This truly is a 1-star company please expect a 1-star experience.Their communication practices are poor. They do no honor their commitments. Whatever amount of time they say something is going to happen in, expect an additional 3-5 days. And dont expect them to communicate any delays until theyve missed the due date.Call them at every step to be sure theyve actually done all the things they said theyre going to do. And then call again to make sure theyve done it. Because I assure you, they havent.I am hoping and praying that after these counters are actually installed there will be no issues. But given that Ive experienced every other problem described in these reviews, I am not holding my breath.
Run away!I had a similar experience to the older above reviews. To start, the first measurer accidentally turned my gas stove on during the measure, filling my house with gas. We thought there was a gas leak. After that, they moved our install date twice because they couldnt fabricate it in time, but once they could install it, all 3 peices were wrong. Two were measured wrong, the other didnt have a straight cut (see below). I gave them another chance and 2 weeks to get it done and they wasted it. When they they delivered the second time (the last day of the last deadline I gave them) they only showed with 1 of 3 peices. I canceled the order and got money back from home depot.
Terrible Service! RUN!!!!!!!!!!!I am renovating my elderly mothers kitchen. I did not CHOOSE this company, Home Depot did. The kitchen was demod and the new cabinets installed, the countertops took another 5 weeks to be installed when it should have been 1-2 DAYS after because of this incompetent company.1. They lost our purchase details multiple times.2. They missed several deadlines to deliver the countertops.3. They missed several deadlines to call us with new install dates.4. We had to reorder new countertops TWICE because TWO separate deliveries of our countertops according to them were damaged. We had to call to learn this because they would not notify us.5. After the first three weeks of delays, they stopped answering our calls and the calls of the cabinet people trying to get a status. They took days to return calls and had no answers, just lies and excuses.6. Trying to excuse their incompetence they flat out LIED about what dates they claimed WE TOLD them that we wanted out countertops installed (conveniently for them several weeks out) when they were supposed to be ALREADY INSTALLED WEEKS PRIOR. They knew we had been calling and leaving messages about immediate installation so this was total lies.7. On the installation day that was finally scheduled and confirmed for 9 -1, at NOON they called to change the time to 1-5 and then later CANCELLED! AFTER WEEKS OF WAITING!!!!!!!8. Only after the District Manager came by to check on the installation that WAS NOT HAPPENING BECAUSE THEY CANCELLED did he ensure installation happened the following day.9. The plumbing and electric could not be completed until these incompetent people finally did their jobs, this took more days to reschedule.I could not have curated a worse situation for my mother. She was washing dishes out of the bathtub for an additional 5 weeks because of this horrible company. The kitchen was NOT READY by Mothers Day so we were not able to celebrate at her house, when the kitchen should have been ready a month prior. If Home Depot selects this company RUN!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
The Company was supposed to come within a week, I gave them two weeks.. Then I went to Home Depot (HD) to see what was happening and HD agent called and they said they did not have a good email for me, but they had my phone number to call and rectify email, they did not. Email is corrected and ( I deal with electronic PDF signatures, since I am a Documentation Manager and have professional PDF); these forms cannot be sign, so I typed my name and send them back) received a reply back that the forms need to be signed and there is no clause there indication that if you cannot sign the form, you need to download, sign scan and email back.
TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have called about 25 times over the last week to try to schedule measurements and have left messages about half of the time. I have already paid my 1/3 deposit through Home Depot. No one ever answers, no one ever calls me back. I have asked Home Depot to re-evaluate this company as a subcontractor for them. I am working to get a refund and will go to Lowes or another Counter Top installer. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
This place is the worst without exaggeration. Placed an order via home depot which was also terrible. The customer service agent could use some training. She got my countertop slab number wrong, ordered the wrong slab and somehow its a miscommunication on my part. If you call you wont get an answer, email you wont get an answer and now the install date is pushed back another week into 2021 even though purchased on 11/27. People that spend thousands of dollars need good communication to know everything is going as planned. Im surprised they are still in business with service like this.Update 12/30: After speaking with the Director of Operations, she was able to straighten everything out.
Terrible experience... the plumber was very rude and unprofessional. Ruined the entire experience. Don’t recommend this company to anyone. If I could I would give them zero stars.
After a few delays in scheduling, they finally were able to come out to the house. While installing, one kid leaned his knee into my dishwasher and dented it. Not sure if they meant it or not.They also installed a cracked piece of granite. They laughed as they drove away. They knew they treated me wrong and were having fun with it. I called about making this right and they played it down like sir youre fine. Dont get screwed by them. Dont use them.
The measurements were wrong when countertop was brought for install. The customer service people you talk to for scheduling or issues are unprofessional and do not care about their clients or work they are providing.
