I love my local Starbucks. Great team working there.

Fast, nicely priced for the portions, and the bing soo(?) is excellent. The flavors are fresh, the texture is fantastic both light and kind of icy, and the combined taste of the icey bottom and fruity top is spectacular. The service is great too, friendly and quick.

Online ordering is the way to go.. never have to wait for my drinks.

Cannot go wrong with Starbucks

Probably the best one Ive ever been to in regards to service and taste.

Yeah, I know, it a Starbucks. But, the fact is that this location is awesome, parking is easy, the layout of the shop makes it easy to order and wait for your drink. The coffee service area is almost always fully stocked and tidy, and the barristas are fast and friendly. There is almost always a cozy place to sit. So, corporate coffee or not, this place is doing right.

Dont know what it is about this Starbucks, but staff are continually kurt and unfortunately lacking the most elementary ingredient of what encompasses customer service skills = cordiality. Drinks are as they should be, but who wants to go where a basic business interaction leaves a negative impression? Its about Overall Experience that makes for good business. Consistently is key, not crossing your fingers hoping to get a staff member whos in a good mood. It all comes down to training and supervision.

I ordered a strawberry frappuccino and it was made with no sweetener or whipped cream. It took a long time to make and my overall experience was NOT good

Caramel macchiato I had was excellent also the little egg bacon cheese breakfast I had was delicious and also the other order the new egg wrap was very delicious to

I love Starbucks! The cold brewed ice coffee is so good, but SO are the sandwiches!! If you order a sandwich they heat it up for anyone. And you can get almond milk for your latte if you want it. GO to the Starbucks and give a tip to the Batista. They are very nice and they did a courtesy for me. The nice people are working for the weekend

There are outlets available at the small, one person tables. Busy throughout the day but overall pretty fast

Good service. Recent remodeling (fall 2019) has removed all of the small, square tables that were good for studying, along with the large dining-type tables. All of the tables are now round, taking away hand & elbow-resting space, making it difficult for studying or laptop work. This Starbucks is just for socializing now.

Their donuts was off the hook and that Frappuccino was delicious

Just about anything and everything you seek when you go to a Starbucks - good coffee is frequently brewed, good supply of the usual Starbucks food, plenty of seating in a variety of configurations so you can chat with a friend or work on your computer. WiFi is strong, electrical outlets work, and the staff is friendly. Opens very early for the refinery workers, and closes later than other Starbucks locations. This one is an A+

The gate Asian guy was hella rude to me from the start because he saw me talking to an Asian girl who is out of his league and got jealous. Then he poisoned my banana bread LOL funny how this sounds far-fetched but it is true. Im never coming back to this Starbucks Im spitting up phlegm as we speak.

Very nice Starbucks. Much larger dinning are an then most I have been in. There is a quiet room and 2 separate seating areas.

Great Starbucks! There is a quite room...I have never seen one in Starbucks. Sometimes Starbucks is so loud this room allows me to focus and get my work done quickly. The staff was quite friendly. Another thing missing from many Bay Area stores!

Got a mocha frap with an added banana, they didn’t fill up my cup and pretty sure they forgot to put coffee in it :-) pretty annoyed that I spent $6.50 on something that wasn’t even remotely prepared well.

A pleasant place to have refreshments in Benicia. It is across the street from 1st Street, the heart of Benicia. This branch is frequented by the locals and by students from nearby schools, including Touro medical school.

I dont come here as much as the nearer to home Southampton location but when Im working downtown this is where Ill grab my coffee or Frappuccino. The folks are friendly and professional and always get your order right and the place is unfailingly clean and neat.
