Worst Starbucks location ever! I walked up to the window to order, when finished ordering 3 cars pull up to drive through, they took care of the whole drive through before I could get my order!!

This Starbucks has no inside, just a walk up window and a drive through. Ive never seen one like that before!

So slow and the girl at the window had a full conversation with the person in front of me.....while I was waiting to pick up my mobile order......and after I pick it up.......my venti cup is only filled to a grand size........ripoff.....If I wanted a grande, I would order and pay grande price......

If this is a drive through only starbucks where social distance can easily be applied you still have to go through the drive thru to oder a drink? Whats the point of causing traffic congestion when it can easily be avoided.

THIS LOCATION WAS ON INSIDE EDITION THEY USE CARD SKIMMERS TO STEAL MONEY OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!(VIDEO IS IN YOUTUBE)DEAN THE FAKE STORE MANAGER WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO MAKE A WALK UP ORDER HE SAID HE WASNT ALLOWED TO OPEN THE WALK UP WINDOW HE SAID HE WAS THE STORE MANAGER BUT THE CONTACT INFORMATION SAYS OTHERWISE. HIM AND AN ASIAN EMPLOYEE AMONGST OTHER STAFF WERE MAKING A JOKE OF THE SITUATION AT MY EXPENSE.THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME I HAD PROBLEMS AT THIS LOCATION THEY NEED TO SHUT THEM DOWN IF THEY DONT WANT TO WORK.

Love Starbucks drive thru. they are supper fast and friendly. I went a while back and there was this girl she was so nice and happy she made me and my mom happy 😂 she really spread the joy and woke us up who even needs coffee with all that joy never seen someone so happy to work at Starbucks. I thought it was really nice.

I dont go to Starbucks except for when Im sick to get the medicine ball. They ran outta the ingredients for it and Im not a tea/coffee drinker normally so I asked for a suggestion expecting to get some snobby brush off of an answer, but instead get a recommendation of doing a similar mix of stuff as a substitute. Tastes pretty good whatever it is. Then got a hope you feel better at the end. Little stuff like that makes a big difference. Best customer service of any Starbucks Ive been to.

They need to check the cups before they hand them to the customers because my cup was cracked so my coffee landed all over my clothes.

I love the double smoked bacon sandwich here and the coffee is great from Starbucks. Everything was good except I wanted a warm old fashioned donut and they dont have a microwave, so they say. Well they said that my donut would melt. I went to other Starbucks and they were able to microwave my donut. long story short I wasnt able to get the old fashioned donut but the visit was still okay. Nothing exceptional.

Now this Starbucks is a great place to go all of the staff members are hard-working courteous and they go out of their way to look out for peopleI highly recommend this one

Gets really packed and blacks up the turning lane onto lakewood blvd. Good service though, they always get my order right and theyre friendly as ever. The fact that they can manage such a packed little place is pretty cool.

Took 20 minutes to get my drink. Not even a fast food place takes that long to hand in your food. Simply ridiculous! Im just glad we have a Dunkin donuts by the LB airport now.

The girl taking orders was so rude, the window kept closing while I was trying to order. She couldnt hear me so I showed her the order on my phone and she said to me to read it out to her. The whole time i was ordering she kept sighing as if she was annoyed. Last time i go to this Starbucks.

Place is good. no seating here. Its just like any other Starbucks theres almost a line in the drive thru. Walk up window is one to no one most times.

Service used to be just ok, now its getting worse. Took over 7 mins to take my order. I ordered 1 hot item, and that took another 5 minutes at the window. Worst of all, I was not acknowledge when I pulled up to pay. The staff looked busy dealing with something else. When my food is ready, they just toss it at me without making eye contact. The cashier mumbles the total due as she walks away. I felt as if I was bothering them, and that annoyed me. On top of all that I was late to work. I wont be stopping here anymore!

As has been pointed out, its a Drive-Thru and Walk-Up Window ONLY. Their is no place to sit down and use their WiFi, err, chat with friends while sipping good coffee... Staff are sharp.

Coffee was good as always but there was a unusually long wait even though there almost no one in line. It turns out they forgot about my order.

Every Time I come here, If its packed or not its always slow... I waited 15min for 1 drink and there was no line.

This is a walk up window only location, there is no indoor or outdoor seating. There is a drive thru which is usually packed but quick. Please be aware that this location has heavy traffic of homeless/drug users. Most are friendly and relatively clean but there are a select few who like to think they’re on set filming a crime based movie. I’m going to say they’re harmless too, I mean really, will a scary guy/girl tell you they’re scary? I should mention this location is on an extremely busy corner and if coming south on Lakewood you’re able to turn in but north requires a u-turn or a left turn and left into the staterbros parking lot. I can say that this location usually gets my order correct, trust me that’s a huge feat with some other locations I’ve been to.

First let me start off by saying I worked for Starbucks many moons ago when you use to have to pull shots from the machines and hand whisk bags of frap mix in to tubs of expresso since then I own my own salon in Long Beach and yesterday at 10am decided I was exhausted and needed a good ol cup of coffee to wake me up before work morning rush forgot my cards walked out with cash in my purse only when I walk up to the window cause like always yummy Starbucks drive Thur had a full length of cars waiting I order something for my little daughter and myselfFrom the you can tell overwhelmed I dont know frustrated may be young lady at the walk up window I say that because she was either extremely cold or upset already cause her hands were crossed leaning her back against a counter staring at the at least 10 empty frap cups that need to be made while all the other women were doing there thing she proceeds to take my order time to pay it 19.55 she says ok hand her a 100 dollar bill and at that moment was the only one time she looked up at me to say oh no we dont break 100 dollar bills and for a second there I thought to myself ok shes going to tell me I can go to the donut shop to try to break it maybe the grocery store suggest something or apologize and say I am sorry we cant break that bill it Sunday banks are closed we need our change something anything nope she just went back to leaning up against the counter I was in shock in all my life going to Starbucks working there owning my own business working with the public I walked away took a few steps not saying a word and walked back and said sorry whats your name then just then everyone looked up and out the window for a second all heads stop what they were doing looked at me she said Jenny I said thank you Jenny walked back to my car drove off to my shop and proceeded to go to the Barnes and Noble Starbucks right next to my shop at the Long Beach Town Center moral of the story is Jenny if your going to be the face of Starbucks and stand up at the walk up window ma check everything at the door before walking in to work I have a saying with my employees plz Ladies leave it at the door frame and dont come up to me while I am at work with a problem if you dont have a suggestion on how to fix it example I am working on a client stylist walks up there is a leak by the wash bowl Nya Jenny take note 📝 heres the kicker BUT I SEE YOUR BUSY I THREW DOME TOWELS ON IT OR I PICKED IT UP AND LEFT YOU YHE PLUMMERS NUMBER BY THE PHONE SUGGESTION THATS THE KEY just dont stand there with a shocked face when I ask your name better yet your young if you dont like your job quit its that easy ...,,

Out of all the Starbucks i have been to this gave me the worst experience in a location... i ordered a drink thru mobile app to avoid the drive thru... and when i get to pick it up the barista says she cant help me becuase shes going to lunch and sends me to the drive thru. When there were atleast 4 other employees. I will never come here again.
