We had a headlight burn out. They changed it on our way to Ferndale. Its a good thing we got such good service. The road was wet, rain pouring. Even with good lights the road was hard to see and the cars right Im front of us crashed, flying into the ditch and one spun around with no Front left to it. So glad we had good lights from Auto zone.

This particular Autozone was very nice in letting me exchange my battery charger. However, Autozone overall does not impress me by selling me a poor product.

When one goes to purchase anything at auto parts store the consumer doesnt want to feel they are an intruder in a establishment. Plus over priced in my opinion.

I like the fact that I was able to get my brothers rotors and brake pads for the same price as the rotors, and that they were open on the 4th of July.I feel for the young man that had to work during this time, but am extremely grateful to have been able to do so.

I went into AutoZone with a windshield wiper dilemma and needed help. I was assisted by George. He solved the problem with my windshield wiper by tightening the bolt. He then changed my wipers for me! George was very thoughtful and caring. He also displayed excellent customer service that needed to be shared.

Employees have bad attitudes and are rude cant even help with something as simple as a steering wheel cover.

I called to check availability of an item that they said they had. However when I arrived there was nothing on the shelf. Apparently it was still on the bottom of a pallet in the stockroom so I would have had to come back. I went next door to another auto parts place and got what I needed although their price was higher.

Normally, Im not a big fan of this AutoZone cause... Well Im just not. But lately theyve been pretty ok. I just wish theyd switch up the sales on tools. Nobody wants to a car 23mm wrench, or atleast switch it to 24mm or a different one from time to time. :) Keep up the good work guys.

Manager(claims to be some sort anyways) likes to get in peoples face when he sells them the wrong parts and they have to come back for the right ones. Blames them for his mistakes, and has ZERO customer service skills. I would rather drive across town than go here again. In fact, I will.

Ive bought numerous parts from this place for many of my different vehicles over the years - not a single time have they sold me the wrong part. Thats worth 5 stars by itself. The older grey haired guy also knows his stuff about cars and you can actually get some good, legitimate advice from him. Its normally pretty typical that staff people at auto parts stores dont know anything other than how to push a few buttons on the computer, so its a big bonus when one of them is legitimately knowledgeable!

I called around to multiple shops in Bellingham to get a car battery installed that I purchased from costco (they do not install the batteries they sell). Every shop I called was short with me on the phone and did not install batteries that werent purchased from them. I spoke to George at AutoZone, and although I informed him upfront that I already purchased a battery elsewhere, he took the time to look up a list of four shops in the area that would install my battery for me. He did this knowing he was not getting my business for the battery, but he did earn all of my future business. Wonderful customer service!

Well all I wanted was a pair of wiper blades and I had to wait in line 20 mins because they dont do a size guide book or kiosk. Pretty silly but the place is clean and big with good selection.

Great had what I was looking for, staff was helpful and easy access off the freeway.

I needed mud flaps for my 96 olds 88. They had some cheap generic ones but nothing to fit my car and could not order any for me. They do have a nice variety of some quality items and parts and a friendly staff and theyre open till 9:00pm which is later than most auto parts stores.

Called for a simple part and guy was a complete jerk to the point I hung up. Didnt get his name unfortunately. Sign of the times I guess.

This has to be the cleanest and most well kept auto parts store I have ever been in. They had everything I needed and were super helpful.

I waited at the check out for several minutes while the two employees that were visible were on the phones helping other customers. When the employee closest to me, two computer stations away, finished I thought I would be helped. Nope. The employee fiddled around the work station for about thirty seconds until the phone rang and then answered it. When I mentioned to him that I was ready to check out, they said they thought I was already being helped. By who?OReillys around the corner got me taken care of without issue.

Not too busy. The workers seem to know what it is that I am asking. They even walked me right to the product and didnt just strand me with my mouth ooen trying to figure out which wiper blades I needed. And they didnt try and push the spendy ones. The guy explained in detail about which blades generally work better since my car has more curve to it. I mean who wouldve thought about that. Now I dont always have a stip of water going up my windshield from the other expensive blades that didnt allow for the extra curve. Just wiper blades, but... Excellent visit!!

Theres this crazy new game thats sweeping the nation! Im telling you all, its a big sensation! You go into a auto parts store and think, if the apocalypses broke out right now, would the people in this store be able to survive it together? Who would I be trying to have babies with, who would be my nemesis in our new clan, that kind of stuff. Like when I say we should call ourselves The Mole Rats and shave off all our hair to intimidate rival clans, whos shooting me down? Even if we DONT call ourselves The Mole Rats, can we still call our vehicle The Mole-Molebile? It is NOT redundant, it is cute! And it runs great thanks to the windshield wipers and keychains I got at AutoZone!
