Weve been coming here for years and we usually dont have any issues. But yesterday, one of the pumps malfunctioned as we were pumping gas. We had to move to another pump to finish. We had just used our rewards points on the first pump, too, so we couldnt use them on the second pump.However -- the staff that was working went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They saw that we were having trouble, and compensated for the difference quite wonderfully. It may have been an inconvenience, but what they did for us more than made up for it.Im going to say this again -- thank you. We are grateful.
