It is VERY VERY cluttered. Not necessarily disorganized like the other reviews I’ve read. But cluttered. I only purchase incense from them. The person whom I’m assuming was the owner wasn’t rude to me. His English is not that great so he kinda yells. I calmly helped him pronounce the words and he was fine. I would def be back.

They were in the same place for many years they moved and nothing has changed. No prices on items,totally disorganized! You have to talk to the owner to get prices and a lot of times hes on the phone and ignores you.

THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISHONEST, LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALWAYS LYING. THE ASIAN MAN IS IMPATIENT, AND FREQUENTLY CUTS YOU OFF. THIS COMPANY IS VERY BAD, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Theres nothing to like about a company that answers a business phone like is a residential line. They are always irrate when you confront them with their illegal withdrawals. After my order was placed on 9/8/15 @ 1:36am, I recorded an order completed email from them as though they were about to ship alp of the merchandise. After I hadnt received antigen on the 14th I immediately contacted them because they had charged $200 to my bank account. I spoke with them 10 minute on the 14th (@ 3:46pm CST) they claimed they had already shipped and hasnt taken anything out of my bank account. Well, at 7:46 they had just filled the ordrr...3 hours later and he had already told me they didnt Jane most odds the merchandise I ordered (umbrellas) & to camel it and put my funds back into my account. He told me they had shipped it and just send it back. Makes no sense and they wouldnt change me shipping and handling. I eat going to get out the next day. The order came on the 17th....3 days later with about charge to my account. He refuse to let me speak with anyone else and stays I didnt email but they no check emails because they get so many. Thats why you cali them. Yesterday he wanted am email to show proofoff the transactions. Im not only filing and have filled a complaint worth BBC OF MD BUT IM ABOUT TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION. They also sent the package in my sons name which he had nothing to do with my account. PLEASE READ THESE WARNINGS BEFORE YOU END UP LIKE THIS. I have recorded EVERY CONVERSATION SINCE THEN I HAVE WITH THEM.

Shady company. Only 25% of what I ordered came in and the day after the order, I had over $1000 in fraudulent charges on my credit card from Maryland. Same state as this company. I called to complain and they had no answers. Dont trust thier website.

Been shopping with this company for 15 years every since they were in Cheverly md. Great wholesale buys for your bucks
