I recently scheduled an appointment to get a Covid test online 2 days before hand. I received 2 confirmation emails letting me know that everything was good to go. When I arrived at the Raymore, MO location there was a sign saying they were out of testing kits and the website was glitched. I was told to try a different location but when I called the Belton, MO location and explained what happened, I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to reschedule but there were no appointments for 2 more days. This is a completely unacceptable way to do business. That location had clearly been out of supplies for some time and no one made any effort to call or email me to cancel my appointment and no one made any effort to make the situation right. If you cant follow through on the expectation that was set then dont offer the tests at all. Also, the Raymore location needs to be removed from the website so that this doesnt happen to someone else.
Abbey behind the pharmacy counter is so great! She stays so nice even though they were short staffed and people were rude with her.
The drive thru lame is always extremely slow I know they are short staffed but it has been this way forever even before Covid
They refused to use a discount card because they rather me pay 4x as much for the same medication through my insurance. It had never been an issue in the past. Save your time and go somewhere else where the people actually want your business. That way you arent having to get your prescription transferred and having delays like me.
My issue was the lack of communication about the long wait times for health clinic. Before going to the store, I looked online and saw that the earliest appointment available was at 2pm. However, several places online mention that walk-ins are welcome. I decide to try my luck and go to the store. I get there around 11am. No one is available during check-in, its done via a self-service kiosk. Nothing is mentioned about the number of people before me. I sit and wait for an hour. The provider comes out, calls someone name, and takes them back. After an hour, another lady that is waiting tells me that the provider made an announcement earlier that she has to go to lunch at 1pm. She suggests I ask the provider when she comes out how long I will be waiting and points to a computer screen nearby that lists all the people waiting. When the provider comes out, I ask her. She says it will probably be 3pm before she can see me. I decided to leave and go to an urgent care in the area. I was in/out in less than an hour. Im not upset at the wait time at the Walgreens clinic. That cant be helped and I was a walk-in. I was really frustrated with the lack of communication about the wait and that I had to sit for an hour before finding out the wait time was 4 hours. Also, I only found out about the wait because of another customer; not the provider. Ive been to that location before for my flu shot as a walk-in and didnt have those problems. In the future, I probably wont go there as a walk-in and only by scheduling an appointment first.
Within the past few months, moved my prescriptions to Walgreens. The service has been great and the prices lower than I experienced at my previous pharmacy. Staff members have also alerted us to in-store specials that have saved us money. Great service and prices on the products we need. Thanks.
Hope you dont have scripts for anything out of the ordinary, or, God forbid, have to have your scripts transferred. If you do, all I can say is GOOD LUCK. Been waiting three weeks and they just now got my scripts in and still wont have them filled for another day. Plus, one of the male pharmacists is just plain rude and condescending. How dare I ask him a question, right?
The pharmacy line is always extremely slow. If there is more than 1 car ahead of you dont bother. Ive waited for 45min with 2 cars in front of me.
Today must have been a very bad day for the Pharmacist working the drive thru window. I could see that she had some type of cold or just wasnt feeling well. In this case, for a customer that is not sick or trying not to get any worse, would be watching everything that goes on. First, I could barely hear her speak into the phone and ask her several times to speak up. I gave her me ID and insurance card, she ask for my birthdate. She started punching keys on the computer and then asked me for my birthdate again. This went on for several minutes. After being asked 5 times and waiting more than 10 minutes, while her back was turned towards me. When she turned enough to see me, I tried to get her attention. She picked up the phone in a very rude manner and said hold on a minute. Finally, another pharmacist came and assisted me, come to find out, there was the wrong name on the screen, therefore I would have never been found. If you are going thru the drive thru and see a young lady with long hair, good luck. I hope she has a better attitude than she has today.
Just had to fill a script that I didnt have the rx# for and was helped by the most delightful woman named Sheila! Its been a rough week so talking to someone so genuinely pleasant and eager to help made a big difference in my day... A positive, caring attitude is very appreciated when dealing with pharmacies and Sheila is an absolute rockstar! Thanks again Sheila! 🤗
You need a concept of customer service! DONT call CUSTOMERS NAMES TO THEIR FACE!!!!!!! IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR JOB QUIT! ALL OF YOU ARE REPLACEABLE!
Not a bad place, just make sure your prescription is ready so you dont have to wander around one of the most boring stores in Belton. Also, be prepared to wait in line for prescriptions. On the plus side though, most insurance cards are accepted here.
Fed Ex pick up went well, nice service they now offer!
My wife had a prescription she needed to receive here and she received a text saying it was ready. So we drive over to pick up her prescription only to find out it wasnt ready, not wanting to make a second trip later we decided to wait, as we were told it would only be 15 minutes or so. 40 minutes passes so we return to the counter only to find out part of what she was needing to pick up wasnt even available because it was temporarily out of stock. So now we have to return another day to receive what is needed. IT SHOULDNT BE THIS BIG OF A HASSLE TO GET A PRESCRIPTION!!
This Walgreens in Belton mo is so nice and cares about there customers, they even remember my name
Pharmacy needs work. I drop off a prescription and was told it would be ready in 30mins. It’s not ready in 30 mins and I have to wait another 30 mins only to be told they don’t have the medication in stock. A whole hour wasted. This is the second time this happens
The workers are always friendly and my prescriptions are always filled quickly.
My prescription of 60 pills was filled with only 30. Very disappointing to be stolen from when their customer service was otherwise solid.
Friendly service, clean shelves and displays.
Tried to pick up a prescription at 9:30 pm, and found that the pharmacy wasnt open! Closed at least 30 minutes early! Are there normally shorter hours for the pharmacy? That should be posted!

Awful awful service.
Typical Walgreens. Never seems to be much help around.
Kyle, the pharmacist, goes over and beyond in his duties.
