I had a great experience there, yes it was busy. But I dropped my car off and went on my business and waited for there call. I had 4 new tires put on, they called me told me I still had some life on my tires. Instead of changing me just to make some money. Even though I still purchase new ones, it was winter time. Great prices, nice associates working at the desk. Didnt get a chance to speak with 5th guys working on my car to much. But seemed nice.

All I can say is this store is a mess. I go into the service department entrance hoping to get in and out quickly. It never seems to work that way. Someone needs to go to school to learn how to run a service department. Most of the employees in that department dont have a clue. The last time I was there I spoke to a lady who needed her wheels and tires swapped on her vehicle and at the time that I talked to her she had been there 5 hours and they only had one finished. These are wheels and tires that she brought from home not new ones to be installed. I call it pathetic.

Everything basic, and a little bit advanced. Perfect for me.

Took me ten minutes just to find the entrance since it looks like their shipping dock, then I was turned away at the door without even asking what I wanted. Guess thats where the Express comes from!!! Might want to change your hours listed, Walmart.... or better yet, train your staff in customer service!!

They were very helpful though im a woman they treated me very respecful not dismissave like i didnt know what i was talking about so thank you wal mart auto thumbs up from me 👍

Associates were helpful and WALMART had what I needed

They had me wait an hour before I was seen, after i was seen they told me i couldnt put the tires due to the time. Then I went the next day they set to go put the tires they go back to get the tires and they didnt have them

With a walk in service, a wait time should be expected, but it seems like every time I go in theres one person working and a multi-hour wait. They need more shop employees.

I went in to get my 2 front tires changed. I had s spare tire on one and the other was flat. The auto technician said I needed my 2 back tires changed as well. When I said I only needed the front ones, he refused to do it. He would only do it if he did them all. I don’t have money for that. Never heard of this happening

It never seems to be enough employees to cover the demands of the customers.
