Staff is rude, shelves were empty, but prices are low so I am totally there! Very crowded!

KASEY PHARMACIST VERY INSENSITIVE SHOULDNT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE THAT HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITION THAT NEEDS MEDICATION SHE WAS VERY RUDE NASTY ROLLING OF THE EYES LOOK AT YOU THEN TURN AWAY LIKE IM NOT A PATIENT IM NOT A CUSTOMER ITS JUST LIKE SHE DIDNT EVEN CARE YOU KNOW MY SITUATION AND DIDNT EVEN PUT ANY EFFORT TO CALL THE DOCTOR BEFORE THEY CLOSE TO FIX MY MEDICATION IM SORRY FIX MY PRESCRIPTION I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD I DO WORK IN A PHARMACY BUT THIS WAS REALLY BAD FOR ME IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT WALGREEN EVER AGAIN IF IT WASNT FOR IT BEING AT NIGHT AND I DIDNT WANT TO DRIVE 20 MINUTES 30 MINUTES BACK TO MY JOB TO PICK UP A PRESCRIPTION I WOULD NOT HAVE WENT THERE

Rude staff over the phone. Put me on hold then the same girl answers and puts me on hold again after already been waiting for 15 minutes. Call back then she answers and says no they cant take prescription.

Loved the pharmacy staff ! Courteous and knowledgeable! Frank and Angelica deserves a pat on their back for this positive review! ( I remember seeing his name as Frank, he was in the check in counter on 03/04/2021 at 10.30am)

Pharmacist asked another if she could fill a late prescription, she said, No without even letting her finish the question. Then laughed as I walked away. Miss, I hope you dont make it in medicine.

If you enjoy waiting in line please visit the pharmacy. It doesn’t really matter what time you visit you will be waiting. The staff is very friendly but, they can’t handle the business. I’ve been a customer for over a year and I’m not very bright or I would have looked at other options. It’s 4:30 pm on Saturday and there’s close to 20 people in line now.

Great people work here. My questions are always answered. Folks are treated with respect.

I caught my son buying tobacco here, he is a 12 year old boy and they sold Grizzly Wintergreen to him

I visited the Walgreens on 5829 Lakewood Blvd, Lakewood, CA 90712. When I got there the lanes was blocked because they were mopping which is understandable. So I asked one of the workers could they give me some childrens medicine because my 7yr old had a fever they told me they couldnt. Why is s drug store open 24 hrs if they arent able to help in a serious time of need. I will no longer be visiting this Walgreens and also Walgreens as a whole if I can avoid it. This is not the first time that I come to this location and they don’t have my prints. The first time was a long time ago so I gave it a chance today and it was the same thing. Firstly, it took them forever to have someone at the photo center and then when I said I came to pick up my calendar, I was told they didn’t have it even though I showed them proof of my email and confirmation number. This is BS!

Long wait times super disorganized. I left without anything.

Great people that work there. Very helpful. When we had some issues with our pictures they fixed it right away and gave us a discount. There is a female there with different color hair all the time. She is one of my favorite people there. So nice and super friendly.

My review goes to the pharmacy. Andre who works in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me with my prescription! I guess Ill be coming here thanks to him

I have been going to this store for over 35 yrs in total I can say it has been a pretty nice store to visit there very helpful an for the most part courtious. Everyone will have there bad days but for over all rating this has been a pretty assume store same goes for the pharmacy great an helpful people thanks Wallgreens our the best love u pharmacy

Worsted service ever. Went to pick up my mail that i put on hold from fedex toke 23 mins just to get helped. Had to push the bell for more then 4 times and ended up going to the cashier and asking him for help. After 20 mins two lady came out which looked like they were both holding hands in the back of the photo room. Good job walgreens. Should give these too ladys employee of the year.

That old Filipina cashier I encounter today at around 2:30 PM in the beauty department is so snutty that even before I handed out my coupons to buy rimmel beauty product she already said I cant use coupon. she deserves have an in depth training when it comes to good customer service. If I am her manager I would have fired her.

Horrible customer service there’s never anyone to give you your pictures! Came in today to pick up my order the manager was just there looking for something while he’s on his walki talki calling someone to come help ! I just walked out and left my huge order of pictures there going to a new Walgreens !

Good service, throughout the night they can be a bit slow but hey if its 3am they should be.

No longer a 24 hour pharmacy, this is only reason I went to this location now I will have to switch my pharmacy. The lines were to long as well and now with the shorter hours they are 10x worse.

Your pharmacy department sucks.....They said 5 minutes to pick up medications and here we are sitting for a fricken hour, and still fricken waiting...

My favorite store, moderate in expense. Loads of cosmetics. In-pharmacy with drive-thru options. Has select grocery items.
