Worse service I have ever recieved at any Les Schwab. I dropped a flat off in the morning and did not hear back from them. I had to call them the next morning, which is not the norm. My tired had been fixed. I stopped by to get the tire and ask them to put the tire on as I was driving with the donut. They told an it was going to take an hour and a half to do a 2 minute job. Les Schwab is usually great about these things but this was not even close. None of the employees were helpful.

One word describes this store- INTEGRITY! We brought in our 06 Mustang GT with brakes issues. The tech was honest and that meant everything !

I have never left a review before.Why does your company assure your services with warranty, and then when I call and have an issue after your service, you guys cant see me for a month at any Bend locations? The warranty will be EXPIRED. Showing up at 8am open doesnt help either when there are already 20+ people in line with lawn chairs and that was the only solution given to me. It doesnt matter that its tire-changing season. I paid for a service and now there is an issue relating to that service. My dad has always said that the Les Schwab spirit died 10-15 years ago, and now I have the personal experience to confirm that.

Not one to leave a bad review but this experience is out of the norm from here. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been great. But I got a flat and put the spare on myself. The mobile guy came out and just pumped up my tire and said it was fine had to pull over on the side of the road because... it was not fine. Got it fixed in store next day and and they did not even put the fixed tire on. Left the spare on my truck. I had to asked them to put the fixed tire back on again after telling them the first time. Quite a hassle here recently. Very out of the normal for these guys.

Great people, but I had to wait 4 and a half hours to get a nail in my tire fixed.

I just got off the phone with a manager named Jason at the Franklin location. I have maybe given 2 bad reviews in my life since I understand things happen. However, he was blatantly rude and defensive which reflects poorly one one of the best companies Ive ever worked with.I brought my truck in for wheels and tires mounting. After 2 hours, they told me they cant mount my tires as they were not E rated which is factory recommendation - understood. I waited another 90 min for them to put my new wheels on my current tires. They should have checked when my truck was pulled in to the stall right when I got there. When I got home, 3 sidewalks were one style and the 4th was the opposite (ridge grapplers have two sides/styles). This happened about 2 months ago when I had my initial install and had to come back later in the day -- 2nd time this happened. Things happen - I get it. Im in sales customer service and people make mistakes.However, his response was, if you bought stuff from us, this wouldnt happen. Did not take any accountability for his team at all. I said, if you offer the service, dont you think it should be done right? Dont offer a service, mess up, and then make excuses.We decided that we would split the bill and they would fix the tire. He then said, Just dont bring your third party stuff back in here. My thought is, dont offer services that you dont invite. Nobody told me before this is a service they didnt want - they charged me $260 the last time.Ive done business with Les Schaub happily my whole life. Everybody else there over my 4x getting service has been fantastic. I definitely wont be going back to this location after they fix my tire. Every complaint is an opportunity for further loyalty - if you own it and make it right.

I dont know if you can buy better tires, but Im here to tell you, you cant get better service. Fixed my big lawnmower and got our crew back to work in no time!

Dead battery and it took almost 6 hours while they said 2 hours. No ride offered -home 2 miles away. Very disappointing

On a road trip through bend my car started to make a noise, we went to another two other shops that said they couldn’t even look at it for 2 weeks to see if we could make it back to our destination. We called les Schwab and without hesitation they got us in. They diagnosed the issue quickly and took care of it. Awesome customer service! Can not recommend them enough for taking care of us like this!

My wife brought our Land Rover to these guys due to a sever shaking in the rear of the vehicle. The logical, least expensive thing seemed to be getting the tires check, rotated and balanced. They had our car for about 3 hours which is more than okay. They said the tires are fine but we need wheel bearings, breaks and a series of other suspension components. When we got the car back they charged us $70 for the rotation and balance. No big deal. However the severe shake remained. Yesterday while driving with our daughter in the car the shaking had gotten so bad we decided to get the vehicle off the road and get a second opinion. One of the rear tires had completely split and failed. To correct the issue Les Schwab added 8 ounces of weights to the wheel to attempt to balance. I would have purchased 5 new tires that day at Schwab had they found the blatant issue and addressed it. Im embarrassed for these guys. We had Deschutes Mobile Tire come out and swap 5 new tires and the Land Rover drives PERFECT now. Sad.....

Tried calling close to 5 pm Thursday November 12 and tried calling from 6:30am -1218pm multiple times friday the 13.. cannot get anyone on the phone.. not even a voice mail.. very disappointing. If I had my car there (dropped off) and needed to have something else done.. It would have to be scheduled at another time due to not being able to get people on the phone.. Very disapointing. I understand that you guys are busy.. however.. you guys seriously need more phone support!!!!!!!!!.. I can call a smaller place and get an answer.

I went in for a complimentary pre-trip inspection. The mechanic found two bolts missing where my drive shaft connects to the transfer case. He contacted me to tell me my drive shaft was about to fall off! He sent photos and dimensions of bolts then tightened and added another bolt to secure the drive shaft until my next appointment. I also had an alignment and tire rotation done. All of this for under the price of an hour labor at most local shops. I can’t thank John, and Les Schwab enough. If Les Schwab can handle your repair take your car or truck there! Highly recommend.

This place is awful. I made an appointment and they didn’t start my vehicle for OVER AN HOUR WHILE I WAIT, then they tried to sell me new tires when the ones I have only have 20K on them! My car is brand new. They tried to take advantage of me and also wasted my valuable time.

This place is just THE BEST!!!! Moved here to Bend, about 5 years ago, and purchased my tires from Les Schwab. Driving to work at 2am I got a flat tire. I had to leave my car downtown, cause I’m not fixing a flat in the middle of the night. Les Schwann came out and fixed my flat and took my tire in for repair.NO GO! Tire is done! They put on a NEW one for free!!!! Why? Because I purchased my tires there!I super dig this company! Thank You! Les Schwab!

I have shopped here for a few years and I can confidently say, these guys are amazing. They educated me on all the tire basics, they helped me pick out the right tires for all my situations, from cheap tires because of my budget to high quality tires for my long road trips, they have always had me. The people are what make this place enjoyable to come to. They are friendly and know what their doing! Ive come here multiple times with my work truck and they make it easy to communicate with my work company to get payments in order.I have only tried going to the one on the North end of town once with my own car and they couldnt take my car in for about a week and I felt they tried talking me out of getting the tires balanced after replacing the tie rods! So I called up the Les Schwab on Franklin and they took me in right away!

Making an appointment is basically not worth it. Doesnt change how fast youre taken care of. Its silly! Id suggest dropping your vehicle off, not waiting. At least its a close walk to downtown and Drake park which is what we did. The customer service is so wonderful they earn another star!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop or this company as a whole. They will truly find a way to work with you no matter the circumstance. I dropped my car off the week of a holiday and right before the first big storm of the year and they still got it done within the same day. All the employees worked non stop to make sure it got done and I can’t be happier with the work they did.

After making an appointment a week ago, I was told it would take an hour and a half to inspect the brakes that they installed a few weeks ago, due to extreme squeeking and whistling from the moment they were installed. In reality, it took 4 and a half hours. When I went to finally retrieve my vehicle, I was told they took care of the noises on the front brakes. I about died inside, because all four were making noise, and I had made it perfectly clear that all four needed their attention. The rep then says Oh yeah, I mean we took care of all four. Really reassuring there guy...When they first installed them weeks ago, a younger man took my car for a joy ride around the block, when the lot they have there is definitely large enough to perform any type of rolling inspection. I asked that they not take my car off the lot today, and I believe they abided by my request.When I arrived today though, I thought with an appointment that theyd be able to get right on my vehicle, and that I could certainly wait the hour and a half. Holy hell was I wrong. Maybe their clocks run slow, I dont know, but Im avoiding this location at all costs from here on out.Id absolutely love the ability to invoice them for my time today. I would simply choose a large random amount with about the same accuracy as the wait time they offered me, and send it over to them.

I had a really great experience last Friday... I thought that I could maybe get one last rotation out of my tires and was heading out of town that afternoon and alas, (Tall) Tyler checked them and said they really needed to be replaced. I felt like I got a great deal, everything was completed well before they estimated, and my checkout was super easy and straight forward with Silvana (so sorry if I butchered that). Really nice crew and I was able to see the value.

I was told I would get a call back regarding new tires and never received one. I called back a couple days later and no one answered the phone. The next time I called back the man told me to hold and never picked back up the phone. Les Schwab has been where our family has gone since I was a child. I am currently looking at other options. I feel like quality of service has greatly declined.

In January of 2017, I took my car in to have a slow leak diagnosed. I told them it was the Front Passenger tire. I sat in the lobby for 2.5 hours, missing work, and was told I had a leaky valve stem and they replaced it no charge. Great.I went to my car and noticed the valve stem on the DRIVER side was new. The passenger side hadnt been touched. I went back in and asked them to confirm with the tech which tire they looked at. They said the Driver side. The passenger side continued to leak. I had to get back to work.I dismissed it as a fluke, but I often wondered how they could have mistook me saying the passenger side from the driver side.Today, I took a tire in to the same location to have it put on a new rim. It wasnt on my car, I just dropped the whole wheel off. On my way home, I realized I never told them at the desk that it came from the Drivers side of the car, so I called them up and told them just that.Later I got a phone call from their tech saying, Hey, the notes say this is from the Right (Passenger) side of the car, but the rim I took it off is showing Left. Which is it?I didnt realize that the side of the car could be figured out by the rim and the rotation direction, I never had to call them to let them know, and I wish I hadnt. Because, are you absolutely kidding me? How could they have mistook Driver from Passenger AGAIN?!After an escalatingly rude exchange with the tech, I got off the phone and wondered... If your whole business is literally TIRES, how could that mistake be made twice?! Once, okay no big deal, but two times?? I just cant go back there again. Ever.

They were great. I was traveling through Bend, OR. They got me in and on my way in 45 minutes. (3 stars is great for me, as I only give 4 when I know the employees make a living wage, and 5 when there is long term employment for those that want it.)

Got our car that had been in an accident road worthy and safe once again. Even had some popcorn and a puzzle to put together in the lobby to keep us entertained while we waited. All for a very reasonable price.

I have been using Les Schwab for many years for tires, brakes, alignments, balancing winter/summer tire swapping, and lots of other small things. I do not understand why some comments are not at 5 stars. Service has been excellent, friendly, reliable, and quick within reasonable limits due to occasional workshop workload. Great place.

I was on my way to work this morning and ended up with a flat tire. I pulled over and called this store as I didnt have any kind of air compressor or pump to get some air in the tire and get it to the store. I was told that they would be out with in two hours. This seemed reasonable. So I waited, after two hours I called again to check on a status and Haley who works proceeded to explain to me that they were busy and might be able to get out late this afternoon. I informed her I had been told 2 hours. She proceed to explain to me in a most condescending manner that they were busy and that I should call someone else. I informed her I would take my business elsewhere and she said okay and hung up. I received a call back from the manager stating he would get someone out to me shortly. That being said I was incredibly disappointed by the way this was handled and by the customer service skills of Haley. Bruce stepped in and took care of it which it why they are getting two stars. I have been a customer for years as have my family members. This may need to change.

Priced out airbags, rims, and tires. Staff was helpful but way overpriced. Turns out I can buy the same airbags I was quoted for less than half the price from anywhere online and their not difficult to install. Also discount tire beat their pricing on rims and tires by 700 dollars for the same services.

Poor service and tried to charge me for lug nuts i have already. Now they some how mixed up my snow tires with someone else, now how do you do that. NOT happy with this place.

Amazing Customer Service!We had a leaking tire on a rental car while traveling in Oregon. We brought it to Les Schwab in Bend. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff in a clean, bright tire store where we found out they will fix a flat at no charge! We went to the waiting area where they have fresh popcorn and coffee available. In 30 - 45 minutes, our repair was completed and we were back on the road. I would definitely use this tire store if I lived in the area.

A long history of fast and high quality service. This business started by an orphan from Prineville Oregon is the place to go for tires and batteries. They run to the cars . We have always had great service and they will dispatch someone to fix a flat for you.

We are from Illinois and picked up 2 nails on our vacation in Oregon. We stopped at Led Schwab on Franklin Ave in Bend Oregon and the young man( didnt get his name) fixed our tire free of charge and in a short amount of time. What a kind thing to do! It made me emotional to think we still have good people and good companies out there. Thank you to this young man and thank you Les Schwab! I will pay it forward

We have always been Les Schwab customers. Parking is precarious, the lot can be full, disorganized and difficult to navigate. The employees are helpful, accommodating and expedient. We have always been pleased with the quality products we have purchased here.

Every time I have a truck or trailer tire issues in the North East I call Les Schwab. They are fair and so far they haven’t tried to up sell or fix something that doesn’t need fixing. If a tire can be repaired, they will be honest and repair it, if it can’t they will give you a real issue that keeps them from repairing it and they will sell you a tire. They are very fast, not only this location, but all the other locations that I have used and don’t come up with charges out of the blue just to inflate your bill. I recommend using Les Schwab for your heavy duty truck and trailer tire needs.

4 hrs. to order and change tires, when told 2 hrs. Im grandma going on vacation with family. Family has one grandson 1-1/2 and one granddaughter 5. Mom orders tires and goes gets the family. Turns in car and tells Les Schwab the family will go out eat. They walk to nearest food and come back. Only to find the waiting room now full and their car near the bottom of the list. If you are going to move people to the bottom of list because they are eating, best tell them before they go out the door. We would have sent someone for food. 3-1/2 more hours driving in snow to home, not a good finish for a vacation. No one wants to waiting two extra hours with children in a waiting room with very little to do. The tires were needed, the snow was bad, the tires may have saved family. Les Schwab needs to rethink the way they handled this in the future.

Stopped here while on a road trip. We had a tire with a bulge. They made us a priority, getting us back on the road quickly. Awesome service!

I was in Bend, Oregon for the weekend from Seattle and it was my first time there. I found day 2 that I had a nail in my tire and another tire was losing air as well. I drove up to the nearest gas station to put air in the tires, which lasted the rest of the day. However, the next morning (Sunday) my tires were completely flat. I was worried if I was going to be able to find a tire shop open on Sunday, which of course there were none. I had planned on leaving Monday. I checked with my hotel if I could potentially stay another night if worse comes to worse, but they didnt have anything. I continued to worry.I made sure to be and at em Monday morning so I could be at Les Schwab upon opening. All the staff was incredibly friendly and kept reassuring me that all would be ok. They said it would be about an hour wait, which I didnt mind. I took that opportunity to walk down town and discover more of beautiful Bend, Oregon. They called me several times to check in on me and confirm the issue. So incredibly thoughtful and great customer service!! They called me one last time about an hour and half after I had dropped the car off to tell me the car was all finished and what they had done to fix it.When I arrived, I was prepared to pay, they handed me my keys and said have a great day. They spent time, energy, and gave awesome customer service for FREE!! I cant thank this staff and company enough. It was such a pleasant gift and hospitality. I left calm, secure, and reassured I would get home safely back to Seattle. Thank you so much. I will spread the word why everyone should choose Les Schwab over other tire companies.

Fast service. Good employees. I was frustrated that they found over $1000.00 in repairs that needed to be done when I went in specifically to have one repair done.

Do not give this place your business. After rolling in my flat tire into the shop, I was told my rim was bent and needed a new one. So I bought a rim there, and had them mount the tire on this new rim. At this point I had been riding on a spare donut for 3 days. That night after work, I jacked up my car, took off the donut, and attempted to put on the new rim that I bought at the store. Well, turns out they gave me the wrong size rim, so it didnt fit on my car... I spent time, labor, money, and had to miss work the next day so they can give me the proper rim. Didnt even bother to compensate me for their mistake. This place has lousy customer service. 1 star out of 5.

Amazing. I just brought in my new Ford and they repaired a flat for free on a factory tire that they didnt even sell me. They repaired it quickly and thanked me with a handshake. I am a customer for life.

I have been buying tires from Les Schwab for almost 20 yrs but this may be my last time. I did buy a new set of tires and they checked my brakes and said they were fine. I new something was wrong because I was losing brake fluid, so I to it to a mechanic. I had two rear brake cylinders leaking which had ruined the pads. So, Far from OK. Maybe that are trying to get you out the door a bit to fast.

I showed up at 545pm with a pneumatic forklift tire fully expected to be put off until the morning and totally understandable. Tim at the truck shop said he would knock it out and stayed a little after 6 to get it done! It was greatly appreciated and my customer was excited to have his lift ready for the morning​shift!

I was warned by locals to avoid Les Schwab because its becoming too big and is a greedy corporation, but I have to disagree. When I purchased tires, there was a miscommunication between what I wanted and what was ordered (I didnt ask for the tires to be siped and they were), but the problem was fixed without hesitation or fuss. Literally, they apologized and fixed the problem. It was that simple, which I really appreciate.

I drove into the Bend, OR Franklin Ave. Les Schwab Tire Center with a large screw in the tire. It was a Saturday (4/8/2017) toward the end of the day and the tire needed to be fixed right away. Even though the LS team was very busy, Matt was so great to take the tire off and fix it for me. I found out later that Matt had done this for us almost 30min after the store had closed. If he hadnt taken the time do fix our tire, we would not have been able to continue driving our car. What great customer service, and a friendly and competent worker Matt is! Thank you very much!!!

A rear wheel on my work van locked up due to the emergency brake freezing in the cold temperatures. The tire was shredded. Bruce, Bob, and Victor went the extra mile to get me back on the road fast. Because of their excellent service, I didn’t miss a beat in the days scheduled jobs!

Shame on me! This isnt the first time Ive gotten poor service or quality form Les Schwab, yet I came here again. I had new tires put on at a Salem store, then brought my van here for an alignment. After that, the left front wheel started coming loose. When I took it in recently to get the brakes done, they are telling me that now my wheel (that Ive had no problems with before) has issues. I may have to replace a wheel because they messed up???On top of it, when they gave me the estimate for the brakes just a month ago, there was no mention of rotors, but today they called me and told me that I need to replace those. I wonder what is next???Id advise you get your work done elsewhere. This company used to be great, but like all big companies, they lose sight of their primary concern: customers and customer service. The last few times Ive dealt with Les Schwab, Ive come out overcharged and unhappy. Save yourself the hassle. Ill be taking my dollars elsewhere.

Efficient service & good products, but the price for changing to/from snow tires has increased markedly in the past few years.
