Always top notch service from Kingswell. Counter Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and Helpful. Customer Service Reps are Friendly with each call. Usually they have everything we need in stock... Occasionally, parts have to be ordered, but that is the nature of the industry. They are always clear and give realistic time frames.

My HVAC contractor installed a NEW Magic-Pak unit purchased from W.E.Kingswell. A valved failed causing short cycle protection of the compressor. Part ordered and took 2 WEEKS to arrive. Fair enough as this business is at the mercy of their supplier.Finally the day came for the repair. The contractor was unable to pick up the part during business hours and was told the part would be left OUTSIDE in a specific location for Saturday pickup. It was NOT THERE.I hope the part was not stolen... gulp, not another 2 week wait. I REALLY enjoy using emergency heat... NOT!Now with the approaching storm, I may have to wait another 5 days for my economical heat pump to actually work.I know that the part failure was a factory thing so my hope is that this business will talk with MAGIC-PAK and express my quality concern.In my opinion, MACIC-PAK should reimburse my contractor for his time and expense.It really is the perfect storm!
