What a wonderful shopping experience! They had many items to choose from I found everything I was looking for and then some. Some other H-E-B‘s are closer to my house but I prefer to drive to this location! I am amazed at the difference a few miles apart how different stores can be; this one seems to have a better produce selection bakery selection and all-around cleaner store.

I love HEB they are very friendly and super organized. They have a cheese department that is awesome. Their cakes and desserts are pretty awesome too!

A big elevator that you can fit your grocery basket in, a parking garage and big af. God I need to get out of my hometown. We dont have the cool stuff Houston does. 😕 Really did like how the place was made, must keep the money coming in.

I love this store - well stocked, great prices, love the rooftop parking where you can see the sunrise at store opening time, and easy access from the car into the store from the rooftop! Also, Edwina at checkout is the best! Super personable and helpful, going above and beyond early in the morning to take care of me even though I had a little over the max # of items in my cart for her lane, since there werent many people there first thing in the morning, she made an exception. Thanks Edwina!! :)

EXTREMELY disappointed with the pharmacy service. I went in this morning for my scheduled covid booster shot at 11am and was told by the lady at drop off counter that HEB does not provide Moderna shots because it has not been approved yet. So naturally I asked if thats the case why did they even let my scheduling go through the first place? I received a defensive the system doesnt know that its not approved and all HEBs are not providing Moderna booster shots and I was dumbfounded. So the system is self-monitored instead of by humans?I would not be this mad but she was not putting in effort to explain or even apologetic at all, and I wasted my time going to the pharmacy. Never going back to this pharmacy again.

Very nice!! Feels like youre in a mall. Staff was extremely helpful. It was the parking garage, elevators, and basket escalators for me!!

Scamming people over pumkins... Tsk tsk tsk. They advertirse the jumbo pumkins at around $8 and when you get to the register, they try to get away with charging you $20. They are very well aware of it too, I could tell by the way they addressed the situation. So... Watch your receipts fellow HEB shoppers...

Big shoutout to all the HEB staff trying to get to work, stock shelves And be helpful during the cold freeze! They are trying to stay organized and ration the essentials so everybody gets something.

First time in this HEB. All Covid safeguards in place as well as customers abiding by the measures. My friends up North are always jealous when I post pictures of an HEB. 1030a on a Wednesday had a sparse crowd and easy check out. The parking lot has the green/red availability lights and the escalator for the shopping carts going down is really cool. See pics

Very clean with good selection of everything, especially wines, beers, cheeses, and meats.

Solid HEB. The two story design works well and I enjoy parking upstairs as an option. The staff is friendly as ever and this new setup inside makes everything feel closer together. There’s the butcher shop, fish market, and bakery all doing the most with good product. Then there’s a little coffee shop, there as well. Basically, HEB is a tiny city now.

Was pleasantly surprised in the wine area by Terry who was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The right bottle of Merlot was easy.The store itself well organized and very clean every clerk I passed greeted me.There were several cashiers so check out was quick and easy.

HEB is the best grocery store, its sad that the other 49 dont know what theyre missing!!! I recently moved back to Texas, after being gone for 6 years, I was sooo excited to be back home with HEB!!!

HEB is an excellent Texas Grocery store. Ive shopped at several different ones around Houston and they are consistently good. Their employees seem friendly enough and are helpful when you need to find something. The variety of the store is wide enough that you can easily make this a one stop shopping trip with everything from beer and wine to eggs, milk, and ground lamb. The stores are always clean and have a good reputation for being community oriented. I think its easy to find things and while masks are not being required by state the store does require them (and I agree with that decision). Overall I highly recommend HEB for both quality and variety.

Love this new HEB Bellaire Market! Pics are from grand opening day. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.We have been pleased with the produce over other large chain stores. Love the wine tasting and other samples to try before you buy. The fresh baked/hot tortillas are amazing. GREAT wine selection and prices too!Covered parking is great in the heat or rain! Green lights to show available spaces and weve never had a problem finding a space. They have escalators (even for carts), elevators and stairs, or you can park on second level and walk straight into the store.

This store is all that and more!!! I love the whole layout of this HEB. They have a two story parking garage and as you go in they have the Pharmacy on the first floor only. The rest of the grocery store is on the second floor, they have a huge elevator; 3 to be exact...they have escalators and even a special escalator designed to bring the baskets down. I had such a great time shopping there I will be back again soon.

Very nice 2 story store. Street level is covered parking with wide spaces and drives. Above each space is a red or green light showing which spaces are available.Never been to a 2 story HEB, and it was interesting. Large cart friendly elevators, and a fascinating pair of parallel escalators, one for grocery carts, the other for people.Very wide selection of groceries at HEB prices. Lots of samples, even a wine bar set up for wine tastings.

Wow today i bought a Chopped Brisket Sandwich for $5.00 from the Deli and it is Delicious. A bit spicy for flavor but it it excellent. Hot & fresh.Get yours today

H E B is a great place to shop. They have a wide variety of food to choose from and the store is always clean.

An excellence grocery store and pharmacy. Everyone always is very friendly. The quality of the goods is high, and the selection is very good. Meat and produce quality are very good, as well. The fine cheese selection is not quite what it was, but I expect a lot of that is covid related. HEB brand products tend to be quite good.

The cashier and guards are always pleasant and helpful.

PEOPLE REMEMBER HOW YOU MAKE THEM FEEL!!!I shop at this HEB by my house at least 1 or 2 times if not more a week. I have always had nothing but first class service that makes my shopping outing very enjoyable BUT Today was different.. A produce iitem was not marked with price clarity, so when I was checking out I requested that one of the store managers give me clarity. The manager a young male came over to assist but seem unhapppy at my request. When he came back with the answer, he ignored me and just told the cashier what the item cost. I asked Why, he told the cashier and not me? I then expressed my concern of his handling of the request and asked for a store manager. He gave a sideline reason for his actions and even used profanity while my minor son was present. Although Justin the other manager, was very humble and respectful. I left HEB feeling unappreciated... You know everyone is being so hateful to each other But I do not want to experience that type of hate while shopping with my minor child and spending my hard earned money....

HEB always serves my family well. Affordable prices and great options for us to try. We love the times where the cooks come and introduce new products and we had a great time finding everything we needed for Thanksgiving Dinner. This particular location is new and very clean. Friendly service at the register and in the meat department. Thank you HEB!

Easy, covered parking and a quick pharmacy trip. Great store to shop at.

This location has everything you would ever need. Its so big, has really unique conveniences like an escalator for your shopping cart so you dont need to use an elevator. There are even restaurants connected and near by that make this location for promising.

Only place I trust to buy my meats... very clean always. One request...please sell baked flaming hot potato chips. 😂

Employees are always cheerful when greeting you. Wish there would be more customer assistance though. I highly recommend Assistant Manager Julian he is really attentive and mindful of his customers.

Today was my first visit to this store location but it will not be my last. Its as clean as you can get, and they have, what seems to be, more items than other stores. I was very pleased and although its a little out of my way, I will definitely be going back much more often. Its a great shopping experience and lets just say, GREAT JOB HEB.

My son-in-law works for Centerpoint and those boys are mulling themselves in this ice storm trying to restore power in super cold temperatures. When they arrived at 5:01 begging to just buy some meat so they could have a warm meal, this HEB closed the door on their faces! I am so disappointed!

The store is always clean and well kept. The employees are friendly and always willing to assist or answer any questions you may have. I never have to worry about not finding what Im looking for. They always have everything I need at a reasonable price. Im definitely a loyal shopper of this particular location.
