Harbor freight what can I say all kinds of nice little tools most of them can be considered disposable but when Im in working on fixing up a house for sale and I need this little tool that little tool that Im not going to take with me its going to be a one-time use perfect place to pick up what I need inexpensively and fast. It is nice that all harbor freights are set up relatively the same the one in Oregon is set up like the one here in St Joe in and out for everything I needed Ive made three or four visits since Ive been here in 6 weeks.

Very friendly people all you have to do is ask and theyll walk back and show you whatever you need and explain it to you I highly recommend this place.

Picked up a 6in buffer, cant wait to get home and use it on my MI finds Leland Blue, Petoskey and other pretties!!

They are a store that keeps the shelves full and things are easy to find.

Harbor Freight is by far my favorite tool store they always have what I want its at a reasonable price theyre always willing to help and the staff is friendly I would suggest going there if you have tool needs

Good hand tools. Electric tools are very inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Alot of the specialty tools are decent and they have just about everything. I have had decent enough luck with what I have purchased and will continue shopping there

No curbside pick up! In the midst of a pandemic, and spiking numbers in our area, to not offer curbside pickup is beyond comprehension. When I called to ask about curbside here is how the conversation went:Me: “Hello, fo you offer curbside pickup”?Harbor Freight: “Yes, you can come into the store and pick up your order.”Me: “Well, that isn’t curbside pickup is it?”Harbor Freight: “No, you can come into the store.”I guess shipping is always an option, but wait, last time I did that with them it took 5 weeks to arrive, no tracking, what arrived wasn’t what was advertised and no way to return it without, you guessed it, going into the store.As much as I try to shop local, the message here is clear that they don’t want my business. Online shopping it is.

Good place to buy tools. Dont get the extended warrenty on electric tools. Its not worth the money.

Harbor Freight Tools is like a big kids toy box!While they generally only offer in-house brands, I absolutely recomend shopping here if you need quality tools of any type at very reasonable prices.

Decent tools at decent prices! No, theyre not big-name brands, but they seem good for use at home. The power and air tools Ive bought are good for occasional use.

Love getting tools here. However the coupons are frustrating.....the 20% off coupon has almost every brand sold at Harbor Frieght on the list of CANNOT USE ON.....thankfully the Manager honored my coupon for my purchase. I Just hope they realize that its very aggravating to get coupons in the mail, make trip to the store, choose your item then get to check out only to find that you cant use the coupon!!! Really sucks

You get what you pay for. Havent had any bad experience with anything bought from here. But for cheap tools, you get cheap quality. We for sure spend alot of time and money here. Because for things we only use once... why spend a fortune?

Not all that great of a place. The stuff they sell isnt made very well. I was just roaming around alone trying to find what I was looking for when I thought, man it sure would be nice to see an employee right now so I could ask them where to look. I didnt but one employee the entire 40 minutes that I was in the store and she was working the cash register.

Cheap stuff if you need a one use tool. Everything here is very cheaply make and breaks very quickly if not on first use. Not one American made item in the whole store. But if you have a need for a normally expensive item you only need once.....this is your place.

Drove 25 miles to pick up an item shown in the most recent catalogue. They only had one but it was on display. THEY WOULD NOT SELL IT TO ME. Most ridiculous thing i’ve seen. Why the heck would you not sell the last one you have? Why leave it on display. Poorly managed store.

I love Harbor Freight, I have outfitted three factories with tool kits from here, I have recently put lifetime warranties on a lot of their hand tools which I think is phenomenal. They give a choice to save a few dollars on wrenches between high polish and matte finish, I think thats pretty cool too. Still lifetime warranty on all the tools, I love Harbor Freight

We shop there frequently because they have good products at great prices. Another thing is they have fantastic coupons. Plus I appreciate the courtesy and assistance I get from the employees since I have trouble walking. They are very helpful if I cant find what Im looking for.

I am not a builder or a contactor or a serious hobbiest, but I dabble and fix just about everything around the house. I like having the right tools for the job, but I dont use those tools extensively. So Harbor Freight is perfect for me. I dont wear the tools out and if a miter cut is off by 1-2°, it is more likely lack of skill than poor equipment. For those of us on a budget that like owning acceptable quality vs renting professional equipment, Harbor Freight has most of what I want / need.

The staff doesnt seem to care if you come in or not. Service is really bad. The cashiers do not wish to be bothered.

I shop for certain products at Harbor Freight, they have good prices and good discounts. I always find what Im looking for at the Benton Harbor, Harbor Freight. You just have to be selective on certain things, because some things are not as durable as others, but you can use your best judgment on that.

Just left the BH store. Had bought a miter saw as a Christmas gift....husband went to use it and the saw wasnt right....blade wasnt right on it.....took it back to the BH store....the gentleman that waited in us...told us there definitely a problem with the saw....the manager proceeded to take a hammer and start beating on the blade to try and make it fit right in the saw....hadnt a clue what he was doing!!! Wont shop there again!

I Shop here a lot, a lot of great deals especially if you clip the coupons from the monthly flyers. Most of the tools are made in China, but they work fine for me for home use. I picked up a nice 8gal 2hp compressor for $99.00 and a 90amp Mig welder for $89.00 I have no problem breaking the lugs on my vehicles with this compressor; using a 3/8” drive impact wrench which I also purchased from Harbor Freight. The welder works nice on mild steel up to 3/16” thickness.
