Always a very pleasant experience at this location, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had an experience where I lost my wallet and decided to call every place I had visited that weekend, this Chevron included. I spoke to Gary who was very nice and helpful and told me that my wallet was found by their team and was locked in the safe. I accidentally dropped it right before getting a car wash and I guess someone in a red truck tried to make off with it but ended up accidentally dropping it while driving away. I went the next day to pick it up from the main Manager Mercedes who was very kind and quickly retrieved it for me after showing her proper proof of my identity. There was even a note on the wallet saying “Make sure Samantha picks it up” which I’m also grateful for because the original would-be thief might have sent someone else to try and claim it to be theirs. Mercedes asked me to look inside and make sure everything was there, which to knowledge, looked to be the case. Thanks again you guys!

Usually some really nice workers here, but the girl with red hair made me stand with a bunch of strangers waiting for her to come out. She came out and didn’t even apologize, wasn’t in her uniform, and was very blunt.

For a location that sells expensive premium fuel the amenities are really poor. There was no towel at least half of the dispensers, and the windscreen washer water was dirty and at a very low level in all buckets. Use the Chevron near Benicia Safeway or on Lake Herman Road instead.

Used my bosses card to buy $80 worth of diesel. Go inside to break a $100 bill, oh we dont accept large bills. Ive NEVER been to a Chevron that doesnt take $100 Bills!

Station atteneda Meka who works Friday evening 5/11/2018 Is rude and condescending. She doesnt listen to the customers. She prefers to talk over and demand you to do what she wants you to do. She picks and chooses which customers shes going to help even when shes not completely done dealing with the customer she is currently serving.
