As far as ignition devices and service goes I’m pleased. They were fast and effective. The only thing slightly concerning is the “first come first served” for calibrations as opposed to appointments but I understand- I just hope it works out when I show

Terrible customer service, gave me a quote then didn’t except it. Have documentation stating a rate and got charged something else. Tried to contact the Person who gave me the quote and said to contact a 1-800 number I did then was told I need proof of the discounted rate and the wouldn’t except it. Also the installer told me I got the discounted rate then when I called him out he told me to contact Dumb Start since he wasn’t in control of it. Got the runaround and still haven’t received the discounted rate. Do not recommend this company or and affiliates of this company.

Blaze is always on point and gets the job done. Given my circumstances I’m glad I chose these guys. Hope to never have to come back here again 😂 once I’m done.
