Been buying their products since 2012. When I purchased my new truck (2019 Ford F-150), I figured I would go all out and get Extreme Triton bulbs. Within 3 months, I had my first failure. Fast forward two years, and I’ve replaced every single bulb at least once, some twice. They’re great when they’re working. Unfortunately, the company has come to the point where they will no longer back the warranty. They’ve not changed the design in two years and I know I’m not the only customer with issues. The customer service has been prompt, but it seems their R&D is dead set on this design and isn’t willing to better their product to last more than 3 months. Sad to see they no longer back their own product, but I’ll have to go an alternative route.

Do not recommend. Bought several bulbs. One pair was for reverse lights. One of those has already gone bad. Just over their 3 year warranty. I reached out to their support team never heard back. Really cant recommend the products. I figured paying a premium for made in US would last me a while. I have a 15 year old G35. The original bulbs lasted 12 years. These bulbs lasted 3 yrs. The OEM bulbs cost $10 for 2, much less then VLEDS. Besides wasting money, there is also the green side of the equation, this is just more expensive waste. While the bulbs were brighter, at the end not worth the expense. Coupled with lack of customer support after purchase.

Spoke with Jake from VLEDS and he was professional. A bit disappointed that I blamed for not following up and using USPS which led to missing product. No compensation from the company. See attached picture.

Absolutely excellent quality, amazingly bright and never any issues. Almost every bulb on my car is from VLEDS now. I get compliments from everyone on how bright everything is on the car.

VLEDS always delivers a quality product! I’ve purchased several leds for my tag lights, reverse lights and front turn signals. Their craftsmanship is always top notch and their customer support is even better!! Eli in tech support went above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved(although it had nothing to do with the product itself)

Best automotive LEDS by far! Shipping is also very quick. Customer service is top notch!

Don’t buy from these guys. Bulbs fail long before there competitors and they refuse to replace or remidy the situation....
