There was a detailed report with pictures of each problem area discovered on my vehicle. This created a tremendous level of trust that I really appreciated.The staff was also very patient and communicative. More than expected customer satisfaction! Got an inspection on my 2006 BMW 330i because Im selling my car. These guys offered to drop me off and pick me up from the nearest rental car location! Such a small thing makes a huge difference! The inspection was delivered via a text link that is easy to access at anytime and easy to understand with pictures of all deficiencies. Not only are the bad things on the inspection but also the GOOD things! This feature allows the seller to offer a fair and objective status of the vehicle instead of only having bad things in the inspection report! You have earned a repeat customer!

Staff is knowledgeable and diagnosed my old Rovers problem quickly. They provided a step 1 fix quickly however I found their pricing to be at the tip top of the repair charges and was not willing to continue with the complete service needed. Had asked for better pricing after discussing their parts pricing with the service tech. Still awaiting the callback. Mal

Excellent communication during the entire process! Its easy to schedule online. Once your car is in the shop, you receive text updates during the entire service call then notification when the car is ready. I loved it! Full documentation is available digitally with loads of details about upcoming service items, warranty information etc. They even provided transportation to and from the shop. Staff was friendly and helpful from time of contact via email to picking up the vehicle. The diagnostic report was incredibly detailed and easy to understand, was broken down into sections regarding recommend repairs and immediate repairs, as well as high quality pictures to backup the report.

Took my car in for an oil change and an inspection, was blindsided by some problems I wasnt anticipating. But the guys at SK made sure to take care of as much as possible before closing, even though it was a Friday with Labor Day weekend following. Really appreciated that. Also, shoutout to Kevin for keeping in contact with me a couple different times throughout the day to make sure I wanted things done and keeping everything up front.

Very professional, friendly, super detailed, and customer-oriented. It was my first time using the shop for an oil change and breaks check-up of an Audi. I was very happy with the results, timing, and cost (way cheaper than a dealership with equal level of expertise, care, and professionalism). Definitely will be back for future auto maintenance needs.

Repeat customer. Took my car in this time to have my window actuator replaced but upon inspection they found that wasn’t the issue. They put the window back on the track and even charged my battery because it had a low voltage (on their own accord). Didn’t charge me anything because they need to order a different part to fix the window. Wow, I can’t say enough in regards to how impressive and refreshing it is to deal with honest car mechanics! :)

Although the inspection took about 2 hours longer than expected (only reason for 4 stars wish I could do 4 & 1/2). Easily the most comprehensive indetail report Ive gotten from any auto shop. Great, friendly and professional service! Highly recommend, they did great w/ my VW.

This is a great place to take your German car I have nothing but good things to say about sk motorsports they were professionals with me and they also wanted to get my car in as soon as possible. They only took 3 days when they said they would take a week and when I got the car back it was running great and also they fixed a lot of tiny stuff on my car which is just amazing thank you sk motorsports I will be coming back next time. Mean while the Mercedes dealership wants to charge me a fortune. sk motorsports are honest good people.

We had a leaky GTI and took it in, ended up needing the water pump replaced.Next day after having car back from repair, car is overheating. Call and request that it be towed in on SK’s wallet. They did this with no problem.The issue was that the belt had fallen off the water pump.. which is very poor mechanic’ing.They got it fixed and sent us on our way free of charge.-1 year later we start leaking more coolant. Take it in with suspects of it being the water pump which it was. So we had to bring the car back even a 3rd time to have the warranty job done again.Got the car back and popped the hood to check out the engine bay, all looks good to my eye except I notice that the belt for the alternator literally has a hole in it. I know the alternator had to be removed to do the 3rd warranty service on the water pump, which means they re-installed a bad belt, whether the belt was damaged before coming in or if it was done during the service, they neglected to tell the customer about a bad part they were going to re-use or offer a replacement belt before the car went back on the road.Currently been waiting 4 days for a call back on the issue. I’m not sure what happened.Very nice guys and a clean shop, but every time I leave there, I find an issue with the vehicle. It’s gotten very annoying. We won’t be back unless it’s a warranty job.

Spectacular service all around when I bring my Audi A4 over to SK Motorsport.

I may or may not have ran out of gas and had my car towed to the shop.. pretty sure my gauge was malfunctioning or Im just dumb, not entirely sure. They put gas in my car for me and checked everything out, sent me a detailed inspection with pictures! professional shop, love the new building!

After taking my vehicle to Volkswagen dealership and finding out they were three technicians down for the day I immediately took it 2 SK Motorsport they said they can get me in right away, service was great fast and reasonably priced very detailed report after work was complete thank you very much.

The guys took very good care of my car and were so patient in explaining what was happening with it. I got scheduled right away to make the repairs. They even rearranged part of the lobby so I could get some computer work done while I waited.

SK Motorsport worked hard to solve a difficult issue with my Audi A4. Because of the complexity, it took two visits but I was set up with a loaner car both times, was communicated with throughout and felt that my car was in good hands! It’s running better than ever. They have a very unique inspection process that they upload to a webpage and text to you complete with pictures of every inspection point on your car and their recommended course of action for each potential problem.Oh and they do quality work 😁highly recommend

SK is always helpful, prompt and answer every question before you can even think of it. Their prices are fair and reasonable. We used to take our cars to a dealership here in town but the labor costs were so extraordinarily high that we just couldnt afford to continue there. SK has reasonable rates and they are quick and efficient.Brian is truly helpful and has provided excellent service to us for both of our Mercedes and our Volkswagen.

I arrived there around 4pm and they were ready to help and eager to help, which was the most appreciated. They were so willing to help me with a used car inspection they best they could because I just purchased a British made 2003 Land Rover Disco. It took only about 15 minutes and they were nice enough to let me walk in the shop to look from under the vehicle while it was still on their lifts. I couldnt have felt more welcome. They gave me a highly recommended specialist for rovers to get most rover problems handled and they had great reviews for customer service and better than dealer prices. Will recommend and return for simple services.

When I first met Brian at the front desk I was impressed with his knowledge, friendliness and honesty. He told me they were not a good fit for the work I was asking about and recommended another shop.When we later needed some maintenance on our Jetta we went to SK Motor Sport and had a good experience at a good value.I will definitely be using them in the future rather then the dealer.
