ASSI installed my kitchen countertops as a contractor for my local Home Depot. After having contact with another countertop contractor that was totally uncooperative as to my needs, I was able to change to ASSI. From the very beginning, they were courteous and helpful in all aspects of planning the fabrication of the tops. The men who did the installation couldn’t have been better more helpful in making sure all of my requirements were met. I can give my interactions nothing but praise.

Terrible experience. First, if youre going to Home Depot to buy countertops youve already made a mistake. Go to Home Depot for tools and other building materials - NOT countertops. Second, when Home Depot contracts out the installation to a company like ASSI, the fabricator doesnt make enough money. So they add costs to the job to increase their profit margin. ASSI refused to install the $3,000 countertops without an additional $900 support system. Our contractor and ASSIs own measurement person all said the support we installed was sufficient. It was clear they were just trying to make more money due to the low profit margins from Home Depot. So, we cancelled the order and went to a local small business where we saved money, got prompt service, and quick installation on our existing support.So, do yourself a favor: support local small business while saving money on your countertops by NOT going to Home Depot and getting hosed by ASSI Fabricators.

Took 3 weeks for two small vanity tops to be fabricated, then, when they arrived, the sink bracket holes were not aligned properly for the sink and clips. They determined they wanted to use their own clips, not the sink manufacturers clips...

We purchased our granite countertops from ASSI about a month ago and they could not have been more helpful or responsive to our needs. Carl Hammond was always available to answer questions or address any concerns. When we experienced a problem, he immediate fixed it to our total satisfaction. Their customer service is probably the best I have encounter in years. I highly recommend them for any project, large or small.

ASSI was a life saver during my nightmare kitchen remodel. My countertops are stunning. Each and every employee I met went above and beyond for me. The marble countertops and full height marble back splash were done perfectly. Thank you ASSI!

We had our dry bar installed for our basement remodel. ASSI did the countertops. We dealt directly with them and not through a 3rd party. They were great. Coordinated with our GC and his team to get the measurements and installation done on time and done correctly the first time. I would definitely recommend them.

Nice Fab shop, they have great granite, quartz, and marble materials for commercial and residential.

Had Corian remnant that they turned into table top. Very friendly staff.

If I could rate this company with NO stars, I would. Ive never had such completely incompetent people to deal with for a major job before and lets just say, every turn of this process has been a disappointment. My husband and I were introduced to this company from Home Depot (we placed countertop order there and ASSI is responsible for carrying it out). Firstly, their scheduler is not well educated in customer service (a lot of Uh... and Im not sure to some basic questions), i then spoke to a gentleman there who failed to answer my questions and give me nothing but attitude. The measurer showed up with an attitude because he wasnt told what I CLEARLY asked him to be told... therefore wasting his time. He swore that since we didnt do as asked by replacing our sink and installing our new one (despite clearly being told it not being able to work with our current countertop- were doing a whole rearrangement of the sink area) and took forever. That was fine, but he SWORE we would need to see the drawings and verify his measurements ourselves (which is fine, but isnt that what they are for???) before any counter was cut or delivered. I agreed.. that was the 15th or so of Dec... here we are a month later and no drawings, despite my calls. And today Im called to be told that my counters are being installed tomorrow. Hmmm.. I have no idea what they are coming with since I havent seen anything. This is likely to be a mess waiting to happen. If you are looking for great service, please go elsewhere.
