I have a 2019 charger and had issues with the headlight assembly having a leak and therefore making the whole headlight assembly not work including the blinker. I have bumper to bumper warranty and brought it in and they tried saying it wasn’t covered and said I needed to pay $1500 if I wanted it fixed. Not sure if it was cause I am young with a decently nice car or what the issue was but I instead went to a different dodge dealer and they covered everything under warranty instantly with no hassle and were also confused on why they tried charging me.

10/10 don’t recommend buying a car from Bemidji Chrysler. We bought a 2014 Sante Fe and three days later it was making a loud knocking noise and come to find out it was missing a caliper bolt that they originally “missed”. Fast forward 2 months and my motor blows. We were told when we bought the car that Bemidji Chrysler would always have a kid friendly vehicle for us to drive if anything happened. The only thing they offered to loan us was a two door Honda Civic while they had our vehicle and now that our car has to be towed down to Brainerd for 2+ weeks they refuse to help us in any way. I understand it’s not them personally fixing our vehicle but they sold us the pile of garbage to begin with and now refuse to help.

First time going there, and had to go back 3 times for the same problem with brakes, and squealing noise with brakes, paid way to much money for them not fix the problem.We just had an auto shop fix the problems, which was having to replace brakes and calipers and hubs, for a much cheaper price, they fixed all problems, that this dealership said they fixed all 3 different times. will never go back there.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I actually enjoyed buying a car from Andrew. He made us feel like we mattered! He didnt seem to be your traditional used car salesmen! He made the process easy and really listened to what was important to us. Even the finance guy was fun and made us laugh! Id send my friends and family there!

I had a driving light and a headlight out and needed to replace them, also needed to get my oil changed and wipers replaced. I called the service dept and they said the new Express Lane could handle all that. I went right over and Reece took care of me and was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Great job! Great customer service

This experience with BCC was for a second service to repair a noisy transfer case. The first attempt by BCC was unproductive (they didnt catch the problem), overly long (took 6 weeks), and unbeknownst to me (and them) potentially dangerous for me and the truck (since problem was not correctly diagnosed and repaired). But this interaction was beyond my expectations (even despite the wait for parts to be delivered). The counter staff were the best, and the mechanics and service personnel got the truck repaired much quicker than expected.

Never have to wait very long. Clean waiting room. Friendly employees. Thorough vehicle checks with oil changes.

Very cordial staff, quickly made me two keys. Im sure its not unique to this dealership, but can I say that keys should be Gold-plated for what is being charged? These werent even remotes, just keys, and they were $112 each.

My appointment was at 2, I got there at 1:57, checked in, waited til 2:30 before I asked why my car was still sitting in its spot. They said, while we speak, theyre coming to get it. Apparently, he was thinking we were going to talk for 15 more min. A 20 min repair took 2 hours on the dot.

This is by far the worst dealership on the planet. We had our van in for over 6 weeks to repair the transmission. Our van was a 2104 Dodge Grand Caravan with under 85k miles on it. Goes to show the quality of Dodge. We went through 3 different sub par loaner vehicles due to safety issues. Throughout the entire 6 weeks we were told our transmission needed to be replaced. They ultimately repaired it. They tried to sell us on the fact that they saved us money because they repaired our transmission and didnt replace it. When we questioned why we were told one thing but then found out they did something totally different, their excuse was that there was confusion because another customer had the same first name and a van in for repair so they must have gotten them mixed up. Never once in the 6 weeks did they call us to give us status updates, we always had to call and follow up with them - and then come to find out that everything they told us was untrue. Bottom line, dont go there unless it is your last resort.

I stopped at Parts counter to get a replacement wiper for rear window. Only needed the rubber. Cost only $9. Plus the guy installed it for me! Awesome!

My wife and I bought a new truck from Andrew carmen here a couple months ago and he made the whole process very easy and quick. And I have to say his service after the sale is amazing I will come back here to him for all of my future vehicles.

Bought a truck and traded in a car. John did a great job working with me and although it always takes longer than expected to buy a car - the process was relatively simple.

This is the only dealership we use to purchase vehicles. They also do all the work on our vehicle. They always offer a loaner vehicle when needed and the last time we had our truck in they drove us home and back. A good hometown business.

Honest dealership! Ive purchased my last 5 vehicles here and their customer service is Wonderful. The service department is excellent, too!

They have messed up my car every time Ive went there, one time they didnt attach my skid plate correctly and another time they did a service they werent even supposed to.

We were traveling through at -32 when our fuel filters starting gelling, service was able to get us right in and back on the road quick! Thanks guys, you are great!

I would not say that this is the best place to take your vehicle.services is meh at the best. Nobody told me where my car was when I came to pick it up. After 15min of wandering around in the cold I finally found it in the way back back of their lot.

They helped me buy a car that Im happy with, but what Im not happy with is how much they gave me for my old one. Practically rebuilt the engine in it and they only gave me 500 for it. The parts in that car alone were worth way more than that. Disappointed, but not surprised. Service-wise, they are alright. The salesman I worked with was a teeny bit frustrating to work with but I understood that he was new. 6.8/10

Ive bought two new vehicles from Bemidji Chrysler Center, and with both, Honda and Dodge, the service has been extremely poor. From oil changes where the oil ran out of the filter and coated the underside of our new crv, to the wrong oil in my Dodge pickup. The express oil change is usually a minimum of two hours waiting. Many of my appointments have not been kept. My last one was for the sixty thousand mile service. Had made the appointment three weeks in advance at eight in the morning. They didnt start on it until one in the afternoon. I had rides lined up and an additional appointment at four. So then I needed a loaner car. Twenty minutes later I get a car with no gas in it. So my next stop was to put gas in their car. NO break on my bill for any inconvenience was offered! I do not recommend this place! My next purchase will be elsewhere.

Went to get one issue fixed, ended up with 2 new problems, wont be returning.

Staff isn’t to bad but there service department is extremely slow. Dropped off my car for a 1pm appointment was told it would be an hour so I figured I’d stay and look at trucks. Stayed an hour and a half to find out that my car still hadn’t even been looked at. When I scheduled an appointment I figured that would mean my car would be brought in at 1 unfortunately I was mistaken.
