I have been frequently coming to this starbucks. It is my go to in the morning for I work on the same street. Durring my time at the shop I ordered grub hub and they forgot my fork. I was desperately hungry and had no other options. I called over asking if they had any. Samantha was so incredibly kind and since I could not leave my store she offered to walk it to me. A fork, I know, yet a necessity. Thank you Samantha! Amazing customer service! Sierra has also been amazing!

Friendly staff. The team is always prompt and understanding in the morning when you need your quick java pop! I drive out of my say a mioe from work to stop here.

Great Starbucks. Not super crowded even though its right in the heart of downtown. Fast, efficient and friendly service with very good coffee drinks. A very pleasurable hour for a Monday. I definitely will be back.

My favorite Starbucks location in Bend. Service is top notch with experienced and friendly staff. Great location downtown and a fun atmosphere to sip coffee and chill, meet up with friends, or do homework at. This location also carries the limited reserve roasts which is a big plus!

As far as Starbucks goes, top notch spot. Two blocks from bends oldest city park, beautiful patio lying at the end of historical down town old bend district with great friendly service makes this spot a great stop for any degree of traveler. Getcho breath of reprieve at Starbucks in Bend OR.

Here is a typical Starbucks with slightly more than normal seating. Do they want you to drink your coffee here. Obviously not. I like Starbucks coffee. Consistent and good, but they have made the stores sterile and uninviting. I give them a 5 for the coffee and 0 for the location. Im waiting to see bums using the bathroom since Starbucks no longer requires a purchase to camp there all day. Oh the joy.

Coffee drinks okay if ordered with half the amount of sugar-free syrup. Coffee alone gets a thumbs down. Rarely ever go there, perfer locally owned coffee shops.

They have FREE WATER, I love free water and the cups that come with it.

Were standing inline after the Christmas tree lighting waiting for pictures with Santa. Google says their hours are 5:30 to 8 and its only 7:00pm lots of people wanting coffee and their closed. Change your hours or post them on the door so people know when you close. Lots if business youve lost tonight.

What kind of downtown business closes at 6:30 on a Friday? You guys used to be open later than Bellatazza and now there are no evening coffee stops in downtown bend because the one corporate guy closes at 6:30....... why the hell does the candy store stay open later than the coffee place?

The young lady was extremely helpful and sweet. For basically an open floor plans this location had a cozy little area.

Just like any other Starbucks, except you have to ask for a code to use the restroom, which I find to be a little embarrassing if I have spend some time in there.

Friendly staff and great location but I prefer the support the local, smaller shops. Flavored drinks are much too sweet for my taste - but staff is good about cutting quantity when requested.

This is a nice clean starbucks with nice employees. They have a clover brewing system at this bend location which is my favorite! I finally got the Congo this week! Its delicious. If you are commuting through bend and looking for a starbucks to stop at quick, this location isnt ideal as there is not a drive through or an easy/quick way to stop in. Its great for if you are downtown anyways...but its not easy to park right in front of the store or really close - but you may get lucky ... if starbucks is all you are after and you dont mind some traffic and finding a parking spot, they will have you just what you need!
