The girl that was serving me was EXTRRMELY rude. When I had to hand my order back to her for the 2nd time because she didnt listen the first 3 times I gave my order, she snarled In closing in 2 minutes and I have 2 people behind you.Not sure how her getting my order wrong twice was suddenly my fault because I wanted what I had already paid -and tipped- for.I highly recommend Woods Coffee. But I will now be going down the road just another mile to another Woods and give my daily business to them.

Woods Coffee is my favorite local chain. We havent lived in Bellingham for a long time, but came back for a visit. I was so glad they are still around! The atmosphere is warm and inviting with an awesome fireplace. The coffee is excellent, smooth, and rich. They even have some gluten free snacks and breakfast sandwiches.

I stopped by the drive-thru here to get something on my break to drink in 15 min becuase I can’t drink coffee in class. Ordered a double shot of espresso with a SHOT of hot water, and even had the barista repeat it back to me.She gave me a FULL cup of hot water with the double espresso, so now I not only have something I’m not able to drink all of quickly but it’s also scalding hot so I can’t drink more than a sip before going back to class. Listen to your customers orders so they don’t waste their money!

My favorite coffee shop bar non, too my wife their SOOOO many times while dating.😁Their Mudslide and Avalanche are da bomb! Also love their Chai Tea Mocha, Mocha, Vanilla Mocha and my favorite hot drink the white chocolate mocha.Just do it.

My favorite local coffee shop here in Bellingham. Thoroughly enjoy the aesthetic inside and out. Great merch and fantastic drinks. Absolutely love the breakfast sandwiches!

Great coffee but the drive thru is very limited on the number of cars they can accommodate. Located in a strip mall with other businesses and a backup can block parking spots and a major exit. Poor location.

Cute and comfortable little coffee joint in Bellingham. Sat by the fireplace and studied His Word with a delicious mocha. Very friendly staff. Overall charming place in beautiful Northwest Washington!

Small but always good service over the years. Grateful that they opened during the current phase 2 for indoor dining unlike Starbucks. People are spaced far apart and all safety mandates are closely followed.

I’ve gone to this location twice now and they are excellent. Came in sick and the barista fixed me up some super mint tea with honey and put two ice cubes in so I could start drinking right away. She also warmed up my pastry for me.

I always look forward getting Woods coffee when traveling to northern Washington. Each location Ive been to staffs super friendly baristas and yummy medium blend coffee!

I was told recently if I was going to the states I must stop at woods because they have the best coffee! I stopped on my way back home and wow this drink I got was so delicious. It was called the Avalanche, I got it with no whip and Ill definitely be getting it again. Its sweet..so if you like sweet drinks like a mocha you will like this! There was no over powering coffee taste either... Just a blended, cold yummy drink.The service was great too! The guy working was solo and was doing drive thru orders as well..kudos to you! Still smiling and providing great costumer service.

We drove a half an hour today just to come to this location, and it was worth it. Chloe took our order and she was a sweetheart, we saw another one of the baristas have to deal with a difficult customer in the drive thru and she was very calm and polite. I had a great cup of coffee and the monster cookie was delicious. Thanks!

Woods coffee is second starbucks in america. Atleast for me.😝I like the cottage and forests themed interiors of the store. Fireplace adds the magic touch to it.Along with Frosty, sweet drinks and hot coffees they also serve some food. Mostly bakery items.Little collection of in house brand clothing and travel mugs. Enough space to hang out with your laptop or a notebook.

I love Woods Coffee! Every Woods I go to the employees are absolutely wonderful, personable, and of something is wrong they fix it. The Woods on Bakerview is another story. I havent gone to that Woods in months due to HORRIBLE customer service. I figure, why not try them again. BAD IDEA!! I asked for extra light ice and when she handed it to me, it was heavy ice. I asked her if she could take some out and she took my drink back, gave it back to me and the cold brew dripped on my blouse, she didnt give me napkins, and she slammed the window and was gone. Because of the mask, I could not see her. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS WOODS EVER AGAIN. The drink ruined my blouse!!

I think this Woods Coffee location is fantastic! My hot chocolate and bear claw were delicious, and the staff were SO nice! I think the cashier today was Zowie and she was super friendly and helpful - she was even able to give me some recommendations when I told her I was looking for a nail salon nearby. Excellent customer service!

Love the fireplace, friendly staff and hot drinks. The parking lot here can’t compete with the views down at Boulevard Park Woods of course! However it’s great having this spot on Bakerview.

We stopped in for a bit while we were having our cars worked on nearby for some hot drinks. Good customer service. Definitely need to turn off the A/C when the weather is not nice as it was very cold inside which made it uncomfortable.

I never really put flavors in my coffee, but today I decided to live a little. I ordered an 16 oz Americano with Sf Hazelnut and Sf Choc w/ heavy cream and it was GOOD GOOD💯I will definitely go back for a coffee here🤝🏾

I was looking for a coffee shop near the bus station with wifi and this was the best option I found! Ifound the staff to be extraordinarily friendly then lots of spread out spaces to chat or study, both inside and out. Coffee was decent. Wifi was fast.

Tried to meet with some friends on their patio area just after they closed and they kicked us out. So much for being a customer during the day, as soon as they close for the night you are no longer welcome anywhere near their building. Very rude. We complied and went to a more hospitable business.

I wish Woods were all across the US. They are always consistent, tasty and filled to the top! The soy brown sugar cinnamon latte is my go to order, get it half sweet to save a few cals. They white choc raspberry scone is the best scone in the world, make sure to get it heated!

Love this place, coffee is amazing especially the Pumpkin Spice Late with a Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel. Best combo ever. Music is great. I always go here for breakfast, staff treats me great. Food is served on real plates when eating at the restaurant.

I love woods coffee so much, the owners have done such a great job since 2002 with this company and they are so sweet. Woods is my only stop for coffee and will continue to be. This specific coffee stop/drive in combo is no exception. The inside is not short of inviting, cozy and relaxing. I dont think any Starbucks or dunking donuts can possibly compare. So if you like coffee, and a great place to hangout, definitely make sure to go to woods. Support local! 🌿🌱

I love this place, just ordered the southwest veggie wrap. SO yummy! Wasnt given napkins so ask for some if you get this, because this is a messy warp. Thank you woods staff!

On Monday, their latte was great so I had another latte next day, but it gave me tummy ache every time I drank and found out my friends had same issue. Gave another try yesterday but still gave me very bad tummy ache and it tasted awful. I have no problem with latte from other coffee shop. I did prefer wood coffee but going to have to avoid especially this location.

I go here quite often, and today was the first time I experienced rude behaviour. I wanted to order 2 burritos, and the guy tells me theyre out, but didnt give me the chance to choose something else! He immediately tells me to proceed so I had to stop him and tell him I wasnt done ordering. He seemed rushed! You chose to work there! Let me order! So no, he didnt get a tip!

Environment is great for studying, catching up with friends, or getting a small group together to grab a coffee for fun. Drinks are a step above Starbucks and at a slightly more reasonable price. A whatcom county staple.

Really nice location. I really enjoyed the layout with the 4 large chair and coffee table. The staff is extremely friendly and made our experience very enjoyable.

I frequent woods weekly and have usually found the staff cheerful and enthusiastic about their job. Their busy hours vary and so there are times when there is a line but you will get that anywhere you go.This location is one of my favorites and I recommend it to anyone who needs a meet spot or just wants to relax and read or play a board game, and of course drink coffee.

Best coffee chain in the PNW if your measurements are good/great coffee and baked goods; very useful, attractive, and well-designed cafes and roasteries; smart locations; and smart and friendly staff. Every well-traveled region of the country should have Woods or something like it. Hats off to you guys!

Very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere most of the time. They offer great coffee and an assortment of tea drinks, both are available hot or iced similar to Starbucks. Woods also offers a small assortment of prepared foodsto accompany coffee and tea.

Best coffee in Bellingham

Ok so the coffee is delicious and the place smells like heaven. But what really got me was the fact its in a high traffic area which usually places like that would have busy and messy bathrooms. So I cringed about having to take my toddler in to it to go potty...but when I did, the bathroom was pristine and so cute! Ive never seen a public bathroom in a busy place be so darn clean! That is a seller for me. Haha just had to add that.

Good local chain. Nice atmosphere. Better than okay coffee. Good chai. Food items are good. I especially like the savery bread twists. I wish they would serve in-house drinks in bigger than 16oz ceramic cup to save 20oz paper and plastic.

This Woods location is going downhill in customer service. If you go inside and order at the counter you arent even acknowledged by a barista. They just stare at you until you start to order... is it so hard to say hello? This happens repeatedly at this location ever since they got new baristas. Woods Coffee just isnt the same anymore. They seem to be putting a lot of their effort in to expanding rather than keeping a good standard experience for the customer. If youre just trying to grab some coffee in the drive-thru, its decent coffee, but kind of overpriced considering comparable places in the area.

This team makes consistently delicious mochas. The flavor and quality of the coffee is exceptionally. I pick it over many other coffee chains due to the smooth delicious brew of coffee that makes great drinks.

Let the crazy begin. Went here for a simple Large Cold Brew Caramel Macchiato and it was nearly $7 ($6.90). I couldnt believe it, so I commented to the young lady rushing all around (she was by herself), asking if the price was accurate. She said it was to support the new minimum wage. *facepalm* The Coffee was OK (nothing special) but Ill certainly never pay $7 for a simple cold brew flavored coffee like that again. Sadly, I bet this puts Woodys out of business in the near future.

My favorite place for coffee and both sweet and savory snacks. I go there at least 3 times a week, and its always consistant and delicious. The Baja Turkey Croissant that is my favorite sandwich there and all their deserts are fantastic.

Conveniently located off bakerview road. Good seating and nice selection of bakery goods and made to order coffers and teas. Wheelchair friendly.

New favorite coffee shop. Unfortunately the closest one to me is in Bellevue, but I just might visit it more often.
