Their prices are fairly ok, but extremely poor service. I called over the phone most often before I get there but they were still not ready and had to wait for over 1 hour to be told they dont have most of the parts. Even that for the disappointment, I had to persuade for that infomation

Horrible customer service. Management is poorly run.

Called into to check if they have the part I need to for my truck. Told me price was 60, tried to pay online but they just it was in stock. Got to the place said it was 110 not sure where the person on the phone messed up but complete bs. Do not trust this place anymore.

Bought parts today and the service/management was extremely unprofessional. Very unorganized, nobody knew their roles in their system. Pointing the finger towards other employees is not how you handle customer requests.Parts guys knew very little about the parts they sell. You are in the service business! Learn your damn industry before you open a warehouse catering to the DMV. We deserve better service for our hard earned money.Do not recommend to my worst enemySincerely,A google user just like everyone else.

It’s actually pretty bad they don’t even carry change and try to do store credit. most of the time their parts have dents (personal experience about 80%) and they want full price for it.

I called then i waited 2 days, then i went to there office to get an other parts and i paid, 1 of the costumers service said its in its way which is bs .Horrible company and customer service, bunch of lairs. Long wait times when calling in. They have this text service to get price quotes. Tried it twice never got a reply. Also ordered parts on Friday for Monday delivery. They didnt even show up until the following Thursday. Called many times they told me its on the way. Ended up ordering parts from KSI in Baltimore and got parts next day before mircofit could get out to us. Prices are little jacked up as well. Would recommend KSI or impact before mircofit. Service is not the greatest at mircofit.
