On 4-23-2020 we needed a Skid Loader (Bob Cat) to move over 10 cubic yards of dirt. To our surprise Capital Rental was bought out by United and closed the Beltsville, MD location. When I arrived at United, the lady behind the counter stated they didnt have any trailers that would work on a regular ball hitch. Said I needed a Pintle Hitch, ok, can I rent it. No, you can buy it for over $200. To use only one time I dont think so. Capital Rental always rented these hitches.I said if you cant accommodate me than Ill go somewhere else and rent the equipment I need. Her reply was, OK. That was it, nothing else. I just turned and walked out.I went to SUNBELT RENTAL in Laurel MD where their customer service was off the hook!!!Ill NEVER go back to United Rentals again!!
