My mom took my car in for a check engine light because I work 12 hrs 6 days a week I have no time to take my cars to the shop my self . The manager told my mother that the problem was my theromstat and coolant temp sensor . The code that was displaying was a fan clutch sensor code . When my vehicle left the shop that day it still had the same problem and I was instructed to drive the car for a few days and the light will go off . After a few days the light didnt go off, so I had my mom take the car back . The manager stated that just because he changed parts of my vehicle doesnt mean the check engine light will go off. He than stated he would have to keep charging me and chaning parts till the light went off . Very bad business would not offer a refund or discount on misdiagnosed . I would strong advise anyone to reconsider taking there car here the manage even lied to me and said he was the manage when I attempted to get a refund or partial credit .after taking my car to another shop it fixed after someone with more skill read the engine code and replaced the fan clutch ....... Thank you a ND b auto repair for basically doing nothing to my car and taking my money

Ive had these guys do several repairs on our van. They are very friendly and communicate well when a price needs to change. The owner is also very helpful in giving options based on his experience.

I have been going to them for years. The mechanics are great, the owner helps you out and they give quick service on your car. its like in and out with fair and low prices. Other places take a day or two to fix your car.

Good overall service

I have four cars in my Household and take all four of my vehicles to A&B for their repairs. Just recently had a BMW repairs there where I had a repair estimate from Long Beach BMW for over 6k and A&B did it for less than a 50% of what I was quoted and he continues to impress me with what I am charged on the other repairs he has done for me on my other vehicles. I also love his spirit and his desire to get it right...Would highly recommend him highly...

They overcharged me for a brake vacuum hose. The original price was $100 less and I see that they put in a 1 in front of the price to jack it up $100. After I left, my brakes were still not working, so I took it back and they put a piece of foil in there. My brakes are still not working properly & my car is unsafe to drive. I went back a third time and they refused to fix it. I wonder if I should really go back and get my money back or sue them or allow them to touch my car again?

Have taken all my vehicles here for the last 3 years. The mechanics are reliable and whatever problem I have brought to them they were able to fix. They also have some of the best prices around. I have recommended this shop to many family and friends so I would recommend it to anybody.

The worse ever I cant imagine someone having to take a car back for the same problem more than 4 times and its still not repaired. I had to report then to BBB because you dont take someones money and not do the work correct. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GET ANYTHING DONE AT A&B even though Ive been knowing them for years but since the brother is gone IT WENT DOWN HILL.

As far as mechanics go, theyre honest and back up their work. Theyve avoided me serious expenses when other places tell me I needed a series of expensive repairs. A&B fixes what needs fixing, nothing more nothing less.

DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL OVERCHARGE AND TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE THEY TRIED CHARGINF ME 200 for axle seal just one lol NO WAY THE DEALER DOD IT FOR CHEAPER the owner is Armenian and money hungry like he rest
