Helpful professional staff. Always impressed dealing with them. The delivery teams deserve a raise. They better have received some kind of compensation from the last call in I made with the manager.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Darrin from this RAC store. I was able to purchase this product right on line. Darrin was able to give me the item information right over the phone. I was able to look at the merchandise and do all of the information right online. He arranged a delivery time and date even earlier than expected! I appreciate his time and effort!!! Awesome Work!!!

I love this rent a center. The staff is wonderful and friendly! They are super helpful. Also with the COVID-19 stuff going on they still deliver. Glad we chose this location. We’ve gotten quite a few things from them and haven’t had problems with any. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely awful customer service stated I have rented from another store when I have not before. I will be contacting the corporate office as I sent over personal documents just to be denied. Unprofessional and seems to be trying to get social security numbers. Never will do business with them. Avoid the scams

Staff is great I needed a bed immediately and the delivered that day to make sure I wasnt on the floor! When I go in they are always friendly and very helpful. They try to give you the best deals and work with you on payments. Tthank you so much for the help!
