Local gamestop style game store! Solid prices, nice selection and knowledgeable staff. No reason to go to the competition! They even have a great selection of retro games and consoles. They also have a solid plushie and puzzle area. Great gift options! Owners are a nice local couple and so it feels great to support them.

They have a great selection of DS and 3DS games and the staff is knowledgeable. One word of caution: they put price stickers on some DS carts (mainly semi-valuable games that don’t have cases) and it’s hard to get the sticky residue off them. I’m not a collector, but I didn’t want the prices on there forever or to have sticky strips on the front / back collecting dust etc. or repeatedly moving through my 3DS.

Great selection even through renovation!

Some cool retro stuff and a decent variety of games. When I told the staff I was just looking around since I dont visit very often, it seemed as though I was just dismissed from being important and when I asked a question the employee told me to hold on, but never answered my question. Sort of strange, and I wish they had more shelf decor type items. Figures, signs, memorabilia that sort of stuff.

This place is associated with Another Castle Games so Im not surprised at the bad customer service. After getting in my car and noticing on my receipt that they charged me triple the price listed on the tag of an old Xbox game I went back inside to get a price adjustment and refund. They offered me store credit but no I wanted my money back. Then after getting home and checking one of my other games I find out they had taken multiple instruction manuals out of the cases. As a complete copy video game collector this is highly frustrating. Safe to say that was the first and the last time Ill come here, Im better off shopping on eBay.

My absolute FAVORITE go-to video game business, and its not even remotely close. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, and they have an incredibly wide selection of games. I make it a point to drive three-plus hours one way at minimum once per month just to come by and see what they have! (Now if I had only been approved by corporate to come with my brother and shoot content about how amazing it is instead of being rejected for not providing a script *wink wink*)If you desire a particular game, console, accessory, art piece or literally ANYTHING else gaming related, you NEED to make this your first stop, PERIOD. Reset Games has everything you want from a gaming store. Their staff is extremely helpful. They clearly love games. Their selection includes new consoles, new special edition consoles (whole supplies last) and a good array of older systems going back decades, both handheld and not.I love supporting local businesses, and Reset Games makes this both easy and satisfying. They are always my first choice for game stores.

Great prices and staff that knows what they are doing

It was my first time at this location and I will definitely come back every time I am in Bellingham. They had a huge selection of new, old and very limited games. They also had some very cool imported games without ridiculous prices like some other stores have. I got a copy of the Phoenix Wright Trilogy for the PS4. It was from Japan and somebody helped me test if it played in English for me. They went out of there way for customer service and were really great to be around. The music in the store was also amazing.

We went on a quest for a Xbox 360 controller break away cable. After stopping at Gamestop we were directed to check Reset Games. Oh boy this place is amazing it has everything new and old. We almost forgot what we came for after all the flashbacks of Mountain Dew, Pizza Hut and taking turns on the Super NES.

Great selection and more than fair trade in prices. So glad they are own by the same people that own Another Castle in Edmonds. The go to game shop, worth the trip!

Love it here. Knowledgeable staff that’s friendly. I love the assortment of games from old ones I played when I was a kid to the games that my boy played now. Prices are very reasonable and you can play them there too.

We love this place! Its a tiny little hole in the wall. But it has a lot of things to look over. I am personally impressed with their amount of XBox 360 components. The games in that area are somewhat limited, but they have some good stuff. You can find all the newest games here for SURE. They have some game guides here as well, and also offer Gift Cards for locals to gift which is a good idea for a gamer in the family. We are kinda a family of gamers though so we tend to hit this location up often when we have a birthday or holiday coming up that requires presents! They are also very friendly and helpful. Their return policy on buying used games and peripherals is pretty darn good too.

Great staff, awesome selection

A well organized game store with great selection, especially for one thats part of a chain. No matter what console youre looking for, youll likely find a large selection of games of it from a wide variety of genres at some pretty good prices. When I was there, however, they didnt have that much in the way of GameCube games. Great, knowledgable staff and customer service as well.

Great oasis of fun for the sunset area. Lots of variety in pinball and arcade machines with a surprising variety of bottled and canned beers to imbibe. Staff is always awesome and super helpful too

I have been going to Reset for a number of years. They have a great selection of hardware for game systems from older generation, to the current versions. Also an amazing selection of games for all systems. They also have very knowledgeable and friendly customer service.

Impromptu date night. Open till 11pm on weeknight and 2am on weekends! Great selection of beer and games we grew up with. Check it out! Every game runs on quarters. They have a change machine. And an ATM if you didnt bring cash. Chill, casual, fun. Great for kids....and kids over 21.

New and used games and controllers from all consoles dating back to Atari at good deals. Trade in your old equipment, games, controllers, etc. at good store credit rates - much less for cash. Reset Games is truley designed and run by fans of video gaming of all decades.

They have a great selection and reasonable pricing. Only gripe Ive had is when customers take forever with the associate. Im an in and out kinda guy, eager to play some old fashioned games.

Decent selection of second-hand games and some new. Only downside is that their retro games (NES, SNES, N64, Etc) are highly over-priced. Im a retro collector with an immense collection for all retro consoles. Their out-of-box pricing is comparable to in-box or near-mint items easily available elsewhere. Otherwise, its worth it for newer and previous-gen gaming.

Sold some old games and the employees working were really friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices were way better than I expected. Definitely recommend as an alternative to the other video game stores around.

I went in today because my version on star fox had a glitch and I wanted to see if I could get a version without the glitch. James not only researched the problem for me, but offered a game exchange free of charge! I always go to reset games for all my gaming needs and I recommend others do the same. The knowledgeable and friendly staff, are second to none in bellingham. They also have a rad pub next door with a bunch of cool arcade games and such.

This is a no brainer. Game stop is creepy and sterile. Reset Games is chill and has better prices and selection. Plus their retro game selection is amazing. Was stared down when i entered store which kind of threw me off, after that was asked if im searching for anything in specific; i replied that i was looking for switch controllers. I was Quoted the price of used controllers at 76 dollars with 10% off. Wasnt very much a price difference than buying them new at any store at 70 dollars. Just kinda disappointed with over all experience would not recommend sadly

Small but very fun. Most games are .50 which is a pretty good value. They have a lot of pinball machines and great beer choices.

Always the best store to get games.

One of the last few true bastions of the classic gaming market. Their prices are competitive to other brick-and-mortar retailers and their staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. Its one of the few places I know of where you can go to purchase some of the classics from the NES/Master System and SNES/Genesis era of gaming, right down to the controllers and game systems. Game enthusiasts should check this place out for sure!
