Strung us along for almost a week. Told us our loan was approved in person only to get a call an hour later saying that the bank wanted him to lower the price of the car for my approval. In the same paragraph he says he had no idea the company did that yet this is the second time he has used them... pretty sure then you would know right? Feel like we were lied too but didn’t have the balls to say what the real issue was! Sucks since I spoke with his father aka business parter Saturday and he told me it sounded like from their conversation a done deal and they try their best to help people out. Thank you for stringing this out and getting my whole family excited to have a reliable vehicle only to tear it down an hour later! I will not recommend you to anybody unfortunately!Reply: ummm interesting since I sat in your office an hour before while you spoke with the bank. You told me you got it approved for lower then the last amount we had agreed on and that it was approved and sent to underwriting. Then you call saying they want you to drop the price of the car in order to approve. I would think if that was the case they wouldn’t have approved it for the $5499 and only the $1000 down! We sat there and discussed it and the monthly payment amount. Unfortunately it just doesn’t sound like you are being completely honest. But oh well...

Horrible customer service. We were looking at a 2005 Hyundai they had, they said it looks even better in person and they know we will make an offer as soon as we see it. Upon looking at the vehicle all things that were wrong that weren’t mentioned before hand were that it needed brakes, there was a horrible patch on the tire, windsheild was cracked and and it was not as described. I pointed out all these things to the guy and he got mad and said he wasn’t going to sit there and listen to this and took the car and left. Aweful cars, aweful prices and aweful customer service. Stay away if you can help it.
