If it was possible to award six stars, I would. Hynes recently took care of a major fender bender that I was involved in. They completed the job ahead of time and to a very high standard, worked directly with my insurance company when the damage proved to be more expensive than the adjusters initial estimate, kept me updated throughout the process and even valet cleaned the car inside and out. I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone who finds they need auto body repairs. First class operation.

2018 Sentra was hit in the rear left corner. They made it look and drive great again. New bumper, and I think they must have done some other body work to make the quarter panel look this good. Paint matched perfectly, OEM new wheel and tire, and the car was cleaned and detailed.They also let you pick up and drop off enterprise rentals at their shop, which is really convenient.Thanks again, and happy holidays, Pablo and Santos and everyone else who fixed my dads car.

I dealt with a hit and run, no note, kind of situation. These are the types of things that are very stressful for me. Everyone at Hynes though made this situation seem so simple and routine, as if it was no different than going in for an oil change. Everyone was friendly and professional which gave me a calming effect to the stress I expected to feel in this situation. And to top it all off, their work is excellent. My car came back to me in a timely manner and looks brand new!

Ive used them twice. Got broadsided in a rotary and had body work done. looked great. Also hit some road debris and had chassis work done. great both times. good communication, they dealt with the insurance company, very easy.

Needed my hood replaced on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They did a great job and on top of that their customer service was fantastic. They were very nice and the process was easy.Id also like to add that I noticed a rattling sound coming from my front wheel after picking it up, but thought nothing of it. The next day I noticed it again and rolled down my window to listen. It was relatively loud and thought something wasnt connected or whatever. After calling them, they drove out, inspected the car, took it back to the shop and fixed it at no charge. It turns out a rock (probably from my driveway) got stuck between the break pad and heat shield. Even though they had nothing to do with the problem, they made the fix and drove it back to my house at no charge. These guys care about customer satisfaction and I will certainly go back to them if any services are needed in the future.

I went to Hynes to have the front end of my car fixed after it was hit not once, but twice while it was parked. A few days after the repair, which looked great on initial inspection, I noticed that the bumper alignment on the fender was slightly off. I brought it back six weeks later and they pointed out an internal clip that holds the bumper had broken. They fixed it at no additional cost. Great customer service!

The entire Hynes staff was professional, helpful, and patient from the very beginning of the process.I needed pretty extensive repairs on my vehicle after I was involved in an accident and the first estimate Hynes gave me was 100% accurate.They were very helpful with any errant questions I had, and gave me updates throughout the repair process.I would absolutely go back to them with any repair I may need in the future.

Got sideswiped on the highway & needed my passenger side doors repaired. Hynes not only got this looking like new, but also made sure my insurance was updated about it. So I didnt have to run around calling the insurance firm and then hynes about the claim. Very smooth experience.
