They guys there are always nice! Only one time the young guy gave me the wrong parts. I didn’t realize it until the person that was working on my car informed me. When I returned the older guys knew why I was back to return the breaks because. The young guy had given me the incorrect breaks for my SUV. My only problem, I never got an apology from the young guy who just walked pass me and went to the back.🤦🏽‍♀️

I came to the store based on its good Google reviews, and now I am adding my own compliments! My car battery ran out due to lack of driving and the cold weather, so I went in Napa Auto Parts to find a new battery. They had the battery for my car but I wasn’t sure if my old battery was really dead. Seeing my hesitation, the gentleman took out a battery meter and went out to test the battery in my car. Turned out the old battery was still OK, just need to be recharged. So I didn’t purchase anything, got a jump start before I leave, and received many professional advice about car battery. This is truly the best auto parts store in town!

NAPA is the only auto parts store that still knows what the f*** they are talking about. I stopped at 3 other auto parts stores before going to NAPA. Every other store employs idiots who have never worked on a car in their life.I came into the NAPA store looking for a very common part, a push rivet to keep the plastic splash guards on. Used on every car, everywhere and they always fall out. This is something that any auto parts store should be selling lots of. NAPA was able to point to the exact part I was looking for and order it for the next day.
