The employees were friendly & helpful. Items were easy to find. It wasnt crowded at the time so that probably helped too :-) I would recommend this location.

I love my HEB! Can always get quality meats and produce. Cater to the everyday family with great deals and you can earn points too. They also have a general merchandise side where you can get your everyday household needs. Friendly staff but never enough handicap parking available. You can also avoid going in the store and order ahead for curbside pickup.

There is a reason why HEB is one of the best-rated grocery store chains in the States. The selection of fruit is outstanding as well as everything else- I stood in the tea aisle for what seemed like hours browsing through the hundreds of different teas from all over the world. The fruit and vegetables were countless and the workers were super helpful in directing us here or there, checking if an item was in stock, and checking us out quickly when we were finished shopping. This particular location also has petrol (gas) for sale at a price much lower than many of the surrounding petrol stations as well. This location really supported the Baylor Bears, which was really neat to see. They even had plenty of plants for sale still in November when we visited.Would highly recommend getting your groceries and petrol here if you live within 20 minutes or so of the store.

What the heck happened HEB? I love you so much and I always shop at HEB when I have the chance. I live in North Dallas where there arent any (coming soon, I hear). I stopped at the last one before I hit the long road home just to pick up HEB brand baby wipes and a salad dressing that my husband loves and cant find anywhere else....thats how much I love HEB, I came in for store brand wipes and dressing before a 2 hour drive home....this location was disgusting! It looks run down and in need of a good scrub. Not to mention the worst bathroom I have ever seen. The ladies room was being cleaned so I went to the family restroom. It was so disgusting that I told the lady who was in line to use it next to hold it if you can and wait for them to finish cleaning the ladies room. Looks like Ill have to find the one before the last one because Ill not return here and I never did find the salad dressing I was looking for.Im sorry to report

Always stop here to do my shopping before I leave up north. Love this stores has everything you need. Nice people here.

I loved it they have ever u need. I have been to a H.E.B once but this one is way better. The only thing I dont like is there was only like 2 lanes opened and the rest was self checkout 10 items or less and they were jam packed full. Customer service was amazing

Awesome deals on food if your on a budget. 😄 Most of the staff here are friendly and ready to help others just dont even care to be there. I not only shop here but work for them sometimes. It seems to me that is best to come in the mornings. The afternoons are hectic with little to no help and no cashiers. Other than that love the sales and the deals they have throughout the store. I gave them a 5 🌟 because they are pretty awesome and they actually keep their rest rooms clean unlike other HEBs.

I love it there . They have a variety of food and I walk out with more grocery bags then I do then other stores.

Like shopping here. Good selection of food and other things to. I get my family prescriptions filled at the pharmacy and the personal care that is showed makes feel like they are people that care.

It is 6:40pm and we have been waiting to use the bathroom for over 15 minutes. If you read the sign to the left, it says cleaning at 5a,10a,&3pm. There is a pregnant woman waiting as well. We are all standing in front of the family restroom simply waiting. Very inconvenient !!

Will never come back. Run into old friend and security guard approaches us not even ten mins of loading groceries up to tell us we have to leave because its private property. I spend how much money at this place. To be told I cant catch up even though we were in the back of the parking lot. Garbage

Great experience overall, but when an employee was headed back from the parking lot, he decided to help me with my groceries into my car. Its a small, but powerful act, because unlike Walmart, they actually give a damn. 😁

This one is always busy however they are always adequately staffed to keep the line moving. Staff is great I locked my keys in the car guy in the warehouse was very helpful getting me what I needed to unlock my car. I would have liked to mention his name however since I did not I did I wouldnt.

So its the best place in all Waco, lots of good nice staff cool people, not like the Walmart at all. Not as big as some HEB plus like supply of electronics limited however you can find most things here they would have in a Walmart.

Has my favorite salad Avocado Ranch pre-made. Actually they have dozens of pre-made salads and they also have a hot food section. And also the pre-made uncooked food ready for the oven is convenient when you just dont have the time to get dinner ready.
