I just bought a house and this company was hired by the previous owner to repair the glass of one of the windows.Their service was a complete turn off from the beginning. I had to make 3 to 4 different appointments because they would a timeto come and not only did they NOT show up, they didnt even call to tell me they werent coming.When the guy finally did show up, he just walked upstairs without removing or covering his shoes.I have carpet and I thought it was part of procedure for contractors to do that. He was also very rude,as if doing the job was a problem for him. Then to make matters worse, he broke the new glass while installing it, which meant he had to wait for a replacement again, and reinstall.After about a week, he arrived with the new glass, and again, didnt bother to remove or cover his shoes,installed the glass and instructed me not to open it for about 24 or 72 hours. I tried opening the window and it now seems to be stuck.I cant open the window at all. Thankfully this window is in an area of the home were I wont be opening the windows that much anyway,and I can open the window next to it. Id rather leave it stuck/sealed shut than to call these horrible, rude people!I wish I could leave ZERO stars! When I get more money saved, Ill call another company, one that I selectand get the stuck window issue resolved. These people are the WORST!

This company installed a shower door. After some months our family has an issue with the door and called to have them come look at it for repair. They promised to come each time but never showed up and we made sure our schedule was free. They never called to say they couldnt come even when promised they were definitely coming we always needed to follow up only to be told another day. Installation service was good but unprofessional in responding to clients after installation.
