up (went from $180 to $580 a month with no warning from Sierra the salesman) and promotions were put on the wrong items. Went back and they told me they couldnt fix it I would have to call customer service and fix it myself. Still havent gotten it fixed because Verizon cant fix it, its a cellular plus promotion and can only be fixed at the cellular plus store. Sierra (the manager) isnt any help and for some reason no one will give me info to contact her boss (Alan). Ive even gave them my number and no call back. Ive now spent 6 plus hours and the past 7 days trying to get this situation handled and I have gotten nowhere. If your with Verizon go to an actual corporate Verizon store not a cellular plus.

I went to the Verizon store in Belgrade, Montana. The store is located on Jackrabbit Lane. I believe it was between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm, on June 11th.
