They are close and convenient. They also have a military discount, lowes does not!

If I could give NO stars I WOULD. I have never in my life had worse service than I did at this store. The business I just encountered will ensure I NEVER shop with Home Depot again. The merchandise I was ALLOWED to leave with will also be returned. I will not let this store take any of my money. The manager Danielle was so incredible RUDE. I feel sorry for Megan who was in training. What you just encountered is not how you treat patrons. They rang up my whole order totaling over $1300 incorrect, were rude when discussing price discrepancy from online to in-store, made us wait over 25 mins for loading ONLY for us to walk back in not once but 3 times for the manager Danielle to see us and walk away from us THREE times only to find out the lumber employee DID NOT know anything about our order. All while there were 4 other male employees standing with the manager while we were waiting for our merchandise. Once we got FRUSTRATED & began vocalizing our frustration they proceeded to tell us that our WHOLE order was being refunded... TO TOP IT OFF EMPLOYEES FOLLOWED US OUT OF STORE MAKING UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS TOWARDS US.Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered!!!!

Got a light for our back yard since the town we live in has dismal street lights. Found what we needed for a good price. Clean store. No panhandlers, so awesome!

Its alright. A normal Homey Depot like the rest.

Purchased a 5.0 cubic freezer. Had to take three times to get one not damaged. Open the box before you leave for sure...

I was able to find everything I needed. I browsed around & didnt feel rushed by employees.  I only purchased a few items and went through the convenient self-checkout area where the staff was extremely helpful in applying my military discount.

I love this Home Depot the employees are always helpful and if they dont know the answer to a question I am a sking about they go to great lengths to help me find out the answer. They usually have what I need in stock and if they dont they order it and I get it usually within a couple days. Ive shopped at a lot of Home Depots but none as wonderful as this one.

The employees here are awesome. David from appliances helped me find a fridge and washer appropriate for my budget and time frame. On a second trip, I needed help finding a product. An employee in flooring told me the exact aisle number and location in the aisle to find said product. I was impressed. The store was clean, bright, well stocked,and clearly signed. The self checkout was a breeze because of the hand scanner. There is no need to take bulky/awkward items out of your cart. Just scan them in place. And the biggest take away is their prices are fair and competitive even to shopping online with amazon.

BUT this time, John immediately helped me and made sure i left with the right product i was looking for! He was very respectful and didnt treat me any different than if my husband was there. Thank you so much, i love my new table saw!

This place has made curbside pickup and art form and very simple to do. If you are needing the Peace of Mind of getting your items curbside, I would recommend this place. Only downside to Home Depot over Lowes is that with Lowes, you can get your verified veteran status in your profile and your discount applied. Home Depot has not managed to do that, and honestly, they have no intention of doing so. The only way to get a veterans discount there is if you go into the store and sometimes I have had stores say they do not offer veteran discounts. The curbside staff is very friendly, courteous and very quick! They are the best asset to their company.

Amazing service at this location. I drove 40 minutes to get this certain stain at this location. Customer service was excellent and amazing guidance on the location in the store.The store lumber associate knew the exact isle I needed to find my stain in (Aisle 5) and was so polite and the check out was so courteous!I would recommend this highway 15, Belleville location to anyone and will need back!!Thank you, HD!

Had a wonderful visit I was looking for backer board and was not understanding of asphalt and the difference in drywalls types of screws. Home Depot worker Steve from lumber was so helpful he educated me on anything I asked him about from insulation, drywall whatever. And he had and has had a pleasant attitude everytime I have come in contact with him..

The curbside here is always slow. Today I waited for about 35 minutes after pressing Im here and giving my car info. When I finally did get my order I didnt realize until I got back to work to check but several items were missing that I had also purchases. It is always that slow but if they begin habitually starting to forget items and take as long as it does is not a good.

Had problems checking out today. All self service registers were in use and when cashier offered to check me out we had to go to two registers before she could log on. Would have been quicker to wait for a self service to open up and do it myself. There were three employees standing at the front registers chatting while the registers all were getting a line. Poor front end service today.

Five Stars because of Dave !I went in looking for a plastic storage bin. Found one I wanted but there were no matching lids above it. Flagged down a young man who was no help at all. Even said he could check if other stores had it. I kinda wait around to hoping I will find the lid.But then Dave walks by and asks if he can help. Within 5 minutes, I have my lid. He was so helpful and kind.

The staff is pretty nice! As far as Home Depots go its a safe bet theyll spend some time making sure that your needs and questions are met & answered.

Customer service was top notch... Not my favorite Home Depot by far.

Our dishwasher had quit working and after several days of researching various models to replace it with. I decided we should go check out Home Depot. No sooner than we arrived at the appliance department than Gary the appliance guy waited on us. Very knowledgeable Gary is.(Yoda speak) In no time at all we had decided on a dishwasher and a new gas range(which we were also thinking about buying). I would not hesitate to buy another appliance at Home Depot. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent.

I just want to give a big thank you to Jamie the assistant manager. She took me right to the part I needed, to be able to give my guys heat on a job site. Its 24ﾟ outside today by the way. It was then I realized I had left my debit card at home which would have took an hour out of my way to go back and get it. She walked me to the register and paid for it herself! Its a rare quality to find these days, and I will be returning her money and something extra to show my gratitude for her kindness.

We had a horrible experience at the Fairview heights Lowe’s and ended up coming here for our home improvement needs instead. Everyone was willing to help and we found everything we needed to complete our projects. At least 2-3 people asked if they could help us with anything and we were very satisfied with the service.

I have visited the Belleville Crossing store twice in the last month. Tonight tried to speak to the flooring department for carpet and vinyl plank, no one at desk for the 20 minutes we looked around. Asked another associate said he was on lunch for an hour if we wanted to wait.This was the same associate I asked about refrigerator repair of a Maytag appliance I bought here. Her response was call manufacturer. Once again she didnt leave her desk. Truly disappointed.

Asked someone for help. He was very helpful. Ordered drill online for me. Wouldnt have found it without him.

Alright location. Web search needs improvement. Check out is a mess.
