Love my X5M, I’m a pretty straight forward buyer. I know what I want and I don’t haggle the price if I know what it’s worth. Price was great, Sergio was great 👍🏼 very easy test drive. But there was a couple things that felt a little careless to me. The car didn’t come with a spare key. I figured he forgot to give it to me, but turns out there is no spare. I’m going to spend about $400 (already priced out) on a new one. I would rather have the dealer figure that out before they even list the vehicle and add it to the list price. Pretty easy. Every vehicle should come with a spare. I called the day before to test drive it to let them know I was coming… the car had zero fuel in it. I actually jumped in the car and had to go straight to a gas station to fuel. Not a big deal I didn’t even ask for reimbursement although Sergio offered. I came back a week later to buy it and my first thought was they know I’m coming I bet they fueled the car for me. Lol nope the same less than 1/4 tank was in it from when I filled it last week 😂. All in all I like the guys there, I will probably buy from them again because the car is great and is in great condition . But there was a lot of little things that could have made it an awesome 5 star experience.

I made a MAD decision to fly from Minnesota to Washington to pick up 2012 BMW X5 xdrive35i (E70). This turned out to be a solid decision! I drove this beauty almost 1800 miles in 2 days, and the car performed flawlessly! Very good dealer experience. Drew was a good dealer.

Dont hate and dont laugh! I have not one but 3 BMWs from Sergio, Danny and Riad. Love the service. Love the selection. Used to be BMWs were too expensive to consider. Now they are an excellent value. Drives way better than my Accord with better sound system and so far more reliable. Treat yourself and go see Sergio and Danny. Ive owned a lot of cars in my life and have not been happier than behind the wheel of my X3. Danny recently arranged for my wifes X3 to have door dings removed and the paint reconditioned. It looks brand new. They have terrific after sales care as well.

LONG - BUT WORTH THE READ PLEASE*CAUTION*Where do I begin. First off I would caution anyone to go to this dealership, as they do not sell quality reliable vehicles and even worse - sell dangerous ones without proper inspections. Their customer service is awful, and they treat you like dirt from the get go.First off, the main person you deal with goes by the name “Sergio” who does not technically work there according to him - but rather volunteers his time to be there so he said. So… initially we though that was sweet of him until we found out that no one else really pays attention to you or spends time with you there either. You’re left alone for hours waiting and waiting on someone to help you and when you do get someone you still end up waiting forever.We were trying to talk about the price of the vehicle with Sergio until he became immediately flustered and angry and went to go get his so called manager involved which took even longer and we were ignored once again. We saw the co owner and manager yelling with Sergio from what looked to be a heated argument.Finally, we were able to speak with a manager or co-owner and bought one of their Audi Q7’s because we needed a bigger vehicle for our family.I was told it went through inspection and had been shown the carfax so I believed in their so called “family service” that they offer customers (they say you’re part of the family now) which is a complete lie.My brother in law and I drove off in the Audi to not only discover that it had severe water damage and it started raining and the interior of the vehicle became wet on each side of the front cabin, but even worse THE BRAKES FAILED.We were getting off the freeway, got a warning that came on a few times on the dash and all of a sudden we could barely stop the vehicle before swerving to the right to avoid all the vehicles in front of us, and almost hitting the guard rail.We were so in shock it took us a minute to process what happened and that we were okay - we tried to restart the vehicle, and move it away from the freeway to a safer location and the breaks never came back. We drove it down a hill and barely made a turn into a park & ride to call for a tow truck to come and help us which by the way was at 10pm or so at night.Completely ridiculous and DANGEROUS. How is a dealership allowed to sell vehicles with NO BRAKES? We could have been seriously injured or died, let alone also other people could have been as well.we had to call my fiancé’s father who has a tow truck to help since no companies were available and I had to miss work since I work night shift. We contacted the dealership immediately through email and left a voicemail as they were closed at this time.We came back and we should have just dropped the vehicle off and left after what we experienced … but for some reason I decided to give them another chance because they seemed to somewhat care about the situation being how serious it was.Even sitting with the owner, they showed up late, and were telling us that if lawyers had been involved with this situation it wouldn’t matter because the owner’s brother is a lawyer… which doesnt matter - I’m sorry but when you are completely in the wrong and endangered our lives and say THAT to us… we shouldve walked out right then and there but I needed a vehicle for our family and spent so many countless hours already dealing with this. I ended up getting a different Audi Q5.In our contract - it clearly stated that the owner was to install HID headlights in the vehicle per request that they honored. Well, they have been dodging me since I bought the vehicle after I gave them multiple on top of multiple chances to schedule an appointment and there is always an excuse.Moral of the story here if you’ve made it thus far is, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER if you care about your well being and family. There are plenty of other reputable dealerships that will not do this to you and now the law is involved as well as the BBB, Attorney General, and other various departments.

Sergio was our salesperson. Very laid-back, no pressure, and very fair price on the trade, and car purchased. The BMW we purchased had a couple very minor issues that we wanted fixed (Hood Latch) after the purchase. They took care of it swiftly with no charge. Dont let their casual demeanor fool you. These guys are top notch in customer service and price.

I wanted to wait to write review post 1st oil change and diagnostic at 40,000 miles. The mechanic reported that the car is in excellent condition. Im thrilled with the service and product at The Autohaus. It was so worth the drive from Seattle. They have a very large inventory and they met me at my price point for an X 1 with low miles. Couldnt even get close to the price I was given in a private sale. The transaction was quick (no loan) and I was headed home in about an hour with a new car!! I forgot to mention I love driving the car. Highly recommend.

Purchased a BMW X3 30i from Autohaus and couldnt be happier with our experience. The sales staff knows their products and they were more than happy to make sure my wife and I were pleased with our purchase, even went as far as to include a full set of new carpeted floor mats and mud/snow mats with our used car purchase. So after a bit of back and forth with Riad, we came a to a census that they would in fact refund the deposit. Unfortunately things did nothing work out for anyone in this transaction as both parties spent a ton of time and some resources however, its nice knowing that used car dealer does in fact have a human conscious to do the right thing to fall back on in a time of dispute. I would definitely recommend dealing with Riad there as he is the more reasonable/sensible persona there (out of the ownership group) that does in fact try his best to not sell a car but to do the RIGHT THING !

Riad got me in and out with financing. I have 2 minor issues with the car and am scheduled to get repaired next week. As soon as I got to Seattle I was getting compliments on the car! I will update if any issues with the repair. If anything, the drive is worth it to check out what they have if ur into BMW or benzs.

A beautiful rarity in the car business.This review is a bit overdue, but Sergio and Dannys service, months after the sale warrants it.I had been shopping for an M5 for a few months and they had one all the way up in Bellingham (Im in Tacoma). I kept seeing it and kept seeing it and didnt want to drive almost 3 hours to maybe buy it. I kept trying to talk myself into a 650i, or something else. But nothing available in Blue. I spoke with Sergio a few times and I was apprehensive about buying a used M5 from anyone other than a BMW dealer. I asked if there was anything wrong with it and he plainly said No Sir. We are not that kind of car dealer. He have only good cars. If its no good, we dont sell them.After a couple of weeks, not finding anything closer, I finally decided to make the drive. I pulled up, saw the car, sent a pic to my wife that said Im buying this.... before I even drove it.The experience was 45 min in and out. I had a pre-approval from my bank. Danny looked over the pre-approval, okayed it, filled out a purchase order and I was on my way. Now... I dont really haggle, cause I dont have time for that and I liked the car. So we agreed on them taking care of a little tire wobble and a second key [$420 from BMW]. And I was out the door. A week later I came back with their check. Smoothest purchase ever.Tire wobble, there was a cross threaded wheel stud, so it took a couple calls to Discount Tire to get sorted out, but it it got sorted easily. While at the tire shop, they noted tye rear tires werent the best. Danny said hed take care of it.....7 months later, it turned out I had a cracked rim, so it was time for me to swap to different wheels I had bought right after I bought the car. I texted Sergio, told him the price of the tires and he text back We will take care of it. I just picked up my car. My bill was $40 for mounting my front 2 tires. Danny had called right after I had left and took care of it. Alden at Discount Tire even said Ive never had that happen before.Every word they said was honored. Not just what was written on the purchase order. Sergio and Danny are great. I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again.
