Parker Ho was my service rep and he was AMAZING!! He was able to resolve a many month’s long problem with my account that three phone agents and two other in person reps could not solve. He was patient, kind, thorough, and professional. If you go into the Verizon store, I recommend making an appointment with Parker. Excellent customer service.

Previous Verizon stores had undermined and disrespected me, and I was determined to come out atop. After cooling off in the brisk ac of the establishment, I was summoned to the desk of Anthony. Along with acquiring the device from the back, we presumed activating said device would be trivial. We presumed wrong.We were stumped by a dastardly, non-cancelable, previously online ordered phone. One which when I arrived to receive, had been sold out from under me. Im looking at you Burlington Verizon store.Anthony the wise (whom this tale is about) jumped through hoops to gain me access to my parents account. After troubled communication with borrowed phones, and almost 2 hours of trial and error, we were finally in. I had become an authorized user via my mothers help. It seemed as though our troubles were through, but we had not cleared the thicket.I was sent on a quest to the one place that I could cancel the order. The Verizon store at the mall. However, once I arrived I was turned away by the mall reps, only online and over the phone could I cancel they said. I decided to return to Anthonys shop. With sweat on my brow and my pockets out turned, my knight in shining plaid-and-tie, handed me a phone with customer service on the other end.As I awaited for the magical customer service rep to answer, it seemed that Anthony was more than just a sales rep. He was a level 20 (this is the max) bard with incredible communication skills and the ability to multitask like his life depended on it. As he helped customers get new phones, pay bills, and answer questions, he effortlessly started setting up my new phone. When I was finally next in line, it only took a mere 15 minutes to fully set up, screen protect and case my phone. The exceptional service and help that I was provided not only gave me a fun story to tell, but also provided me with this dope phone Im writing this review on.Seriously though, Anthony was amazing. He made the process as painless as it could have been, and was extremely patient and helpful the entire time.I will be returning to Anthony for future phone help.

Ive been to this store a dozen time and always had a great experience. They know what theyre doing, always solve my problem, and are pleasant to work with. I read a review that used the word slimy...I think that person had a problem no one can help them with. Im really grateful to these people. Cant live without my phone, and they keep it up for me!

We went in to buy a new iPhone 12 Pro after dropping old phone in the lake. Anthony helped us over the afternoon and morning of June 21-22nd. This review is about him and not about Verizon. We went into the Verizon Retailer because of a broken cell phone. The representative, Jeremiah Rice, immediately looked at the cell phone and evaluated what was needed to help. He listened to us, looked at our account and presented our options. He did not try to sell us the most expensive equipment or plans. He was able to tweek our plan and saved us money. I was looking into switching our mobile service to Xfinity but will not do that because of the excellent service we received at Verizon.

My last experience here with Josh was outstanding. My phone screen ceased to display. He served me before the stores opening time, letting me in. He got ahold of Verizon customer service very quickly and set me up with a new phone.

While everyone is very nice, they are not forthright with the details and pressure you into contracts you did not want. They sold me an iPad saying it was a great deal as a bonus for upgrading my phone. The reality is they put it on a phone plan and scammed me.
The staff member was very helpful with a tricky situation we had with our sons phone. We were able to come up with a solution that made all parties happy.

I was in with my boyfriend purchasing 2 brand new iphone 12, paying cash. Josh helped us, that night. He suggested an offer for an ipad, but it was back ordered. Ok we thought no big deal. The ipad came in and no one called. I knew because I was watching my Verizon account. So I called. They confirmed it was there. Then it was screwy with the deal we got so when I went home I spent extra time talking to them to verify the cost and deal. Beyond frustrated it was figured out. Today I go to set up the iPad because the case arrive and we can’t get it activated. I spent time chatting with Verizon with no resolve. I glance at the papers from the store, they charge a $35 set up fee.So with no phone call once my iPad arrived, I was waiting for it, and then thinking I could take it home open the box and go....NOPE, despite the $35 set up fee. I spent at least 2 hours chatting with Verizon and still have no resolution.I would not recommend this place because you end up calling Verizon anyways and if you order online you get $20 off the $40 “upgrade” fee.PSA: Save your money order online.P.S. Josh was helpful and knowledgeable, he wasn’t there when I picked my iPad up. But when the guy called him I don’t think he had a clue, along with Josh.

The staff at this location seems to function as a highly collaborative team. They seem to enjoy their work, their customers, and each other! Jeremiah was the fantastic rep setting up my new account. He was patient, clear, well-informed, completely UN-pushy, and really took his time to help me find the best plan and phone for my needs. He truly went the extra mile for me and helped me get an even better plan than Id anticipated. I actually enjoyed what I imagined was going to be a big pain in the butt. The only criticism I have is of Verizon itself and their less-than-clear invoice statements, but Jeremiah is totally willing to help and very responsive, long after my purchase. THE absolute best place in town and my go to for cell phones and just basic overall help. John Lee is incredible and he spent so much time with me and my friend! This dude is knowledgeable, patient, and did a fantastic job. Ive only been to the mall location of Verizon a couple of times and they arent bad but this location on Sunset is the best! (Ask John about chicken fettuccine!)

Salesperson Cloud Paton is terrific. Very knowledgeable and researched all options for the best deals from AT&T to Verizon especially when it was not properly transferred from another third party Verizon source. I went in to upgrade my phone and tablet and was not thrilled to be being so. I am not tech savvy and I had an unpleasant experience at this location in the past. But the help I received from Ethan Rife was phenomenal and I don’t say that lightly. I have been with Verizon for 20 years and have never been treated with so much respect. Ethan greeted me when I came in even though he was helping someone else and assured me someone would be right with me. Ethan listened and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He engaged in conversation which was a lot of fun. He really made this a stress free experience! He wasn’t pushy but still offered all options on phones, tablets and accessories and helped me find the best fit for me. He made sure all my info was transferred from one device to the other successfully before I left. I left better informed on my purchases than any other time I ever upgraded. Again I detest having to upgrade or go in with a problem, but this gentleman made it easy and enjoyable. I will continue with Ethan if I have any issues or purchases in the future.
I had no idea we had a Verizon service center so close to my home. I also was pleasantly surprised to find that there are anywhere from 8 to 12 reps to provide aid and get folks out the door. Great service. I walked out with a better program for the same cost in short order and with a smile.

I just would like to say Josh King did a fantastic job helping sort out a technical issue with my daughters phone (we had been to 4 different Verizon stores prior and none were able to get any resolution) I typically dont leave reviews (particularly positive ones) but he went above and beyond to help solve our problem. He deserves all 5 stars. If I ever have any phone issues he is the one I would contact.
I have dealt with Brad at the Sunset store and have found this gentleman to be very knowledgeable and most helpful. I have had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a refurbished phone (which) did not work was replaced with another that also did not work and was give a very low turn in amount after 3 weeks of use. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND PURCHASING SAME. JUST BITE THE BULLET AND PAY THE BIG AMOUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE. BRAD helped me on more than one occasion and was great to work with. My thanks to him.

Good service, good team, but can’t do all “Verizon” can. Regardless, any maintenance you need could most likely be done here. If you’re like me and trying to add a hotspot line to a Verizon account in Hawaii, they will send you to the Bellis fair branch.
The young man that waited on me was professional, cordial and patient. He answered every question I had. I gave my daughter my other Samsung tablet and kept the new S4 tablet for me. I pay with their apps, so far no issues. I do pay for tech support. I havent used it yet. I know they are a little more expensive but so far it is worth it.

We had a great experience at this Verizon store. Kent was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us figure out the best plan for our family. He even called Apple and waited on hold to help us. I would definitely recommend this store. It was also low pressure and he gave us great tips to save money!

Went there first thing in the morning needing a replacement for my cracked and old phone. Was pleasantly surprised at being told that there were promotions on that would pay it off and get me a new phone. Love my LG 30!! Sleek and light, takes great pictures. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I was never told how much the actual phone would cost, which was a little deceptive--kind of like used car dealers focusing on the monthly payments. :) Overall, a good experience, though!

He wasnt trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need or want. I found a Samsung promotion for a free Galaxy s3 smart watch ($399) with the purchase of a s8 or s8 + I was gonna wait for the new iPhone before upgrading my phone but this deal was too good to pass up. When I went in I was helped by Hannah and she was awesome and super helpful. We located the promo got it all sorted out, I needed some time to make a decision and she totally understood there was no pressure what so ever. She even held the phone for me and charged it in case I decided to buy it. I came back after a couple hours and we finished everything up and I walked out with a new phone and a new smart watch that will be coming in the mail. The customer service was top notch, I highly recommend seeing Hannah for all your cellular needs!

This is, without a doubt, the best place to go for any issues with Verizon phones/products. Everyone is knowledgeable and they aren’t pushy salesmen. Best customer service ever.
I went with my daughter, to buy a prepaid phone, since we have Verizon, prepaid phones that we have bought from Best buy, in the past I figured they would have the newest phones at a cheaper price. The phones were last years model, and this year prices. We picked a $114.00 and by the time the gentleman was finished that phone was now $173 and change. So they charged you $30.00 for a set up fee and $30.00 for a one year warranty. Okay, for last years phones. We went to Target, got this years Verizon model, the phone was $141.00 If you added a 2 year warranty was 53.00, I did not get the warranty,but it still was going to be cheaper then the Verizon store. The store, is clean and nice, the guys are all professional, and nice just the extras were to expensive so we thanked them and went to Target.
They try to up sell you, lie about which phone is the best just because they make larger commission on certain brands. The mall store is much better. Everybody in there is just there to make there money and don’t care about you.
My review isnt for this store in particular. Its for Verizon itself. My family has been a customer for years, and I liked them since I had service in some locations that no other cell service provider did. But Im fed up with this company. If you want talk and text theyre fine. But they throttle the living **** out of your data. I pay for unlimited. 4 bars and LTE and none of my apps or streaming services will load. Ill sit there and wait for 5+ minutes for a 3 minute YouTube video to load, and its no better for just getting the news on the app for iPhone. I liked this company for the time I had them, but it seems like theyre always trying to get more money out of you somehow. And at this point Im very frustrated and WILL be switching service providers. They also put a cap on hot spots without notifying us even though our contract for the plan we bought hadnt expired yet. Great company if you like headaches. Would not recommend.
Last Saturday I had an issue with my Samsung S7. I was fortunate enough to have Josh King there to assist me. He is a terrific problem solver and was able to get my phone back to normal. Josh is first class when it comes to customer service. Verizon Wireless is so lucky to have this young man in their employ.
Came in a year back and met Paul who was able to get us hooked up with a business account and save us some money. I did not want the top of the line phones and at no point did he try to push them to me.Any issue I had Paul was able to get us situated in no time. Ive been to other cell phone stores and really have not received the service that I have here. Looking forward to coming in and upgrading our phones. Didnt get to interact with the other staff as much but they all seemed pretty friendly.

This location charges a $1 service fee for paying your bill in cash. I repeat, a SERVICE FEE for paying in cash. My understanding, or at least the way it was explained to me, is that the decision to charge for paying in cash is branch-by-branch, and some branches charge and some branches dont. Of course, whats a $1? argument, but its the principle of the matter.
The sales person, John Lee, didnt tell us how much the $40 screen protector was until it was already applied and now I just saw that it only lasts a year. I cant afford that. Shady sales people - beware.When I saw the total amount, I thought the 30 something charge was the activation fee. But it turns out they wont charge that until the next bill. The $39.99 charge was for the liquid screen protector. He asked us if we wanted it, and I didnt even think to ask how much it was because Ive never paid more than $20 for one. He should have told us. He was just trying to slip it in.
