I was Declined to do a return or exchange even though at the time of purchase I was told that I could definitely come back if the product doesn’t work to get my money back. I came back with original receipt and packaging and was told that the product is a final sale. Nobody told me about the final sale at the time of purchase. I was very upset and disappointed with their customer service.I will never come back there again and will never recommend it to any of my friends or family.

FINALLY!!!! A Bellingham location. Seriously, what guy or gal that wears makeup doesn’t LOVE MAC?? I’ve yet to meet a person that doesn’t love this place!!I’m treated kindly every time. And that’s what I like!It’s not that hard to treat people nicely. So I appreciate visiting a store that I love the products and get the help I need and treated well.Also, the employees always know there stuff!

Sales associate gave false information about product to make sale. Upon return, there is a 10 day delay in return of funds. Sephora and cosmetics in Macys both provide a better service.

Amazing experience! Raven and Steven spent a solid hour helping me figure out the right products. Amazing products, but the customer service is what really makes this store stand out!

Nice and knowledgeable staff. I had great help in finding what I was looking for. You cant really go wrong with Mac products. The store itself is clean and very well organized, it is Mac after all.

This happened last year, but i had gone to get my makeup done and had shown a picture of a light natural eye with a slight cut crease and glowy face. I had walked out with a dark smokey eye with gold glitter packed into my lid. my foundation was sitting on top of my skin and looked like it was going to slip right off. Not to mention my contour was done with a blush, i had a pink forehead, nose, and cheek bones. I had wanted to have a stronger brow as well, because the shape i was wanting was specific the employee doing my makeup and me mark the three brow points. they had not been shaped by concealer to help it look more defined, it was a messy uneven brow that i ended up with. I also wanted a light glossy nude lip and got a brown liquid lipstick. AND to top off the disaster, they used a chunky glitter setting spray.i don’t understand how you could let a customer walk out with a look like is COMPLETELY opposite from what they were wanting. I guess moral of the story is, Don’t get your makeup done here for any event, unless you want to pay $60 to look like a club night gone very very wrong.

Estefani was amazing! She helped my sister and I out in August for our cousins wedding. She showed us both how to use and apply the makeup that we ended up buying. I myself have been a TARTE girl for ever, but I’ve definitely made my switch to MAC since then. Super impressed with her skills and the friendliness of the staff!

I not only love Mac make up but the staff is very professional and especially Isaac Meyers eye for detail was perfect, the whole staff is amazing and helpful. I also have worked close with Sarah, Stephanie and Alfrado.
